Heya :) my name's Ash. I'm pretty laid back and love to make new friends, not a party person. Love music, animals and am considered as a clean freak, haha. I am self-reliant; also enjoy reading and playing piano. Very respectful of privacy and space, as well as people's individuality :) I also have a small bird (rainbow lorikeet) who gets along with dogs and kids alike (and is very clean) so pets must be considered.
I have an independent bedroom detached from the main house. This private room is available for rent. All of the amenities are shared in the main house. This sort of accommodation go quickly. I am looking for gainfully employed male.

Hello! My names Eamon (19), I'm from the Central Coast and am moving to Newcastle to be closer to UON. I can have fun and love to socialise and make new friends but I'm also respectful of other people (I won't throw parties without asking other housemates). I'm neat and tidy and respectful of other people's belongings. I would like a place where all the roommates are friends and get along well as its where we will spend most of our time. I'm also looking at whole houses to rent so if anyone wants to teamup I have a few places I'm looking at near the uni saved.
Hello! We are very tidy and clean housemates who respect personal space, but are also very friendly and enjoy having a chat or just chilling out together. Ashleigh is a uni student and is in her third year of a Bachelor of Arts, and Blake is very handy with jobs around the house and technology, and is currently looking for work. We like to keep to ourselves most of the time, but if you're a fan of boardgames, movie nights or late night trips to Yogurtland, then we will get along great too :D We keep shared living areas very clean and tidy, are considerate with our noise levels and would keep our housemates up to date if we would like to have friends or family over. We love animals, and wouldn't mind feeding or walking them for you. We enjoy sharing weekend beverages, trips to the beach and finding places to eat delicious food! We are also both very tall, so we can help clean high spots or get things down for you :P Please feel free to contact us if you'd like to know more or to meet up. We look forward to hearing from you! :)
I'm a PhD student and am due to finish my doctorate this year. I'm into scuba diving and travelling - I recently got back from studying 3 months in Germany and 6 months in the USA. I'm also clean, tidy and quiet but that's not to say I don't enjoy the occasional good time just like everyone else. I have no pets and do not smoke. I prefer living in houses with a fairly even gender-balance with no more than 3 other housemates. I would prefer an ensuite bathroom and an unfurnished room but neither is critical. I hope to hear from you :)
G'day :) my name is Gizem and I'm 25 years old. Now, I am living in Germany and writing my master thesis in the building faculty of the German University in Stuttgart. During the exchange program of my university I will be a student of the University of Newcastle for 2 Semesters (15th Feb. until 15. Dec.). I am looking for a furnished accomodation for a maximum budget of $ 175 per week. Apart from that, I am looking for flatmates who are likewise curious about new cultures and are open minded. I chose the Australian Uni because I heart many positive points about this country. I am very looking forward to experience all of this by my own. In Germany, I also live in a shared flat so I am well up in living with other people. I would really looking forward hearing from you as soon as possible. Thanks mate :) Warm greetings from Germany, Gizem
Hi! I'm an exchange student from Sweden arriving in Newcastle on 11/03/17 for one semester of full time studing. Easy going, social and responsible. Looking for anything furnished with friendly inhabitants! :-)
I'm James, quiet, clean and tidy. Responsible, work part time. Spend a few nights p/w at mates places playing music and having a drink. When I'm at home I like watching movies, playstation or just chilling reading a book. I enjoy cooking but only if it's for two or more ppl. Very friendly and nonjudgmental.
Hi, I'm Sarah. I'm studying my Masters in Social Work and working in mental health with an NGO. I have two weeks to find a new place and my current real estate (Nextview Property) are happy to rent to me again so If I can find one or two others to live with me, we're good! I'm an amazing housemate and have an indoor rabbit named Margot that spends her days getting pats. She is smart, litter trained and more of a cat-dog. I'm very clean, considerate of all my housemates, responsible, active, enjoy a glass of wine, hanging out and gaming. I am open to living pretty much anywhere from Wallsend to Newcastle.
Hi there, I'm Jess. I'm a social science student at the University of Newcastle. I also work part-time as a cleaner, which usually has me working mornings/evenings on weekdays. I am currently living in Rutherford, however I would like to live somewhere closer to Newcastle and the uni. I love the beach, whether it's to swim or to take my dog for a swim and make friends. I also enjoy reading, and drinking coffee. I'm a quiet person, but I do enjoy socialising and meeting new people. I have a small dog (staffy x bull terrier), she is very friendly with people and other dogs. For the past five months the two of us have been sharing a house with three people, and three dogs; she got along well with everyone. She loves to play and have a run around, but also enjoys her chill time. The two of us are great to live with as we both enjoy our down time, but also like to socialise with others.

Freshly renovated and located in the quiet, leafy suburb of Shortland, with valley veiws and farmland to the back of the block (our neightbours have miniture horses), this house does not feel like it is so close to everything, but is so convienient in location. Your new room/home is located 5mins from the uni and is a 16min drive to the centre of Newcastle (hunter st) close to a variety of beaches or dining options. It is $170pw which includes all bills including water, electricity, internet and lawn mowing. So you won't have to worry about paying extra each quarter for bills. Available to move into from the 4th of February. Newly renovated bathroom. Your bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, tallboy, a desk and floor rug. It also has a fan mounted on the wall. You will have your very own shelves in one of the two fridges, the walk in pantry and one of the bathrooms. Everyone gets their own parking spot in the cement off street parking lot at the back of the house. Its a huge house, with friendly people and has a great atmosphere. You'll never feel crowded. Located in a safe, quiet dead end (looped) street, with off street parking for housemate and on street parking available for guests. The large kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils, pots and pans you’ll need to cook with. With a new oven and range hood. The living areas are spacious with a huge open plan lounge room, dining area, sitting area and kitchen. There is a new washing machine, two large clotheslines and a number of fold out drying lines with plenty of space on the deck to hang things. The house has been installed with a VENTIS system that filters the air and pushes the hot air from the roof space into the house to heat it in winter and vents the air out of the roof space and pushes cold night air into the house to cool it in summer. There is also an air cinditioner in the living areas. Sorry no pets, no smoking. Also only one person renting each room. We don't rent a room to couples or the house would lose it's spacious feel. This is not a party house. Please if you are interested, give Ashley a call or text or feel free to reply to this ad

Hello! I'm Jack, 26 year-old ex-accountant who has gone back to uni (Newcastle Uni) to study to become a primary teacher. I'm very familiar with the duties that come up as a responsible housemate, live a quiet/peaceful life and as an added bonus - I like to cook! Looking for a medium-term listing (from March 2017 - August/September 2017).
Hello! We are a couple from Northern Ireland who are looking for accommodation between February and June/July. I (Jordan) will be studying Environmental Science for a semester at UoN and my boyfriend Freddie who has just graduated from uni in Northern Ireland will be working during our stay. We are both active and love sports and the outdoors. We are also friendly and sociable with a good sense of humour and want to make the most of our time in Australia but we are polite and respectful of others privacy and quiet time! We are both clean and tidy when it comes to living space and we aren't afraid to get stuck in with house work! :) We love to travel too and hope to see and do plenty of fun stuff that Australia has to offer.
I am a 22 year old student, studying accounting at The University of Newcastle. I am a very friendly and nice person who is very open minded and always up to to try new stuff. Similarly, I am pretty tidy and in many cases organised although I like going with the flow as well. I like cooking and spending time with good people as well as just relaxing in a park, enjoying the Australian summer while reading a book and listening to music. I am looking for fun people to share a house with. Moreover, I am easy going, laid back and love to be part of the house rather than just live. Looking to move in this week, if interested, please send me a text :)

The house is in great condition and has been kept very clean. There is also plenty of off-street parking available.
