Hey all we have a room to rent in salsibury north, for 160 per week or 320 per fortnight. it's a 3 bedroom home myself and my partner kylie is looking for a female who's honest and a quiet person, that's clean and friendly to all housemates. We have one female already with us so we are looking for that last great person. Our place is located close to, salsibury north football club a bus goes straight past the front of our house to the interchange... We are preferably looking for someone between the ages of 25 and 42..we also have a security gate at the front of our home so the house is well protected. We both work Monday to Friday. So someone that works is preferred. We do all like a social chat often but we are very busy people. Parking is on the side of the house but it's very safe as it's on a corner block. We also have a spare room for guests and a 2 person spa in the room please ask in advance if you have people over as it's just being polite. We have a 7month old labradoor X Retrever, who lives out side and loves people very friendly dog he is our world. We also have a baby turtle in our living room. Sorry no pets as of this reason, and ...we look after these pets and require no help with that. We hope to hear from a nice person soon, house is available for inspection on Saturday the 15th of December and available that weekend....ps we are quite happy to furnish room, or you can bring your own stuff..

I have recently moved back to Adelaide from Sydney where I worked in IT. But I have decided to leave the profession to go back to uni next year. I currently work as a chauffeur driver in the afternoons and nights, which will suit my student responsibilities in 2019. As for hobbies, I love sports. I'm a member of a boxing club (light-welterweight division) and I'm a long-distance runner. I also love reading, watching TV series, and spending time with friends at the gym (where I mostly chat rather than pump iron, lol). I am well-organised and clean up after myself.
