Hey my new roomies, I’m a 41 year old (my licence will say I’m 51 but I’m still refusing to accept that age), recently separated guy looking for somewhere to chill out and rebuild. Hopefully you guys will be chilled, don’t mind a casual chat about anything and everything, maybe the odd beer during the footy or on the weekends, but still respect mutual quiet time when needed.
I’m hoping to find somewhere relatively close to Brendale so I can cycle my commute to the warehouse of my expanding roofing company. I also referee at Wavell and Ferny Hills 2-3 nights a week so on those days I’m gone from 6am to around 9:30pm. I’m quiet but enjoy most aspects of life, and am often away in my 4x4 up the beach for the weekends, or out enjoying the best that nature offers. I’m clean and tidy, and don’t mind helping out with the lawns or other shared chores as required. I am financially sound, and am happy to contribute bond and rent in advance as required, or for up to 3 months if desired. I hope to hear from you soon regarding an inspection and a meet and greet, to see that we are all a suitable fit for each other and confirm a move-in date. I’m flexible and reasonable, and am generally not a hassle at all, I just need somewhere to hang out, do my washing, sleep in a comfy bed and enjoy cooking a barbie for a feed.
