Hi, I'm Kris, If you want a stable, sensible, neat housemate, who is an excellent cook and mixer of exemplary cocktails, look no further. I run my own business, whilst studying Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience full time. This keeps me quite busy and has me sequestered in front of a screen or book, and out of trouble for much of the day. I don't play loud music, and late, raucous nights are something that you do not need to worry about. I generally keep pretty fit, Running in Morialta, riding, gym, various martial arts etc. If there is somewhere to install a small boxing bag, that would be just dandy. If there is a shed or space available for my tools, I would be very happy, but it is not essential... just preferable. I am a capable gardener and handyman. I am looking for an unfurnished room, big enough to fit a queen double, I will also need room for a desk, bookshelves and a metric tonne of books... I may be exaggerating a little... maybe. Complimentary bonuses that come with my residence: Tools and someone who knows how to use them Regular kitchen knife sharpening Costco Membership Jar opening and top shelf reaching services The understanding ear of a professional counsellor Free cocktail making lessons A sparring partner in boxing, BJJ and MMA A free set of steak knives! * One, maybe two housemates would be great**, I am, however, severely allergic to drama, gangstas, regular illicit drug users, people who throw their phones, angry drunks, and bees*** I'm looking to move sometime in the first half of December, I have a couple of weeks wriggle room on the date. If this all works for you, and you are on the eastern side of Adelaide, within a stone's throw of Magill Rd, I look forward to hearing from you *While stocks last. **Furry housemates don't count towards the total. Especially dogs. Bring on the puppies. *** Actually I'm not really allergic to bees, I quite like them... and their sweet sweet honey.
I am looking for someone to share a three bedroom, one bathroom house in Firle. Separate toilet. Semi furnished, split system air conditioning, close to schools/UniSA, shops. Bedroom has built-ins. Close to public transport. Non – smoker. Subject to landlord approval.
We have a room for rent in a large old house. The house was built sometime in the 1920's it is old and a little rough around the edges but has a very homey feel. Located on a quiet family orientated street just off Magill rd close to restaurants, supermarkets and public transport. Also in very close vicinity to the Norwood parade. The house currently consist of 2 females and 1 male in our mid-late 20’s. We are all hard working busy individuals and would be looking for like minded person. We do not want a party house but are not opposed to a few quiet drinks here and there. We have a beautiful Labrador (who is super friendly) and a cat who is in and out, so you must love animals- at this point we do not want anymore pets. The room is large, high ceilings and has carpet. The house is fully furnished aside from the available room. Rent is $113 per week. Rent is paid fortnightly. Bond is $560 Bills are split evenly between the housemates- so we all need to be considerate of each other when using utilities. We have a 500GB wifi allowance which is $15 per month each. To arrange a viewing of the room please text or email only (as I am unable to answer my phone at work) Looking forward to hearing from you all :)
Adelaide born and raised Animal care student at TafeSA and currently writing this instead of doing an urgent assignment. Super clean in shared spaces, not so much in my room. Friendly but a strong potty mouth Working 4 days a week at a cafe in the city so steady enough income Smoker but don't hold that against me! Love both nights in and out and always down for a beer, regardless of my 7am weekday starts. Very much need someone that is also clean and friendly and can take a bit of house related confrontation xx
Hi! I plan to move to Adelaide by 29th of December as my course starts from 1st January 2018. I am going to study in the City East Campus of UniSA. I am looking for a shared flat around the area. I am from India, very easy going and mostly preoccupied with my books. I respect privacy and can be very non-intrusive potential flatmate. I am not too much of a party person, but do enjoy a drink or two after a long day; having said that, if you're throwing a party at the flat, I would be more than happy to help and participate if needed. When I am not studying or reading novels, I devote my time to Netflix. Absolutely adore dogs, hence don't have much problem with pets.

Hi Everyone, 49 year old professional straight guy. Spend most of my spare time outdoors engaging in endurance sports such as trail running, triathlons and mountain biking. When not out training or exploring, I enjoy relaxing at the beach, markets and winery trips. All this means I am not home much, however I am house trained and house proud, owning a few properties myself in NSW and QLD. Not into drugs of any nature and only occasionally have a few drinks. Not looking for a party house however am hoping to find a mature, fun, lively environment, clean and organised - a place to call home! Over the past 6 years I've shared with one other in various different homes, with each lasting over 1.5 years - ranging from girls in their 20's to 40's, including a mum with her 8 year old son, a guy and his girlfriend etc. Usually out of the house by 6am and often not back much before 7pm. Have National Police Clearance Certificate (NPC) and references. Thanks Andrew. PS - thanks to the dozens of people who have contacted me offering a room in a share houses that will be occupied by 4 people and more. Whilst I appreciate the offers and promises of order, cleanliness, and no anti-social behavior or sad sacks, for the last 6 years I've always found a place living with just one other person and prefer to pursue this option for the time being. Thanks again.
We are two very friendly and easy going guys. We are looking for an apartment/flat to share for at least one month. We are very open minded but we would prefer to share something with young guys/girls.
Hi, I am Qian (Cathy), working full time at a College. I am very considerate, easy going, clean and tidy. I love music, nature, exercise and cooking. I enjoy a good chat but like my personal time as well. I like respectful people with common courtesy and with open minds. I live a healthy lifestyle and don't smoke or drink. I hope to share a place only with one person, preferably a female and furnished place. I am looking to live in the city or close to the city.
I am a full-time teacher and SSO. I am pretty laid back, i keep my spaces clean, ive lived in a sharehouse before so i am quite familiar with household courtesy. I like to socialise, go on hikes and enjoy a casual catch up with a drink or two.. looking forward to making new friends and sharing a place with good vibes.
Hey :) Im Luke, im 22 years old. I work full time managing a fresh produce farm (free fruit for whoever i live with) working about 50 hours a week. When im not at work im usually at the gym as a competative powerlifter. When im at home i enjoy cooking or just chilling out, keeping to myself. I can be social but during the week i enjoy a fair bit of downtime when i can get it. Looking for anywhere that isnt west side of town, preferably eastern, but can go south or north of town as well. Would prefer 2 other people to make it a house of 3 people :)
Hi, I'm Hayley! I'll be studying my Master of Teaching (Primary) at UniSA starting next February while working part-time, and am looking for a room in a share house (male/female mix is fine). Originally from SA, moved to Melbourne to finish high school then flew the coop to Canada for five years and now I'm back in the beautiful city of Adelaide. I've lived overseas in share houses for the past five years, and am really easygoing, tidy and respectful. I'm willing to do my share of housework and chores and love to bake, so if you have a sweet tooth, we'll get along well. For fun I love being outdoors - running, cycling and hiking. I also enjoy travelling, yoga, reading, good wine and like being social but also like my own space. I enjoy communal dinners and meeting new people, but wouldn't want to live in a party house. If you think we would live under the same space well together, please get in touch.

Two hard working professionals who enjoy keeping active and are outgoing. We take pride in our home and are extremely neat and tidy. We have a Kelpie x who is adorable and well trained. Spends most of his day in the sun and likes to sleep on his mat next to our bed at night. We are hoping to find a temporary home with some cool people, while we save to one day buy our own place.

I am a native of this fine city. My job is to turn paper into happiness. I am great to live with because I am open-minded (but closed enough that my brain stays in), reliable, funny, modest, and I can cook. I'm not real picky about fun as long as it's fun.
