Hey guys! So, the lease ended at my last house and I'm currently looking for a new place to call home - either a room to rent or possibly start a little group and find a place together (happy to jump on a lease if needed). I am really looking to live with people I can call friends and people I can share a meal and have a laugh with. I'm very easy going, tidy up after myself, and love to cook and feed others. I am always down for a chat but I also understand personal space. I do enjoy the occasional wine and movie through the week and the occasional boogie or pub on the weekend. The last house I was in was 3 boys and myself, so that doesn't really phase me at all. My priority right now is to look for a cosy place to settle and call home, and I am happy to compromise to make that work. I have a flexible move-in date and I can or don't have to have household furniture. HA! I am easy and whatever works for everyone. I work full-time in the city, so preferably looking for something in the inner-west or inner-east suburbs and definitely looking for something long term. If this is something similar to what you're looking for, shoot me a message! :) Jen

Hi! I'm from Finland and 30 years old. Looking for a room or place for myself starting from February :) Long-term place would be perfect. I'm very easy-going and quite quiet so flatmates wouldn't propably even notice if I'm home or out :)
My partner and I are outdoor educators working in Kunghur with Outward Bound Australia. Our job has us living on site while we are working, so we are looking to rent a space for when we are between programs; generally two or three days out of every seven to ten. When we are not working, we are interested in having a quiet, clean space to enjoy. We do not own any pets, but are comfortable around them. Neither of us smoke and we rarely drink. We are tidy, friendly, and easy to get along with. We also have a caravan that we'd love to be able to store on the property but it is not a necessity.

I'm Hannah, travelling up to live in the northern rivers soon, and looking for a lovely house to share, as I am going to be studying nursing as well as working part-time, as an assistant nurse. I am very clean, understand the need for space, and will never have a problem with paying rent on time and helping out with chores that need to be done around the house. I am comfortable with sharing with anyone who is kind enough to let me stay and can not wait to move to this beautiful area. Hannah :)
Hey, I’m super easy going and respectful. I like my own space and know that others do too. I work full time for LJ Hooker. I’ve travelled the world and worked as a live in nanny so I’m fairly used to living with a variety of people. I have a dog he’s a bull terrier cross kelpie he is my baby and comes every where with me. He is out side all day while I’m at work he is energetic but I walk him every day. He is fully house trained and sleeps with me every night. I like to be out and about camping beach days anything I can to get out. Happy for team ups or a room preferably with a yard and fellow dog lovers. :)
Great little 2 bed house nestled in the bush yet neighbors close at hand. The property has lovely view of Mt Warning and it is in a lovely quiet area. No Internet to the house but I use mobile internet. Lounge room only is airconditioned and rarely used. Fantastic area. The property is also a mushroom farm and I work from home.
You will have the choice of 2 rooms (empty) and there is capacity to bring some common area furniture you have some. This is a brand new house in a new 'Telstra smart community' estate. I am in the process of arranging TV / internet services but they should be installed soon. There is a dishwasher and washing machine that uses tank water (as do the toilets). Its usually quiet with minimal traffic. It is about 5 mins drive from Murwillumbah, 30 mins to Tweed / Coolangatta, 45 mins to Byron (more if traffic). The yard is still a work in progress and I don't have any fences as yet, so pets are not really an option at this time, sorry. (Plus I have pets that visit occasionally) There should be enough room to park in the driveway as long as I can still access the garage. I would prefer a working professional, however students / part time workers will be considered.
