Hi I'm from the u.k. Was in Australia earlier this year, but returned to the u.k to visit my new nephew and now I'm returning to Australia. Need a short term rent 2-3 weeks so that I can sort some things in order to head off to do my work to obtain my 2nd year visa. It's pretty difficult to organise it from thousands of miles away. The only thing I ask for is an ensuite. Willing to to pay the full rent upon arrival. Anything you want to know just ask.
Modern clean townhouse, close to the beach, secure lock up garage. I do have one extra spare bedroom so there will be a choice of one or the other. Public transport (bus) into the city less than 2 minutes walk away. Local Coles supermarket about 5 minutes walk. Generally I pay for all the bills including internet but not food. I do have Netflix and air conditioning though the place is pretty cool in summer.
Japanese, female, work as a system engineer from home/anywhere in the world as long as connected to the internet. Avoiding winter / enjoying summer in Perth till the end of February. Looking for a room with UNLIMITED wifi + a desk for my laptop and WITHOUT air conditioner in the private room to be mine. Love sunshine, beach, Jack'n'DIETcoke.
Rental available from 5th of January! Short term or long term! $250/week Scarborough, Perth. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 story unit. Features: - Less then 2 mins walk from the beach, you can just see the water from the front yard. - Less then 5 mins away from the esplanade. - Comes furnished with a washing machine, fridge, stove, dinning table and chairs and also the white cupboard in the bedroom. However, the owner is happy to store these away if you don’t require them. - water included! Cheap electricity! - very respectful and helpful owner. The contract is through the owner and not a real estate so can be quite flexible. He was okay with our short term rental of 3 months. Optional: We are permanently moving away from Perth so we are looking to get rid of all homewares including the bed, desks, cutlery, pots etc. We are happy to negotiate a price that includes some or all things and therefore is essentially a ready to move in unit. This can include a internet modem ready to go. We pay $50/month for unlimited internet!
I'm looking for share accommodation on behalf of my dear ex flatmate, Abdul (late 20s), we parted ways back in 2017 as my son and I had to move to Melbourne (we are now back in Perth). Abdul is seeking a room in a house share again and we would love to accommodate him, but our villa is only a small 2 bedder. He is the most courteous, cleanest flatmate I've ever lived with. Works hard, pays his bills on time, and a very friendly decent guy all round. He doesn't have parties, drink, or smoke. He's a flatmate's dream. He's currently working full time as a ride share driver working varying shifts. If you have any questions, please do ask me. I'm helping him find somewhere as I can vouch for him (I'm a 57 yo woman who has had many years experience taking in flatmates and demand respect, hygiene, tidiness, and bills paid on time and he ticks all of those boxes ! ) and while his spoken English is good, a little difficult with written in here. You won't regret offering him a spare room ! Thanks.
I am 30 year old, single, female. I moved back to Perth August 2018, after living in Kalgoorlie for 4 years. I work as a Credit Controller in Burswood, and am also studying Accounting part-time/online through Curtin. I have my licence, and a 2004 Ford Focus. I’m currently living with a friend temporarily in Wanneroo, and would like something closer to work (Burswood). And, although I do enjoy my “me time” - I do prefer to live with others and meet new people 😊 I also have a 4 year old rescue dog named Alfie, who as a result of his treatment as a puppy can be very shy and anxious when meeting new people. He can be unpredictable when meeting new people, and other dogs, but he has a muzzle for these instances. Howerver, it doesn’t take long for him to come out of his shell and he’s found a new best friend. He’s very protective, which makes him a great guard dog. He’s well trained, and doesn’t dig holes; as he prefers chewing his toys or sunbaking. If required, I can provide rental references to cover myself and Alfie, and also a reference from some dog-sitters who looked after him while I was in Europe for 2 months. I also have a police clearance less 12 months old.
I work full time, and if I'm not surfing or at the beach I'm most likely just chilling playing video games or watching Netflix. Enjoy a few casual beers and a night out, but not a party animal.
I'm a student in fitness and sport, i come from the south of France. I'm can be a good cooker, cooking french specialities. :) I'm looking for any type of room for the next 7months not far from my school. I'm using a scooter, so i don't need a near train station or buses. :)
Hey! I’ve been in Perth a short while now and have finally landed a nice, stable full-time job in ICT, so I am looking for a place to live that isn’t a hostel for a change. My work is based over in Welshpool and I am currently living in Northbridge, so between those places is where I am after. Or, just somewhere close to public transport links. I am committed to work during the week, so tend to just go to the gym, but at the weekend I like to get out and explore or hit the bars/night life. I am friendly, social and tidy. I enjoy the company of others and my own space. Ideally, I would like to be sharing an apartment with others that can be social but also keep to themselves. I'm open to team-ups if the right guy/girl matches my lifestyle. Cheers, Ryan
