Large freshly painted room + OWN bathroom available in a sharehouse in Sandgate. Only $150 per week, including utilities - internet, water, electricity and lawn maintenance. This room has a massive in-built wardrobe and a clean separate bathroom. There are no other sharehouses in the Newcastle area that offer such a large room with your own bathroom for such a low price - trust me. Location: Sandgate is 5 minutes drive from the University of Newcastle and 15 minutes from the Newcastle CBD. Close to transport, including buses and train. The Room: - Can come furnished if preferred, with dresser and queen bed. - Room has its own aircon and fan. - Again, YOUR VERY OWN BATHROOM. No one's going to hog all your shower time. The House: - Shared common areas include lounge room, living room, large backyard, laundry (washing machine + dryer) and kitchen. - Also have a mini outdoor gym area. - The kitchen already has cooking utensils ready for use. - Parking is on-street. - We have solar panels to extend our water and electricity use. You must be able to clean up after yourself and be respectful of other housemates. Sorry - no parties, pets, kids, smokers or idiots. If this sounds like something you're interested in, please message me. Inspections available from the start of March.

Hey, I'm Tayla, I am 19 and I'm about to start my first year of Primary Teaching at UON and have previously done the Newstep course there. I'm currently looking for a job as I have been living down the coast for the Uni break but am confident I will be able to get a job rather soon. This will be my first time living out of home without other family around and I am very excited to start this new journey in my life. I have grown up with my Mum renting houses so I understand a lot about it and have first hand experience, I pay for my own phone and have never been late for a payment in the two years that I've had a plan. I am clean and tidy, love to socialise with people and get to know new people but I also love my alone time. Would love to meet new people and develop some great friendships through this experience as I don't really know many people in the area hence why I am advertising on this website. If there's anything else you would like to know, feel free to message me I'd be happy to chat. (I previously had another ad up but deleted it as I wanted to add more information about myself in this new one)
Hi! I'm an exchange student from Sweden arriving in Newcastle on 11/03/17 for one semester of full time studing. Easy going, social and responsible. Looking for anything furnished with friendly inhabitants! :-)

Finishing up my last semester at the University of Newcastle whilst working full time to gain some degree-related experience. I am quiet, clean, respectful and relaxed but very much enjoy going out to see live music on weekends. Currently living in Kotara and working between Newcastle and the Port Stephens area. Preferably looking for accommodation that is close to public transport, either bus or train.
Hello! My names Eamon (19), I'm from the Central Coast and am moving to Newcastle to be closer to UON. I can have fun and love to socialise and make new friends but I'm also respectful of other people (I won't throw parties without asking other housemates). I'm neat and tidy and respectful of other people's belongings. I would like a place where all the roommates are friends and get along well as its where we will spend most of our time. I'm also looking at whole houses to rent so if anyone wants to teamup I have a few places I'm looking at near the uni saved.
Myself and partner are looking for some temporary accomadation. Both work full time. Would like to arrange an inspection time for any suitable places in the Newcastle region
Hi, I am looking for an unfurnished room, preferably either near the Uni or the beach and town. I am 23 and looking for housemates in their early twenties. I am a very clean and tidy housemate. I respect others belongings and space, and always clean up after myself. I'm very friendly, and have been living in Newcastle for the past 8 months. I am studying architecture, and work in hospitality, and am originally from the Blue Mountains. I love to explore the Newcastle area, and enjoy socializing. I have been living in a share house, but my landlord want access to the house over the summer, so am looking for a new place. I wont be able to move in till February. Thanks :)
Hi, I'm Sarah. I'm studying my Masters in Social Work and working in mental health with an NGO. My current real estate (Nextview Property) are happy to rent to me again so If I can find one or two others to live with me, we're good! I'm an amazing housemate and have an indoor rabbit named Margot that spends her days getting pats. She is smart, litter trained and more of a cat-dog. I'm very clean, considerate of all my housemates, responsible, active, enjoy a glass of wine, hanging out and gaming. I am open to living pretty much anywhere from Wallsend to Newcastle.
I am financially independent, extremely responsible and definitely cleaner than the average Aussie male. I am going to be living in Newcastle for 2 years while completing my Masters degree. I'm happy to have a drink n chat n chill or to keep to myself if you prefer privacy. I love sport, particularly League, cricket and soccer. Also play golf and other sports. Enjoy movies & TV but don't like spending hours watching, more likely to play PS4 or just get out of the house to do something. I do a pretty good BBQ, can cook reasonably well and don't mind sharing housework duties. The main catch is that I am married, and my wife would be staying for a month or so in April and another month in October. I would be going back to China to run my schools Summer camp for 6 weeks in Australian winter. At the end of November I would be moving back to China for 3 months between semesters. At this point I would decide whether to keep the same accommodation for 2 years without a break or to move out before my time away.
French student who's glad to do an internship at Newcastle university this summer. I'll work full time but I'll take advantage of my weekends to discover Australia and its inhabitants! Easy to live with I enjoy meeting and discovering new people. See you this summer!
I am 22 years old. Needing to move out of my sisters and closer to uni. I am going into my third year of teaching. I am very respectful and tidy. I have everything for a house, (fridge, lounges, kitchenware etc). Preferably looking to start a lease with some people. If you are interested or wanna know more, either message me or send me a text.
Hey I'm Lisa, Im a 24-year-old Childcare worker looking to find a place around Cameron Park, Fletcher, Glendale or Warners Bay. I'm super clean, cook well, love a glass or wine or bourbon and am a huge foodie. I enjoy going for walks, watching movies and spending time with family and friends at a nice cafe or shopping. I'm always up for a random adventure. Although I do have a 1-year-old cat named Mia who is super friendly and is really tiny for her age. Mia is bathed once a month to get rid of any dander on her fur which may cause allergies, she spends her days outside and comes in to sleep. I own a fridge, washing machine, lounge, microwave and out door setting as well as loads of other household items and my bedroom furniture. Please message me if you're interested in sharing a house. I really want a nice modern home that I can live in for a couple of years.
I will be busy working part time and studying full time, so would be out of the house for a lot of the time. On the occasion when I am at home, I am quiet and neat and tidy. By nature, I am easy going, and friendly. I like to unwind by going out for casual drinks, going out for brunch/dinner, reading and watching movies.
