Hi there, we are a couple from Hungary on WHV, and we are searching for a place from the 3rd of December till the end of January. Chris is working as a full time 3D designer, and I'm working in a shop 5 days a week. After January, we are going to leave Melbourne, and moving to Queensland area. We are both reliable persons, and like to keep our space very clean and tidy. It would be nice to find a place where we are able to rest, and using our own bathroom. We don't have great expectations, just trying to find a nice, clean space where we can stay for 2 months :) cheers! alíz
Hey All! I am a 22 year old qualified student of illustration and photography. I am generally a neat person but I keep my mess in the bedroom and will do my dishes when I get home from work. I do own a year old cat (Caleb) that is very affectionate and loving so he is a family friendly pet. My personally; I am a bubbly tomboy and I am up for long chats and banter with people around me. I was brought up with respect for others and for the household you live in, I have a history of renting, and am looking to move out independatly, I also currently work in a warehouse with a stable income.
I'm clean, organised, easy to get along with, friendly, compromising and a great cook! I enjoy my own space as well as sharing and i have the world most well behaved dog. I don't watch tv so the remotes yours, it's important for me to have a clean environment to live in, so i take pride in keeping a tidy home. I work pretty much full time as a school teacher (CRT) so will always be able to pay rent. I'm an artist so bring with me beautiful life and colour through my art into the space. I'm also a beginner yoga teacher, so if that's your thing we can practice together. I have a bright, bubbly, positive personality and look forward to finding the right fit.
quiet, young lady who enjoys reading, im sociable but enjoy keeping to myself, i dont shy away from pulling my own weigh, or lending a hand when can. i do own a 6yr old dog, which is a rescue an enjoys nothing more than relaxing an being right beside me, hes also toilet trained.. in all honesty ive had a pretty hard life n only turn 26 at the end of june, im mature minded and respectful; currently im unemployed (please before you make a decision) i do receive newstart payments an budget every cent, for the last 9 years ive had to step in an be my mothers carer as her physical health n mental health has rapidly declined thoughout the years, now that she is in assisted living, its finially given me the chance to create a life for myself after so many years, but as we all know real estate agencies arent the easiest to deal with at the best of times, to have somewhere my dog buddy an i can call home would be amazing.. if you have any further questions feel free to contact me day or night as id be happy to answer any you may have..
I am a female in my thirties I am currently in the process of moving myself back up to Melbourne from Philip Island. I had recently taken a little time out of work leaving my job down the Island to study full time (online) giving me the freedom to be able to relocate myself back up in Melbourne which is where I truly want to be (I’m a Melbourne girl born and bred.) I have just started back working full time with a new job as a Customer Service Advisor for City Holdings in Mulgrave so I am now looking to find a place to live somewhere around that area. My previous work history has been in finance administration, banking and customer service so I am looking forward to something a little bit different heading in a new direction with lots of opportunity to learn new things. I am also still completing my online study for my Dip.in Business Administration, just reducing the work load now I’m back working full time. I am pretty laid back easy going person, extremely respectful of other people. I like meeting new people and learning about them and their experiences in life. I like to spend my spare time watching movies and catching up with family/friends and heading out for the occasional night on the town hitting the hit the dance floor with my besties. I am a Melbourne girl through and through I have been lucky enough to meet some amazing friends here who have now become my family. I count myself very lucky to be able to live in the greatest city in Australia maybe even the world. :)
Hi I'm Dom I'm looking for a new place near Glen Waverly as I am beginning training at the police academy. At home I generally keep to myself but I do enjoy having a chat/drink/social after work if my housemates are up for it. I enjoy playing pretty much any sport and am working on getting my lanky body into shape and play plenty of competitive dodgeball. On a weekday I usually keep to myself as I am very busy with work, exercising and studying. On weekends I am a social bee, always up for hanging out, up for a run or a chat. I've been living in share accommodation for the past 10 years so I'm very familiar with respecting my housemates, being clean and just generally contributing to a positive atmosphere. On a day off I'm usually out socialising with friends, playing sport or just watching series/documentaries at home. Currently seeking: -Relatively contemporary house/flat to live in with other like minded individuals. -Room sizeable enough to fit queen bed (furnished or unfurnished) -Reasonable parking -Spacious room with ample space for a desk. -Professional housemates or mature students
I'm a uni student studying Bachelor of food and nutrition science at Deakin. I'm a clean and tidy person who works 2 jobs and goes to uni full time. However love to relax when I can, enjoying BBQ's and catching up with friends when I can. I'm a sociable person and love meeting new people, living life and enjoying the outdoors. I'm really into my health and fitness and basically live at the gym when not working or studying. I also usually meal prep every Sunday to help with my busy lifestyle.
I was asked to write what makes me great to live with? this is a tough one lets make a list: 1. I will make you laugh even at my own expense 2. I can have philosophical conversations if you want 3. I am really considerate towards other people 4. I like bringing happy and chill vibes to the place 5. Try to keep everything clean 6. I like playing video games and witty banter. 7. I get along with everyone and am down to earth Currently working full time as well. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions, concerns, emotional outbursts e.t.c Cheers
I am a 22 year old qualified nurse working full time (and more!). I am easy to get along with and I am a clean and tidy person - plus I like cooking, bonus for you!
I am full time worker and student. I have a car. I do not mind pets live with. but no smoke. I want a quiet secluded room out of the way. everything I do at home is just chilling in my room.
Easy going, happy to have a chat but also need own space (particularly after a hard day at work). Enjoy the gym, playing netball and practicing pilates/yoga. Fairly tidy and organised, clean and considerate.
I'm cruisey but live an active lifestyle. I like doing indoor and outdoor housework most of the time. I have new appliances and furniture.
Private Studio with its own kitchenette (light/simple cooking only), bathroom and private entrance. The studio is separated from the house so you have your own privacy. It's available now for short term untill till 5 Dec 2017. Or long term from 10 Jan 2018 onwards. The studio is fully furnished with plenty of storage to store your belonging. If you own a car, we can share our garage space. The rent is $250 per week (single) or $300 per week (shared between 2 people). Utilities bill is included. The property is opposite Jells Park, the neighbourhood is nice and quite, so we expect you to respect our neighbours, no party allowed. If you like peace and quite place, a place to study, this studio will suit you. Bus stop is only 2 minutes walk, a short ride to monash university , Brandon Park shopping centre or Glen Waverley Station.
Great spot. Close to public transport, close to M1 freeway. Quiet street, not much traffic noise (other than school times, there's a primary school 100m down the road). Nice open plan house, easy to keep clean. Unlimited NBN access (additional to rent). 250m away from the pub which has a rooftop beer garden, always a solid option for a summer sunday afternoon. All bills split evenly. Room available is quite big, currently large enough to cater a king size bed and 55" TV. Storage space is minimal though, a chest of drawers would be vital. 3 WEEKS RENT REQUIRED UPFRONT.
Cleanliness in kitchen, bathroom and of the main shared areas are a must. Not keen on sharing in a house with pets or smokers. I have years of experience renting in share houses therefore i know the drill - being attentive to the house and mindful of personal space. I like to gym, do Pilates, healthy eating and cooking, and spend time browsing the net.
I'm currently studying health sciences at deakin uni and i work part time at Kathmandu at knox. My major hobby and absolute passion is Irish dancing, so between work, dancing and study i'm pretty busy! I respect the need for privacy but i'm always up for a chat too! Looking for a nice environment to move into :)
Super easy going & I laugh lots. Get along great with others but also understand the importance of alone time. I enjoy going on hikes & staying active, in my spare time I watch a lot of films and read books
I am a quiet room mate, who is pretty busy and I like my privacy. I have my hands full being a full time electrician, which means working week days and sometimes weekends. I go to gym nearly everyday after work, so I am mostly home at night, but out the door before 7 am on most days. I am pretty easy going, I clean up after myself and buy my own stuff. I respect others people's privacy and their stuff.
We've been a couple for 7 years. We're friendly, tidy, quiet, and easy going. We both work full time. We're not partiers, and we don't smoke (don't care if you do). More than happy to have a chat and a few drinks with you, and will always respect your personal space when you need it. I'm vegan but Callan is omni, so your diet doesn't matter! We have a female desexed (mostly) indoor cat, and are looking at adopting a dog sometime in the future. We're happy to live with your cat and/or dog if they get along with other animals and they're house trained :-) We're interested in living with another couple (cheaper rent!) ideally also in their 20s, but a single person is fine too. We're hoping for somewhere between Bayswater and Ferntree Gully, but also open to any surrounding suburbs because with this market you can't be too picky... We don't really care who you are or what you do, as long as you're trustworthy, considerate, and can clean up after yourself!
Friendly and pleasant to talk to, but I also like my quiet time and I enjoy my own company. I'm on a steady fixed Disability support pension so I'd ideally love to keep rent at less than $180 per week, including bills (somewhat negotiable) so that I can meet my budget goals as I'm currently saving for a car. I would prefer somewhere I can maintain some privacy such as renting a bedroom with an ensuite/own bathroom, or a granny flat for example, in a quiet, friendly home. I'm neat, clean and polite. I am currently renting in Bright, Victoria, I just gave my 28 day notice to vacate so I would like to be settled in a new place by end of November if I can, and am flexible of duration of stay. My real estate will be more than happy to provide a great reference, I have not been late once with rent, and given them no trouble as a tenant. Can provide older references too. I enjoy reading, some gardening, spending time with family and my cat. I will be busy several days a week helping my sister with her child while she is at work. I love movies, music and cooking/baking. My cat Bear is 6 and she is very timid, and keeps to my room or the yard, so if possible I'd love to live somewhere that doesn't have other dogs/cats as Bear is a real scaredy cat! I'm also happy to sign a Pet Agreement. I'm an outside smoker and am happy to have further discussion or for you to ask any questions about my situation, your expectations etc. Thank you.
Hi, I'm Mel. I'm a happy and driven individual who works part time whilst growing my own business. I am clean and tidy and respectable of other's belongings. I like my own space but enjoy some good company and an occasional good chat. Love cooking, walks on the beach and yoga. I have an 11 year old Multese-Shitzu who is fully house trained and loves cuddles.
Hello, We are a newly married couple, looking for a fully furnished place for a short term stay. We are both school teachers. Reliable and trustworthy. We always pay rent on time and are quiet tenants. Ideally we would love a small unit or granny flat separate from the rest of the house. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Property furnished with the exception of additional rooms. Can have access to a second bedroom to use for storage or study at no additional cost. No air con, ducted heating or dishwasher but the bonus of own bathroom & toilet.
We are happy and outgoing, clean and tidy, like to cook and clean, quiet non party animal couple. Respect peoples privacy and opinions. Just need a place we can live at together! Please :)
