Looking for furnished coastal accommodation over the summer possibly longer in NSW. I'd like to be close to the beach where I can enjoy long walks in a quiet and peaceful place with water views, ideally. I'm based in Sydney and own my own home there however I am looking to travel to and fro by car in NSW to just have a weekend or mid week getaway place. I'm a clean, kind, caring and considerate person with a busy life in Sydney that loves the coast and the quiet of a much smaller place. I'm also looking at houseminding.
Woy Woy *Can furnish upon request *Unlimited internet included We are sad to say our lovely roommate is spreading his wings and getting his own place so we are on the hunt for another amazing roommate. The location is amazing. You are over the road from the water and 5 min from the train station that takes 1h10min to Sydney. Shops and cafes are also at your door step. The property is large and you will be sharing with a couple, there is plenty of space, you also have build-ins, large ensuite bathroom and privet balcony. The house is two story with living/dining and kitchen down stairs and bedrooms up stairs, so if you are doing shift work and working funny hours you don't have to worry about waking your roommates. The bedrooms up stairs and also on other ends of the house so very privet. (The pic's don't really do it justice there is ample room for a double bed, more photos upon request)
The house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, next to a reserve and surrounded by nature. It's the largest sunny room next to the shower and toilet. Floorboards throughout Large, sunny backyard with a deck 7 min walk to the station and the shops are behind. Walking distance to the wharf. Wi-fi, electricity, water included
One room available for rent. Professional employed owner looking for easy going, clean and tidy single people who have a regular income either working full-time or studying who are appreciative of a great place to rent and pay their rent on time weekly. We are a household of working adults who are easy going, clean and tidy who like to socialise with friends and family for meals but do not have lots of parties or loud gatherings. We respect each others privacy and personal space but we also like to socialise with each other over meals occasionally. I have 2 small very friendly non shedding dogs who live outside in absolute bliss with waterfront views from their kennel. The house is a massive, brightly lit 5 bedroom family home, with 3 bathrooms with showers and one powder room (toilet and basin) that is located in a quiet street in Green Point directly on the waterfront of Brisbane waters. 500 metres to bus stop, restaurants, medical centre and ALDI. Awesome waterfront views from the outdoor living area with salt water pool. The house is completely renovated inside and all rooms have built in cupboards with ceiling fans. Huge kitchen and 3 separate indoor furnished living areas. 5 to 10 minute drive to Erina Fair, Gosford waterfront. The rent includes electricity, gas, water and NBN internet. Friends are welcome to visit but the room is available for 1 person not 2. No children as permanent residents. Any other questions please call or message Michael.
I am a hard working, reliable, friendly person. I am very easy to get along with. I am an Aged Care Nurse working part time in a Nursing Village in Umina but on my off days/free time I enjoy playing video games and relaxing in front of the TV or talking to my long distance partner.
Hi there! My partner, pup and I are looking for accomodation 🐶 We aren't to fussed about location, just looking for the perfect place! Ideally a granny flat or studio would work perfectly for us but happy to share a place with another couple or friends 😇 A bit about us: Me (caylah): I study online part time and work a few nights a week in a bar! Depending on when we move I'll probably go back to working full time! I'm a quiet, private person but enjoy having the occasional drink whilst watching some Netflix ☺️ My partner(bailey): He works full time for a call centre in Ryde, so ideally we would live close to the train line and within an hour of Ryde! Princess (pup) 🐶: She's a 1yr old chihuahua, cutest lil girl in the world! Very lovable but also gets very excited when there's lots of people around! Shes rarely left alone so you don't have to worry about consistent barking or bad behaviour!! So long story short we are both pretty quiet, clean and boring people, mainly study and work (not the type to have people over often) very respectful of other peoples space and privacy as well! Let us know if you have something that would suit 😅

Hello! :) I'm Aaron - I came to Australia on the 14th of January and am looking for a more permanent living situation. I will be working for a small company in Tuggerah and am currently living near Bonnells Bay in Central Coast. It's way too isolated for me so I am looking for a flat or possibly a room in a shared house (but separate) to stay in near a train station preferably around the Tascott area or very close. I would prefer long term but short term is ok too. I'll just have to look for something more permanent eventually. About me - 29 year old American Male, clean, quiet, tidy, and respectful to my surroundings. I do my own chores and don't need someone waiting hand over foot for me :). I play guitar and love other musical activities as well.
Hi my name is Annika. I am an early childhood teacher working in Hornsby but I am looking for a place on the coast. I work full-time during the week. I am pretty quiet, I like to spend my free time watching TV or reading. I am a non smoker. I have 6yo greyhound, she is super lazy and pretty easygoing as far as house mates goes. One short walk a day tuckers her out and she will sleep all day in a sunny spot.
I've come from the UK to work in Sydney in the media, I'll be looking for somewhere to stay for a a few weeks when my family come over (2 grown up kids ) with a view to that extending dependent on the work situation - earliest I would need it is early July 2017. Need somewhere relatively quiet and safe with access to the coast.
Looking for shared accomodation either on the Central Coast or in the Hornsby area. Currently working on a permanent part-time basis in Hornsby while studying at Ourimbah and living on the Peninsula. I am reliable, friendly and helpful.
I'm 50 years old, im a cigarette smoker unfortunately, I was employed but now I'm currently on the disability support benifet due to back injuries although I do love gardening and keeping my area nice & tidy I have a partner who is a carer for her mother and a 10 year old daughter who lives with her mother at her grandparents, I'm in desperate need for any accommodation as soon as possible as I have been living and still am living in my partners car for the past 4 years I've tried applying for many houses and been turned down for every single one there isn't anymore that I can afford I have been attending housing pathways but there is a waiting period of 21 years, I have loads and loads of receipts for hotels and motels but sometimes there not always available for me and too pricey as I do have to eat and have clothes plus support my daughter etc if there is anything around the peninsula that is suitable for me please msg me thankyou in advance kind regards Rodney :)
