Hey there, Looking for a share house relatively close to the city. I work in the northern suburbs Monday to Friday and have a neat skill of paying bills and rent on time. Always up for a glass of wine or a beer with housemates :)
I'm studying Computer Science at University of Adelaide this year, moving from Melbourne! My partner is moving from France to study there as well. It's both of ours first time to Adelaide so we would be spending the week studying and the week-ends exploring South Australia. We are both very chill individuals, neat and tidy and respectful of other people. I work in wine retail, so house discounts are a real thing! We are looking to be set up in Adelaide by early-to-mid January, exact dates are flexible.
My name is amber im 18 years old I currently dont work but am looking for work part time Im a fun bubbly chic. Im also quite and dont party much. Im really just looking for somewhere quite and safe. I look forward to hearing back from my future house mate. 😊
Hi there! I'm Luke, 22 years old, and I'm looking for a share house! Length of stay is flexible, but would prefer to stay long term. I'm currently looking for work but can pay up to $220 per week for rent. I'm easy to get along with, social, respect privacy and like to talk about life, the universe, etc. I have a well behaved maltese-terrier called Cooper. I enjoy writing, composing, music, nature, cycling and just generally hanging with friends. I'm straight edge, don't smoke or drink, but don't mind if you do. Feel free to contact me! Hope to hear from you!
Clean, respectful, low maintenance, down to earth, happy, musical, passionate, and my friends think I'm fun. I sing a lot at home, but probably not while you'd be home. I work, a lot, as a freelancer in audio/visual and sports broadcast. There goes most weekends. So I really enjoy a nice home to end the day, and some company is always nice. I'm happy to either leave you be, and do my own thing, or catch up over an evening wine, really not stressed. I clean up after myself, if you're a 9-5er you might barely even notice me. Moving out of my current place end of Jan, start of Feb, so lets have a chat!
Aren’t you in luck, you might have just found your new home. Our current housemate is moving to greener pastures and we’re looking to fill the void with someone just as kickass. Our house has gorgeous wooden floorboards, high ceilings and a huge backyard we love to have wine time in. We have a TV (with Netflix and Stan), a washing machine, iron board and full kitchen. All you'll need to fill is your own room, but feel free to contribute to communal areas to make this feel your home too. We're deep in the leafy streets of St Peters, a 30 minute walk or 10 minute bus/ cycle to the city. There's a Coles and BP seconds away and if you're feeling adventurous, the Torrens Linear park is just down the road. Boring stuff: Bills AREN'T included in rent and we have unlimited interwebs for $20 a month. Utility bills are split evenly and we do food separately. Move in time flexible. If you like what you've read, send me a message and we can arrange for you to come around and check the place out! Peace x

We need something close to my work, with not too many stairs. I have been living in Q.L.D for the past 10 years but have returned home to Adelaide. I am sociable, and love a BBQ and a quiet drink. Let me know if you're interested. Laura
- I am a current student from the University of Adelaide and majoring in Computer Science with Entrepreneurship. - Looking some flatmate and/or shared house/townhouse. - Male - Can move in now - Easy-going person - Can be either friendly living with each other or won't disturb my flatmate at all - Aim for long-term staying - Non-smoker - Won't simply bring outsiders (unless friend's visit, but won't overstay) - It's better that not too far from the city - My budget is around $150 per week with furnished Additional: As long as you feel any dissatisfaction or uncomfortable behaviour on your flatmates, please feel free to voice out your dissatisfaction in order to prevent the misunderstanding. Everything can be discussed through communication. This is what I solve the problem when facing some issue. Don't hesitate to inquire me if you feel you want to know more about me. Hi future housemate! I am student (almost finished) looking for a house to move into. My lease ends in mid December. It is exciting times for me as im moving into the next chapter of my life. I am hoping to find a great house/housemate to add to my exciting new changes. I am 25 year old and lived in 5 different countries so I know a thing or two how to get along with diverse people and extremely open minded. I love to watch a movie or enjoy dinner together with my housemate but also enjoy my own relaxing time. Please if you think you have the perfect house for me, don't hesitate to send me a message.
Hi I'm Guilhem ! I'm 20 and I'm a French Student who will study at the University of South Australia in February for a semester :) I'm currently looking for an accommodation with 1 or many flatmates (students) so I could improve my English while I'm here and of course meeting people :) What can I tell you about myself ? I'm very enthusiastic, dynamic and cool ! I love having fun but I can be serious when I have to. I love sports overall and TV shows (The Walking Dead, Game Of Thrones, The Blacklist, How to Get Away with Murder, Quantico etc...)
Hello! Just about to graduate and looking for a place to live. I like baking and drinking tea. I like collecting $5 bottles of wine and I will ask you to drink then with me. I will also cook things and be so surprised that they don't taste awful that I'll insist you try some, in which case you will pity me too much to tell me it doesn't actually taste that good... love a chat but also respect sacred reading time/solo time. Would love a relaxed, friendly house to live in!
I'm a relaxed, clean and friendly guy. I have a steady, full-time professional job in the city. I'm an excellent cook and enjoy cooking for others - also love to sneak in a glass or two of wine or whisky. I'm a no-dramas kind of person, so I'm very easy to live with. I'm also very respectful of other people's space and belongings. I'm a former lawyer (now somewhere much happier), so I'm probably reasonably useful if you get sued. With that said, please don't get sued. I like movies, sport, board games, and travel (doesn't everyone like travel, though?). And food, but I think that's a given since I love cooking! I have a small, friendly, indoor cat. He's well-trained, 7 years old, and non-destructive. Very well trained, too. I'd also be interested in teaming up - even with a few people. If we could get 4-5 of us together, we could get a really nice 4/5 bedroom place which would usually be well outside our price ranges, for about $150-$200 each. Let me know if you'd be interested - happy to try and coordinate this!

Heya, My name is Lauren and I looking for a room preferably in east Adelaide or near north Adelaide. I am a tidy housemate with a washing machine and fridge. Fairly quiet and not much of a partier anymore because of work and uni but enjoy housemate chats. I have a small house cat who like most cats, keeps to herself. Hit me up if you have something available.
easy going final year medical student on full time placement with experience living with wide variety of people. Not a big partier, drinker or tobacco smoker, but don't mind living with people that do. Date I want to move is variable, but preferably by the 16/1/17. cheers, please consider.
I'm a friendly, courteous person who works in insurance. I will be starting my journey towards being a music therapist next year, and am looking for a quiet, tidy dwelling where I can study and rest. I play soccer during my spare time and I also enjoy going to the gym.
The house is fully furnished - a bed is the only thing you would need to provide. The house is awesome - close to the city (5 min walk to Melbourne Street) and close to bus routes and shops. We have Netflix, a great outdoors area for entertaining, brilliant air con, cruisey housemates, and all the mod cons.
Hi! We have a room available from the beginning of December. Rent is $150 per week excluding bills and internet access. The house is in a great location on Torrens St, at walking (or riding) distance from the CBD. There is a cool cafe next door, and shops are about 2 km away. There is street parking only, however, it’s a very quiet street and there are no parking permits. The house is old but charming; the kitchen was recently renovated. We have a large garden with an outdoor setting, where we keep some chickens and try to grow some veggies. There is air conditioning in the living room. The available room is ~20 square meter, and easily fist a queen bed with other furniture.
Helloo! I am Amey, i am 21 and moving back to Adelaide for Uni in January. (WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMMIT TO A HOUSE BEFORE THE 20th). Originally from country NSW i have been renting in Melbourne for the last three years. I am looking for a place for at least 6 months, but potentially 12 if i find a good house and some good roommates. I am studying full time at a private hotel management college in Prospect, and will be looking for a part time job. Because i am studying pretty much 5 days a week in prospect an ideal location for me would be NORTH ADELAIDE.. I am pretty well versed in house sharing, i went to boarding school for 6 years and have rented a few houses with various people since leaving high school. I am fairly social and love to sit around with some good wine and would never say no to cheese. I do like my down time, and have been known to binge on netflix, but am nearly always up for a chat. I love to cook and can deck out a kitchen and am hoping to join a club for either netball or soccer when I return. I have lots of furniture for living spaces that i am going to be bringing over with me. Including, two couches, coffee table, bookcase, 2 kitchen chairs, fridge, washing machine, heater, TV and a few other less vital things. If i sound like someone you might not mind living with shoot me a message and lets get house hunting!
I'm very respectful, responsible and I clean up after myself. Looking to share with females only. I work in North Adelaide, My work hours are a minimum 21hrs weekly, likely to increase to full time. I like to cook, garden, enjoy health & fitness and the outdoors. Love coffee, I would make you one with my machine in the morning etc too. Old fashioned. I love live music and getting out now and then. I rarely drink alcohol. I'm very friendly, helpful, motivated and have a positive attitude. Always up for a laugh and conversation, also value quiet times. I'd like to share with people with similar values of respect, while I work as much as possible to save for my own place. I have a 7 year old indoor cat who I am wholly responsible for. He is very well behaved and can charm anyone. Thanks for looking, any questions please ask 🌞
There is a room up for grabs in our big amazing old house! The place is early 1900's and has an amazing energy to it. This is likely influenced by the many artists, musicians and creative types that have stayed here over the years, each adding their own personal touch to the place. Now being so decrepidly ancient and beautiful, this old beast isn't for someone who finds comfort in clean white modern surfaces and all the mod cons of a later built compound. This is more suited to the slightly more eccentric types out there who can appreciate good old fashioned character. There's also something about this house that draws out inner passions, the desire to pursue passions in life (whatever that may be) and especially some sort of less is more, appreciative underlying humility that you can't quite put your finger on. In terms of facilities, we have pretty much everything you could need, thanks to excessive op shopping and hard rubbish discoveries. We are also a house of dumpster divers (no snorkel required, unless you're really enthusiastic) in which all our food is saved from landfill and re-directed into our gullets. Don't be put off by this, as we eat like absolute royalty here....everyday.....for free.....Of course if you're put off by this you can purchase your own food, we won't judge! We do like to make this a house event and is a good social activity. The room up for grabs is the beautiful large front room, which has been recently painted and includes a queen sized bed, study bench and clothes hanging rack. I also want to mention that i have been largely accepting couples into this space as it reduces rent and bills (split three ways). I am however still open to any offers of solo male or female occupants. Rent here is $300pw, which is divided evenly, and includes internet. So with 3 people @100ea plus $500 bond, with 2 weeks rent and bond payable upon arrival. Bills are split evenly between everyone (unless people travel). I think i've remembered most details - Oh, we have chooks!! and they respond to strange sounds and eat like horses. The garden is also incredible, and is slowly being transformed. We also have a cooky old neighbour named Suzy, who is brilliant. Sooooooo If you feel you fit what this place is about, can clean up after yourself, and all the other components of being a bloody great housemate(s), please feel free to contact me with a decent description of yourself. Thanks for looking!
Planning to relocate to Adelaide. Quiet, clean and easy going, enjoys the outdoors. Respect every religion and gender orientation. Not exactly a neat person, but you will not find my socks lying around the house. A simple kitchen or kitchenette suffice as I may cook simple meals occasionally.
Hey! I'm Vivi, 24 years old and from Germany. I'm attending next year one semester abroad at the UA and search for a room near to the Terrace Campus. I'm interested in meeting new people to live with, cooking and going out, maybe even doing sports together or going on some trips to explore Australia! I'm looking for something furnished from 15th Feb - 1st Jul approximately. Own room with shared bathroom would be great.
Hi! We are Holly and Wouter! A long-term couple that met in South Africa while on a student exchange. We really easy going couple that love to have a good laugh, cook together and generally just hang out. We are both recent university graduates trying to make it in the "real" world. We would love to live with people that are outgoing, clean and tidy and easygoing (not too much of a list! haha) We are ready to come look at our potential new home whenever you are! Looking forward to meeting you future housemates! :)
We're very good company. If I were to describe ourselves as a group it would come down to friendly, fun loving, light-hearted, always down for a good laugh. We enjoy cooking together, watching movies or just having a casual chit chat. We're respectful of other housemates and the property we inhabit. I've known Calum and Amy for a few months since they came here on exchange. They're good company and would easily increase your life experience. We're looking for a place for the next 6 months to call our home if you would help us.
I'm very quiet and respectful and non smoker. I'm moving up from Canberra to work full time for HP . Hopefully my family will follow in 6 to 12months. I like reading, movies, and walking. I'll be working rotating 12 hr shifts so some days you won't see me much.

Brilliant architecturally designed townhouse located in a quiet side street just off of Melbourne Street in North Adelaide! We’ve got the huge Master Bedroom on offer (4.1x4.5m). The room has worked really well in the past for the right couple, and having 4 in the house helps keep all the bills low. You’ll have your own ensuite and 5 bays of built in robes. There’s also a third toilet downstairs. The free connector bus to town is only a short walk away. Bill's aren't included but are an even split between us. All the essentials are all sorted: Tv, Internet, couches, fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, reverse cycle AC, dining table, vacuum, etc. You’ll have to provide your own furniture for your room though. I'm a graduate of architecture, working full time for a firm nearby and also tutoring with UniSA. Lisa is a Law student from France and is here until June. We’re laidback and up for a chat, but know how to respect each other’s privacy. We’re fans of a casual wine either here or at a small bar. Hit us up if you're down to earth, clean, quiet and respectful. Cheers, Brett + Lisa
Hi there, we're looking for a new housemate for our share in Marden come this January. The location: It's a pretty great spot on a nice quiet street.
