Hi, my 16 year old dog and myself are looking for a lovely quiet home. I do many different hours due to a few different jobs, day and some evening shifts and needing a quiet and relaxing environment to spend my time off in. I'm not a party person, but enjoy socializing when i get the time. I'm into holistic lifestyle and Very open minded, respectful of others. I am an Art Therapist and also work in Disabilities. I'd love a big enough space to be creative in. A garage would also be handy, and a fenced yard for my doggie whilst I'm at work. Looking for modern, or old with character " clean" home preferably with built in wardrobes, or at least storage space with wifi included.
I'm a special ed teacher recently returned from overseas and need to find a new place to live. Am always tidy and clean in my living habits and have also been known to be a bit of fun from time to time. I love animals, am a bit allergic to cats but have also lived with them my whole life so it's not an issue. Also love music in many forms but am well aware that people don't always want to be listening to other's music. I do enjoy a good chat most of the time, as well as going out and making the most of my weekends. This usually involves hitting the beach (weather permitting), diving, climbing, catching up and partying with friends, etc. I do also cherish the odd bit of solo time to relax and unwind by myself to read, watch TV, play music, write or just chill - so I respect the privacy and space of those I live with.
I'm looking to rent a 2 or 3 bedroom accommodation somewhere around the lower north shore area with another young professional or 2. Someone trustworthy, respectful and fun. The accommodation would need to have a decent amount of space as I would be doing some work from home at my computer and need space to store my work equipment. I enjoy living in a clean environment and am very respectful of others. I'm very friendly and like to be social. I keep busy with work and fitness.

Now looking for a change to sharing a place with some friendly like-minded people. I drink socially on occasion, do not smoke, and work long hours. During the week I enjoy a quiet meal and some Netflix, or to chill out and listen to music. I'll try to get some jogging or cycling in if I can. I often work long hours and also work interstate and overseas every now and then.
Hello My boyfriend (a 33 year old) and myself (a 28 year old) are looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom unit, studio apartment or granny flat to rent with preferably undercover or secured parking, from around 25th January (though we are flexible on dates). We both work full time, are friendly, clean, tidy, quiet and do not smoke or have any pets. In our free time we like to catch up with friends, go to the beach, for a walk, explore outside of Sydney or go waterskiing. We are looking for somewhere in Manly or the surrounding nearby areas. If you have somewhere that you think would be suitable or have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us! Thank you :-) Fiona and Cameron

The apartment takes the entire top floor of a boutique apartment complex with a massive balcony overlooking the district of Seaforth. It is quiet, open and relaxing. To take advantage of the view we have a Weber BBQ area and a huge day bed outside. Street parking is plentiful and we are only 5 minutes drive from Manly, Brookvale and Mosman. Buses leave from just outside our door to the City too. We have two bedrooms available and both are fully furnished. Included in your rate is access to our wireless internet and electricity bills (within reason of course), bed linen, bath linen, and the use of all of our kitchen equipment. We love to cook, so there's plenty. We will also have a cleaner coming twice per week to clean the kitchen, bathroom, living room and the floors. This is included in your rate also. The First Room This room is furnished with a queen bed, bedside tables, a desk, and your own TV with AppleTV and Netflix!!! It has a built-in wardrobe and two sets of windows to take in the breeze. We are asking $375 per week for this room. The Second Room This room is furnished with a queen bed & bedside tables. It has a build in wardrobe and a good floor size, with private access to the western side of the balcony. Having a glass door and a double window really makes this a light and bright room with a great view. We are asking $320 per week for this room.
Am a professional engineer working full time in a Telecommunications company. Looking for a place no further than a 20min drive from Brookvale (can make exceptions if the place worth it ;) Am single male, straight and non smoker who leads a simple and healthy life style, very social but considerate, find equal pleasure in going out as in sitting home with a good book. With some exceptions my routine move along practicing Bikram Yoga alternating with some Cross Fit sessions for a change. On Saturdays l volunteer for Marine Rescue NSW at the Terrey Hills Radio base. So Sundays is my sleep in' / chill out day Looking initially for a 6 months stay, am middle aged but very young at heart, clean and organised but in no way an OCD :) I enjoy sharing a meal or the occasional drink but intuitive enough to know when people need their own space. If I sounds like a good fit for your place please send me a quick note with your availability to organise a visit. Many thanks in advance. Renzo

I am a friendly person that enjoys a nice balance between socialising and quiet time. I am a personal trainer and love my fitness and being outdoors and will bring a great positive vibe to the house!
Love to cook for people and love having dinner / coffee with people, I'm pretty low maintenance as a person, mixed introvert / extravert so I can switch it on and off when needed. I've had plenty of years experience of doing the washing up and don't leave bits behind on the plates, which you'll be glad to hear. Definitely not looking for a party house, just a nice chilled house where people can keep things clean enough to get on with each other. I work doing technology and innovation with clients in the city and whilst I don't look like a geek: I am actually the worst of all geeks and like nothing more than binging on trashy sci-fi series that nobody else would dream of watching.
We are an Argentine couple moving to Sydney and we will become students from the International College of Management in Manly (ICMS). So we are looking for a nice and quiet place near the University.
I'm looking for a house that could use a little more lounge furniture or some people interested in starting a new share house. I'm not new to the share house lifestyle and have never had a problem with any of my previous house mates. Happy to live by the share house code, respect! I'm flexible with dates but probably looking soonish. My party days are behind me these days and I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, good eating and keeping active. Excited to meet some new relaxed people!
I'm clean and tidy, very social but also enjoy my space and relaxing. I have lived in share houses before as well as alone. Looking for a place for 6+ months. I have a little dog, Youki, a Yorkshire terrier. He is very friendly, and barely barks (unless one of his toys gets stuck somewhere), he is toilet trained and very cute! Also, being a Yorkshire Terrier he doesn't shed, so no hair everywhere.
Hey there, im an IT Professional working full time in Manly, I'm pretty laid back, and chill and always keen for just a kickback session. Nothing more happy to spend some time over a beer, coffee, or wine. Some days I'll be after a bit of adventure and go wear out my boots or something. But a lot of my days a spent on the hacking away on the computer, cooking or at the gym! I'm looking for a studio place or a 1-3 other people to share in a home, not just a house and not just any home but with Friends. I prefer a clean home and will always make sure it says that way. I don't mind a mix of quiet personal time and being social and i jump between the two all the time. Compromise and happiness is key and I'm more than happy to work something out with you if you are interested. In terms of what i really need is a bedroom with a bed and a desk (1.5m) and decent internet, I'm pretty easy with furnishings but would prefer to bring my own. Let me know if you're i'm always available for a chat! :)

Hi, I prefer a house or ground floor apartment so that my cat can get out to play in the garden and stretch her legs! I work full-time (and study part-time) so I'm sure you would have the house to yourself on many occasion knowing my busy life-style. I am relaxed, tidy, love healthy eating and the outdoors. Also a quiet drink or movie at home is pleasant and a great way to wind down. I'm originally from Brisbane, I've been in Sydney for 4 years and I love the Northern Beaches because it's the only part of Sydney that is most like the area I used to live in back in Brisbane.
