I would prefer to be in a female only shared place or my own granny flat/caravan. If I stay at a shared place I would feel more comfortable with living with mature or elderly lady. More than happy to give you a hand if you need help for yourself or house. I'm an introverted person who appreciates quiet and simple living. I'm busy with my study and spend most of my free time with reading books. I don't have people over and go to bed early. I don't drink, don't smoke, don't use drugs. I'm sensitive to noise of TV and radio and music, so it would be much appreciated if you aren’t into those or are ok with using headphones. I'm in Lemon Tree Passage and need to find a new place because my landlord's personal circumstance has changed. I've rented their place over a year and they can provide you a reference. We are also looking for a home that will accommodate our one well-behaved dog. Our dog, Lucy, is a 2-year-old Whippet x Kelpie. She is fully house-trained and a valued member of our family. We are both responsible tenants. We are currently on Centrelink, and Joanna is a dedicated student. I have a job lined up as soon as I get my driver's license back, and I am actively working on that. Our preferred length of tenancy is 6 months, with a move-in date of ASAP. We are happy to provide excellent personal references who can speak to our character, reliability, and responsibility.
