- Optional furnishing (desk, single bed and cupboards) - Gas cooking and water - Ducted heating and cooling - 1 minute walking distance to Firle Coles and K-Mart complex - 1 minute walk to bus stop (Stop 15 Shelley St) which will take you directly to the city - 3 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride to UniSA Magill Campus - 7 minute drive to The Parade No smoking inside, but outside is fine. Preferably looking for someone around their mid 20's Any other details, feel free to contact me!
Hi guys! I'm almost finished with my teaching degree (just a few weeks to go and I'll be qualified) and work in a pharmacy on weekends. I've been renting for a year and a half now and am looking to move out of my current place into somewhere bigger and with less drama. I'm 23, friendly, bit of a nerd but also very sociable. I appreciate a bit of downtime and the need for privacy but am also more than happy to share a few glasses of wine over dinner and chat or play a few board games/video games. I like to think I'm clean in common areas (just don't look in my room >_< the floordrobe is very real) and love cooking. Hobbies of mine include: anime, netflix, games, cultures, languages, playing piano (it's electric with headphones), *trying* to keep fit, going for walks, swimming and hanging out with friends. I tend to be out of the house most of the time as I keep busy with work, uni, family and friends. I'm an animal lover but tend to be allergic to a lot of cats =( Please let me know if you think you have something that'd suit me!
I'm very quiet and respectful and non smoker. I'm moving up from Canberra to work full time for HP . Hopefully my family will follow in 6 to 12months. I like reading, movies, and walking. I'll be working rotating 12 hr shifts so some days you won't see me much.
I'm a friendly, courteous person who works in insurance. I will be starting my journey towards being a music therapist next year, and am looking for a quiet, tidy dwelling where I can study and rest. I play soccer during my spare time and I also enjoy going to the gym.

I am relatively quiet, but am excited to meet new people and have fun doing so! I am pretty flexible in terms of accommodation arrangements, and am reliable in regard to the logistics of renting/sharing a house!

Howdy! I'm a 26 year-old female (human) returning to full-time study after a 2 year hiatus, where I spent most of that time travelling, backpacking and working over in Europe. I've since been back home in country Victoria where I was born, and am ready to return to Adelaide to continue study where I did my original undergrad. I'm a cheery person, easy-going, open-minded, creative and kind. I like to keep shared areas clean and generally tidy, but am pretty flexible if there's a stressful event going on (eg. work, assignment, exams). I prefer to get along well with roommies, making "home" a happy and relaxing place to be, but I also respect other's and my own need for space.

Hi, I am looking for an easy going house to share. I am a vet nurse and have and have a small, old cattle dog x with 3 legs. Mav is quiet and very tidy and respectful. So am I. We need something close to my work, with not too many stairs. I have been living in Q.L.D for the past 10 years but have returned home to Adelaide. I am sociable, and love a BBQ and a quiet drink. Let me know if you're interested. Laura
Hi there! I am a twenty-four-year-old female looking for a new, creative share house or unit to live in from February onwards, preferably with a year-long lease, and not too far from the city. I have just completed a Bachelor of Music, and am looking to continue studying a Masters in Counselling. I am interested in music, and I enjoy going for walks, drawing, cooking, reading, knitting and spending time with family and friends. I enjoy chats and sharing cups of tea, but also like my introvert recharge time, as well as respecting others’ need for space. I do a bit of singing, so I sing around the house sometimes, but never at hours that convenience others. I like mornings, and having the occasional dinner party. I can contribute well to the smooth functioning of a share house by regularly chipping in with cleaning, doing the gardening, putting bins out, paying bills on time etc.

Hey there. Looking for a potential roomie to rent one of the unfurnished rooms in this home. There will be one bedroom free used as a spare or a study if needed. I'm a 26 year old female professional. I'm quiet, clean and respectful. I like my solitude and privacy, but also up for a social chat whenever. Would preferably like someone between the age of 20-35 who likes living with a dog, even a potential roomie who has a dog of their own. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to shops and the gym. Bills will be 50/50 (electricity and gas only) and 50/50 cable, very fast internet. I have most necessities (aka washing machine, fridge, toaster). Hit me up if you're interested!
I am looking to rent out two rooms. There are three available, so we are looking to negotiate based on what is preferred by you. There are two standard size rooms, but a bigger room which will cost a little more. There are furnishings available, such as chest of draws, wardrobe and bed in each room. Plus a desk for each room. There is a spacious kitchen and lounge area. It is air conditioned and with internet. The house is close to local shops, with about 5 minutes to the Parade and 10 minutes to the CBD. Must be friendly and responsible around the house.
Your own little sanctuary, a short walk from the Norwood Parade! Settle in to one of Adelaide's best suburbs before Christmas. One-bedroom, living room/kitchen, bathroom and entrance hall for rent. This is a unit in a group of 4, in a peaceful, tree-lined street. Down the road from the Norwood outdoor and State Swim indoor pools, walking distance to primary and high schools, a short walk to a 15-minute bus go zone and a 24-hour petrol station. I am moving neighbourhoods and would like to assess interest for taking over my lease, which began August 23, so this would run until the same time next year. There is no need for air-conditioning most of the time, because the place is nice and cool. I used the heater during colder months. Comes with an oven and the white cupboard, as well as a washing machine in a shared (locked) laundry with two other tenants. There is an Optus wifi connection, which can be transferred to you. Serious tenants only need write.

Large master bedroom with ensuite, BIR for rent. This place is a modern three bedroom townhouse about 10 years old. Modern kitchen, laundry and single upstairs bathroom plus downstairs toilet. There is a leafy park area at the front shared by the other townhouses and a private courtyard with pergola out the back. Garage (with roller door) for one car is also included. You would be renting the master bedroom. Built in wardrobes with lots of storage. The bedroom is unfurnished. The room has the shared bathroom as an ensuite. This is a larger room that will easily fit a queen bed & 2 bedside tables in addition to a desk. The house is equipped with ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning, refrigerator, dishwasher, gas cooktop / electric oven, microwave, washing machine, instantaneous gas hot water and ADSL2+ internet connection. Furniture for the rest of the house is flexible. The house is fully furnished but I am flexible with putting things into storage to accommodate if you want to bring some stuff in. There will also be the availability for storage elsewhere in the house and garage. Short walk to bus stops, Firle shopping centre, Marden shopping centre, Goodlife and Jetts gyms, 10-15 minute drive to the city, 5 minute drive to Norwood. Great food and gelati nearby! We would split bills, gas/internet. Water is included. Electricity usage is included. Sorry no pets.
This house is a 30 second walk from the magill UNISA so it is great for students! Obviously including the bills in the cheap rent is amazing. I am writing this as a current tenant and I have enjoyed living here. Everyone has a seperate bedroom but there are shared spaces (large kitchen, large living room, 3 bathrooms, laundry) The landlord is currently in the process of connecting Internet that will be at no extra cost! Goals TBH We currently have one empty room but another will be available late Jan.
I have just finished uni and started working. I am clean and easy to get along with. There must be mutual respect for each other. I have been house sharing for 5 years now, and i have never had any bad experiences. I enjoy relaxing over food and getting out on the weekends.
Recently moved back home to Adelaide after living in Sydney for three years and I'm looking for a place in the eastern suburbs. Working full time in the media industry and I'm friendly, easy going, tidy and someone who enjoys cooking. When I'm not working I try to stay pretty active - gyming, hiking, catching up with friends, eating out but I equally enjoy being at home with a good TV show, movie or gaming.
