We are two female 23 year olds. We are looking for a 2 bedroom house. We both work fulltime and are very quiet. We dont party much. We can afford upto 180 each per week. We are friendly and have an impeccable rental history. I have been renting for 7 years now.
Beautiful peaceful old house in great surroundings with a stunning vegetable garden, and orchard which tennents can use . Large BBQ area for eating. Tennents 55to 65 yrs old like to stay in that age group . Ten minutes from city/bus stop 200metres. Off street parking. Fully furnished house.
We have a characteristically charming house located ten minutes cycling distance from Norwood and the city (five minutes driving distance), shared with laid back, fun-loving people. We're all friendly here and have a healthy but enthusiastic approach to enjoying beer and wine together! (disclaimer: not a party house, just fun-lovin') Our shared living areas include: - fully furnished kitchen and laundry - a well furnished gazebo for the nice days - spacious decorated living room with roaring gas heater - potting bench that needs a lil loving - beautiful big backyard for bonfire nights and a lovely orange and lemon tree! The bedroom available is unfurnished, and with its high ceilings and large floor space to boot, it can easily fit a king sized bed and a desk and still have a bit of extra room! This room also comes with an in-built closet. Rent is $107 per week, (excluding bills & internet) and bills round up to $50 p/m (bills & internet inclusive). We pay fortnightly and the bond is $800. For this location and size of the house, this is an absolute dream. Unfortunately no couples or pets allowed!

Heyya, I'm 27, full time employed, part time studying, ride bikes a lot and am a vego, though do not care if housemates are not. I love to cook; v. Good at thai. Very pet and indoor plant friendly. I come with some house furniture; couches, fridge, tv. This sounds like a tinder profile! Looking to move from the city, to either somewhere else in the city, or norwood through to Unley.
Hey! I am an easy going and friendly 22 year old currently studying at Adelaide Uni. I work a job in Norwood part-time, and also coach a tennis team so I am quite busy during the semester. I can cook, am tidy and I have good banter!
Hi! I'm a friendly 23 year old female, working full time as a Physiotherapist in Adelaide. I'm looking for a place to live where I can chill out at the end of a busy day, but also chat to housemates if they're around. I am clean and tidy, and value equal distribution of domestic responsibilities within a household. I already have my own bedroom furniture, and would prefer to move in with 1-2 other females at the end of 2018/early 2019. I look forward to hearing from you!
I'm the least judgemental person you'll ever meet, I'm social but also an introvert, so Im very respectful of other people's space and their property. If I break something of yours I'm going to replace it instantly. Im clean but I'm also not anyone's OCD mother, so I'm a nice in between! I prefer to clean over cooking! i have a board game addiction, a pug obsession, and Im always up for a chat :) Im also a Psychology student and work two jobs!
Hello all! My name is Madison but friends call me Maddy. I'm 21, a student at Adelaide University and I work casual in retail. I'm a very compassionate, understanding person who loves getting to know people. That being said, I enjoy my alone time and respect when others need the same. I am looking for a room in a house with other likeminded people. I'm not fussy about the house, just as long as it's somewhere I can relax and keep my things I will be very happy!
Why do you want to move in to this grand old house: * Awesome location- close to transport, city, cafes, shops, pubs, parks and running tracks * Great price- this generously sized room has an awesome location in the house, nice natural light and a faux fireplace * Space, space and more space! It might seem a lot to live with 4 other people but this house more than accommodates! Huge kitchen where multiple people can cook simultaneously with ease. Massive dining and seperate lounge areas means theres no need to live in each others pockets * Enclosed front AND backyards- providing security, privacy and a green thumbs haven (we even have a veggie patch in the works!) What we are looking for in a housemate: * House trained- someone who understands house sharing dynamics, common area courtesy and respect differing schedules * Someone who likes to do activities and socially interact- we like to do things together (it's definitely not a party house though) * Someone who is interested in living in a home not just a share house Rent can be paid weekly or fortnightly and all bills will be split evenly 5 ways (net/ water/ gas/ electricity). Bond is $700 Please feel free to ask any further questions- I'll do my best to answer as quickly and thoroughly as possible. If you like what you read and think you could be a good fit please send a little about yourself!! Jo :)
Hey im Kurt! I'm 22 and looking for a place to live as my current lease has come to an end! I am moving into an apartment mid to late September so am looking for something temporary, about 3 - 4 months. I'm looking for a room to rent with a few house mates in a local area around my work. I work at Reece Plumbing in sales and love my job, I work 5-6 days a week usually between 7 - 5. I'm gay so would prefer the housemates to be LGBT friendly. I prefer to go to my friends house's also rather then them come to mine, so no need to worry about parties but to be able to have a friend over from time to time would be great! I'm not a big drinker but happy to live in house hold that does. I don't smoke, i'm clean, neat, easy to get along with and am looking forward to find a place to beginning my next step in life! I have willing to have as much or as little to do with current occupiers, I do like my own space but being a social person I love to have a chat! Hit me up if my profile interest you and I sound like a suitable house guest. I have lived in a number of share houses, am extremely flexible and easy to get along with.
I'm a 24 year old arts adminstrator who would always keep the fridge stocked with beer. I work 9-5 at the Adelaide Film Festival, so I'm generally out of the house during the day. I enjoy chilling out with dinner or a drink in the evening and on weekends. I do a lot of writing outside of work, I like to cook (trying new recipes all the time, and I've not had any complaints on my cooking yet), and I try to get out on the weekends to do a bit of hiking or go to the beach (whichever is seasonally appropriate). I'm looking for a mellow kind of household, preferably close to the city, with great, accepting housemates :)
Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)
Hi there! We are two students at the University of Adelaide looking for a housemate for a large place in Joslin ready for Semester 2 - our housemate just graduated. We're open to students or non-students. A bus stop and shops are a 5 minute walk away and we're close to the University of Adelaide (15 minute bus). We are also right to the Linear Bike Track so it's only a short cycle to North Terrace if you're into biking. The room is inside, has a nice view of the street and has nice carpets. It is unfurnished with no built-in robes, so you need to byo storage for your clothes :). We have a nice garden with lemon, orange and pomegranate trees and a couple veggie patches. Charlie and I are honours students in economics. We have a hectic study schedule and mostly study at uni so we can harass the academics, which means we aren't around the house that much. That being said, we are really social people - we're happy if you want to have occasional gatherings, as long as it's not during exams :) Bills are included in rental (unlimited internet). LGBT friendly household. If you'd like to know any more, send me a message or call me.
Uni Student Share house ** PRICE NEGOTIABLE ** 2 rooms free until July. Shared house, very close to North terrace/Universities (8 minutes bike; 25-30mins walking). If you want to know me then I am a sports freak. Not just watching but also playing. And I am a gym lover too. I am so addicted to watching tv series as Netflix is love.
Easy going, low maintenance roommate wanted Due to my current roommate moving out, his room has become available. I am an easy going, low maintenance type of person and looking for the same. Roommate will have their own room, bed and furnishings to be provided by them, however all other furniture in the house will be available for use. Bus stop is located just outside the doorstep, shops 500m down the road, close to city, North Adelaide and beach. Rent per week will be $175 plus 1/2 of bills (water, electricity - internet if used).
I am currently studying Health and Medical Science at Adelaide and work as a Personal Trainer around that. I am house trained and fully carnivore. I also come with white goods, sofa and dining chairs if required but they can be sold if the house is already furnished. I'm looking for an active household, with fun banter and appreciation of healthy food and the occasional wine and cheese platters. I love cats and dogs and would love to be in a place with free furry cuddles!
Large five bedroom house with a big backyard, two bathrooms and one kitchen (two large pantries and fridges). The house is well kept and stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Bills are not included in the rent however that fact that they are split between five people means they end up being very cheap. The room for rent is at the front of the house with a window looking out onto the front yard. There is a large amount of storage space in the room from inbuilt draws to a cupboard spanning the length of one wall.
Hi, I'm quite an outgoing person who enjoys socialising and doesn’t mind a wine and cheese of an evening at times but I also like to have time to myself as well. I am 33 years old and work full time. I am fairly easy going and like a tidy, clean house but am not a neat freak. I am originally from country NSW and don't know many people in Adelaide so would be looking to make some friends as well. I love animals but don’t have one so open to living with people with pets.

Near new, two storey, three bedroom townhouse in Marden to share with me and my kitty. Only 4km from the city, Norwood and North Adelaide. Ride along Linear Park to the city in 15 minutes. Walk to supermarket, cafes, gym, St Peters and Walkerville.
Relocating from Melbourne to Adelaide. I am required to complete clinical placement in Adelaide, hence why I'm relocating for work and study. I am easy going, friendly and am respectful of other people. I do enjoy my quiet time, but I believe there needs to be a fine balance between work, study and social life. It would also be nice to make some new friends to show me around Adelaide :)
