Hi. I am looking for a place in the Northern Suburbs/Beaches closer to work. I study part-time and work full time. I am looking for mature house mates who are respectful, punctual and clean. I am a professional who is still studying part-time. I am fairly busy throughout the week and I love to catch up with family and friends on the weekends. I love checking out new restaurants, a glass of wine and good conversation. I love travel, exercising, healthy eating, being creative and the water. I am also a Christian and love striving to live my life this way.
My name is Joy and I have a fully furnished bedroom with a gorgeous, quiet leafy outlook. The room has a large cupboard, full desk, bookshelves and bed (currently single beds but will consider a queen size) with possible extra downstairs storage. You will share with myself (47) and my quiet male German flatmate Jan (31) in a large light 3 Bedroom art deco apartment with 1.5 Bathrooms with spa and polished floorboards throughout. Huge entertaining garden great for BBQs and is centrally located in the heart of Seaforth Shops/Cafes/Restaurants and only a minute’s walk to public transport and a short 5 minute drive to Manly. Our ideal flatmate is professionally employed/student who is responsible, easygoing and likes their own space, we are friendly and very laid back. Rent is $280 p/week including bills plus bond (or $250 without bills) This great opportunity is available on the 4th of August so please contact me to organise to a time to view the place after Friday 23 June.
I am a happy, friendly, kind and considerate entrepreneur who loves dancing, playing tennis, meditating, music, healthy eating, doing random acts of kindness, finding reasons to laugh hysterically and better yet inspire laughter in others! I love being present to the incredible beauty and possibility in every new moment! and being around others that share that love. I am currently writing a book and beginning some new ventures that will require me to spend a large amount of time at my computer so I am hoping to find somewhere I can set up a desk which enjoys a beautiful inspiring view. My favourite views being boats bobbling on the harbour, surrounded by nature and rooftops. If you have the perfect space for me please get in contact. Can not wait to connect :)
Spare room in a four bedroom home is available for short term lease. The house is on a lovely quiet street with houses on one side of the street only. It's nice to sit on the large back deck and listen to the birds or just read a book. The rent of $300 per week includes Internet and utilities. There is also a free Hop, Skip, Jump bus that comes past the house that goes to Manly via Stocklands. If you work in the city there are good bus links into the city about 5mins walk away. I would like to rent the room out on a short term basis only, up to three months. It's perfect for someone just moving to the area who wants to scope out the area before committing to a place or a suburb. If you need it I'm happy to supply linen and a towel.
One room available in a 3 bedroom Flat next to Seaforth shops, Big living room, balcony, top floor, will be tidy and ready next week. Going to furnish the apartment to look nice. Plenty of transport, not far from Manly Beach, lots of cafe and restaurants across the road. Will need to split electricity and water. Send me a message/email if your interested and we can catch up for a coffee and check out the place. Northern Beaches
It's an awesome completely new granny house located near Seaforth shops, close to Manly beach, maybe just about 10 minutes by bus. All buses are within 5 min walk; both to the city, and northern beaches. The house has a small garden with a BBQ and outside chillin' area. We don't have a pool, or Tv, however, there is an air-conditioning/heater available in the lounge room. The house is fully furnished except of the room that is for rent. We are two active girls in their twenties looking for someone easy going. :) It might sound a little bit weird but we do have our morning routine that can be a little noisy if your sleep is not too deep. We like to have a healthy shake made in the blender so it will make some noise - you must be ok with that - this is not going to change ;) Next, we are quite open-minded vegetarian/vegan and prefer healthy and nutrition-full diet. Apart from that, we like to have a glass or two of wine in the evening after the whole day, so we will be talking, laughing, maybe cooking in the common area - kitchen/lounge room. So, be aware of it that this is an amazing HOME for us and we don't set any rules nor cleaning roster. We do these things based on the circumstances, feelings and our eyes. For example: Rubbish bin is full. One person will squeeze there everything and try to close even though it's completely full. Anther one will take it out to the main rubbish, change the rubbish bag and be happy :) We prefer person B. And that is with everything - we are family here, we care and we share. Get in touch if you feel interested. :)
Hi, I'm looking for a great new place to move into! I keep pretty busy working in Manly, studying journalism full time and living a generally pretty active lifestyle. I'm a respectful, friendly, easygoing housemate who keeps things tidy. Please let me know if you have anything available. I'd love to move some where for preferably a longer term stay.
Hey, I'm Georgia. I'm 22, I'm currently studying nursing and working as a nanny and at a cute little store in Mosman. I'm looking for a super cool place to live, i've been in sydney for 4 years now so i'm well aware of the house share requirements eg. clean, tidy thang! That said i am super tidy and a bit of a clean freak, your house will always be clean! I do have a pretty busy schedule so i won't be around that much but when i am i am always up for a good chat, an over priced almond cappuccino or a beverage!
We are both new to Sydney and plan on seeing a lot of the touristy stuff when we can, we both work full time Monday to Friday. I'm an electrician and Ellen works in retail. Ideally we want to live in a house with another couple so rent will be cheaper and we have a larger living space plus people to hang with
Hi - I relocated to Melbourne 3 months ago, but am now moving back to Sydney for a new job. I'm quiet, reliable, don't drink or smoke, like beach walks, healthy living, sustainability. I have a fine arts background, writing is my hobby and I work in legal IT. I need some garage space for a standup paddle board and a few boxes of art equipment. Otherwise I only have personal belongings that would fit in a reasonable size room.
Available for rent we have a great queen sized room with built in wardrobes located only 100 metres from Seaforth Shops and Balgowlah RSL. The house itself is fully furnished with everything you could possibly require including a fully stocked kitchen, tv room with 2 couches and flat screen tv, dining room with seating for 8 people, outdoor balcony with BBQ and table, separate toilet to bath and shower plus internal laundry facilities. The room is empty except for built in wardrobes so simply bring your bed and clothes and everything else is provided. Opening windows provide great ventilation and curtains stop the sun light streaming in during the day. No pets thanks The house currently has one single male and one couple, looking for another single Male or Female to fill the empty room! Rent is $280 single/ $350 double per week + 2 weeks rent as bond + bills payable - monthly in advance. Please feel free to give me a call if you would like to inspect or have any questions. Cheers John
Amazing house looking for new housemate(s), the house has a double garage, storage, private pool, bbq area, spa bath, aircon/heater, and more. It's conveniently located (7 min drive to Manly) and close to buses stations as well as there is an IGA 2 mins walk away. The housemates are very relax, tidy, social people all in our late 20s and would love to find people alike. Rent is $200 per person including bills and the room is for two people. (Comes with a double and single bed + built in big wardrobe). Bond $740 and rent is paid fortnightly in advanced. Available in September
Quiet and private open planned house with multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, modern and simple with internet and netflix. Relaxed beach feel, with a gorgeous outlook and proximity to transport, the bush and the beach. We have a fully equipped kitchen with a great coffee machine, spa bath, pool and bikes and other sporting equipment. The house is only shared fortnightly with two of my teenagers, so the bathroom is sole use 50% of the time.
My name is Clemente and I am traveling from Argentina with my wife on February 17th to Sydney. We are going to study for two years there, and we are looking for a place to stay the first few months (and maybe more). We are both very friendly and easy-going. We like to be respectful and tidy. We also love beach, outdoors activities and to keep busy. We will be pretty occupied full time: I'll be undertaking a Master in Environment at Macquarie University plus working the 40 h/fortnight allowed by my visa (we already have money saved to pay our stay anyway). My wife will be working full time plus taking some courses in Pottery (she's an artist). We would like to share with someone who is also clean & tidy, who likes having their own space but also sociable enough to share an occasional dinner together while having a nice chat. Beyond that, we do not care in particular on what their main activity is. Hope to hear from you! Clemente & Belen

Hi there! I'm Michele, 27 yo, Graphic Design student, photography enthusiast, wine lover looking for a homely place by the water to live and call home. Am open to meeting new people, making new friends and sharing a drink and a chat together every now and then.
My name is clare. A postgraduate psychology student who loves health, fitness and meeting new people. I've just started a new position with Northern Sydney Local Health District and will be working part-time across a number of different hospital sites. I'm friendly, social and house trained haha (just to clarify...I love cooking, am tidy and respectful of other flatmates & more than happy to help with cleaning etc). I always enjoy meeting new people but also respect other peoples space and privacy (we all need our down time to recharge!). I don't smoke but do enjoy a cheeky drink on the weekend. I'm looking for a property that has it's own ensuite/bathroom and although I love animals I'm allergic to cats. I enjoy the movies, theatre, fitness and experiencing different cuisines/restaurants in Sydney, in fact I'm hoping that whoever I end up living with would become a lifelong friend. Clare x
Despite my never ending love for garlic bread I enjoy a fit and healthy lifestyle. I work full time doing national VM in retail Monday-Friday, and spend my week nights and weekends training competitive cheerleading (totally not the stereotype you're thinking of!). I'm really easy going to live with and would like to live with someone like-minded who I can have tacos and wine with on weekends but who also respects my privacy and down time as I do theirs. PM me if you have somewhere to offer! 😊
