I am easy going bloke who enjoys meeting new people. I would describe myself as esoteric. I am well educated and very respectful of others differences based on being a final year law student. I enjoy meeting new people and enjoy cooking. I also like listening to records in my spare time.
Any Area East, South preferred, happy to move further away from the city, clean and non-smoker, drug free, alcohol occasionally, non interfering, single, happy to help around house work, walking, like to travel, looking for 3 months plus.
I'm a 19 year old student in my fourth year of Uni and am looking to move to Adelaide for my final year. I don't mind having some fun but also don't like things getting too untidy. I can cook and won't complain when housework needs to be done.
Hi, I´m Jeison, I am living in Adelaide with my girlfriend Jessica and we are from Colombia, we are part-time workers and students as well, Jessica is studying food sciences and technology in TAFE and I am studying a bachelor of commerce in Torrens university, we are a friendly couple and also we love to meet new people and share time with friends. I'm 18 years old, working part time and studying at university. I am easy going and friendly, and love people I can chat and connect with. I like my own space and downtime, but I also love to socialise and have a drink with friends. I'm clean and tidy, easy to negotiate with, and really respectful of other people's needs and quiet time. I'm looking for somewhere with a minimum stay time no longer than 3-4 months (although there is a chance I will be looking to stay for a longer term after that if its offered). I love animals so pets are no issue. I'm also pretty open to different locations.
Hi my name is Melvin and I'm looking for a place to stay in Adelaide or any nearby suburbs that is close to the city really as I am starting a job soon there. I'm a tidy person, non-smoker and would say that I'm a pretty easygoing person. :) Looking for furnished rooms preferably!
I'm a 22yo final year law student at Adelaide. Have rented before so we know how to be sociable but also respectable to others' personal space. Clean, friendly and love good coffee. Please let me know if you have anything close to the Adelaide Uni.
A charming old house with a big backyard, it is a functional and relaxed environment, not a party house - good for a student or someone who likes their privacy, room is a good size and has a fireplace.
Hi, I'm Sophie, I'm looking for someone to move into my family's flat in Klemzig with me. Due to current tenants, I'm unable to make a listing at the moment, as I'm unable to take pictures. The flat is fully furnished and priced at $125, although negotiating a price that includes bills is ideal. About me, I'm an independent, country girl who loves to spend time and socialise with others, however, I do enjoy having my own space and time to myself. I am a very organised and clean individual who gets along well with others and enjoys getting out with friends. I'm a very easy going, considerate and non-confrontational person. I play netball, however I play for my home town in the country (about 2 hours north of Adelaide) so most weekends I won't be home. If you're at all interested in the flat, flick me a message and I can pass on some mot details!
I am very, very clean and tidy. I don't smoke, I don't take drugs and I drink wine in moderation. I am 63 years old. I have references. I'm a Kiwi and have lived in Adelaide for 5 years. I would like an unfurnished place as my belongings have been in storage for 13 months and I'm missing them. I belong to a bookclub. I love the beach. I don't go out at night very much. My eldest daughter has been living in Adelaide for 11 years and I see her every week or two. I don't have visitors as I prefer to go out if I find spare time. I love music but don't listen to it with excessive volume. I don't have a "partner" and have no intention of acquiring one.
Im friendly, really easy going, but can also help out with cooking or cleaning. I play video games and generally keep to myself but have a pleasant attitude and good at socializing as well. Preferably looking for a fellow video gamer to live with to share an interest in the hobby

Hey there, we are two pretty chilled out ppl who are looking to fill 3 empty rooms in our lovely old place. Situated in beautiful Tranmere, we are very close to the shops, and a quick bus ride to the city. The three rooms are available now. Not hugely sized, but they are cozy. One has a mattress if needed. There is a decent sized living room with aircon, room for another couch and a great secure backyard with plenty of room. We don't have a washing machine atm but there is a laundromat very close by. There are a couple of small sheds out the back for storage as well.
I am mature age with own furniture and BMW which I am very fond of. Unfortunately my art deco "heritage listed" home of the last 10 years is being knocked down and I have to find a place for myself and possessions. (I can't do without my big screen TV's, computer equipment or 16 drawer office furniture but can put the rest in storage if need be). I am single, have references spanning many years and would like to view properties pending initial chat/conversation. Please let me know of a time agreeable to discuss possibilities. Kind Regards, Michael .
I am doing a Working Holiday Visa and I am looking for a quiet place to stay ideally arount Stepney/Norwood. I will be staying for a year but I'd like to be sure if the accommodation suits me so I'd like to stay for a week first if you're fine with that. Because I'm in Belgium at the moment, I cannot visit the property. I like my privacy to be respected so I like to respect other's privacy too. I am easy going, open minded and social. Whether you are vegan or not I don't mind as long as we respect each others. I am empathetic and I would dream to live in a place surrounded by nature and quietude. This time has come and I'd like to share that with someone too. I like to hike too so I'm counting on you to show me your beautiful country ;)
