Hey I work full-time mostly 6 days a week. I'm looking to move somewhere close to the beach, however I'm not to fussed if it's the right house and people. I'm easy to get along with and pretty chilled. I'm fairly reserved and I respect people's privacy and space as I like to have my own space as well. Looking for a room in an existing share house or housemate of similar age to apply for whole properties. Let me know if your interested. Cheers
20 years old, currently living in Seaton so I want to stay around this way or anything close to the beach. I work as a bar tender at the Jetty bar in Glenelg and also as a make up artist in Hyde Park. I'm a very clean person so I'm always doing the house work, I've lived out by myself for a year so I know all the ins and outs. Very reliable when it comes to rent and bills. I do come with 2 cats that are extremely friendly :)!
Note, rent is negotiable depending on how much space you would like etc. we can discuss it when you have a look at the place. House is only 5 minutes from Grange beach and 15 minutes into the city with no traffic. The house is furnished, room for rent is unfurnished but has built in cupboards. If you have extra stuff that needs to be stored, there is space in the shed and enclosed carport. And big backyard for those Summer BBQ's.
I am 27 and work full time in the city in the Fitness Industry. During the week I spend most of my time at work and the gym. Weekends are usually spent with family and friends. I live a fairly active lifestyle and love being outdoors. I love food, cooking at home and trying new places to eat. I am also very tidy. With me will be my 2 year old Mini Schnauzer. He is a beautiful dog who is very loving, well behaved, and doesn't malt!
Iincluded in rent is internet & netflix. A credit of $300 per quarter for electricity- house has 4kw solar system that has always given credit. Anything over $300 per bill is divided between renters. Gas has $400 credit and same applies that anything over $400 for each gas bill is divided up between renters. Toilet Paper & dish washing tablets are provided. Gas is for hot water &; cooking. Cleaner to clean communal areas will come once per fortnight Bedroom can be furnished (included in rent ) or not. (no discount for not being furnished) House has seperate bathroom & seperate shower. House is 2 mins away from bus (to city or Westlakes -Port Adelaide) & 10 min to Train. Off street parking
27 years of age and I've lived well beyond my years. I have been independent since the age of 15, renting a number of private rentals over the years and prior to moving to Adelaide, a housing trust home. I have a number of references who were more than willing to vouch for me I tend to remain a solitary person however I come out of my shell and mingle when I'm with like minded people. I'm currently studying art therapy and running a small online business solutions company from home. Due to the nature of the business I don't need to have clients come to me so my office space is contained to my desk. My passion is creating awareness around mental illness and I'm working towards becoming a peer worker in the future. I love to create! Whether it be with food, woodwork, painting/art therapy, quirky gifts or something to personalise my space such as unique decore pieces. But don't let this scare you off, I have respect for others boundaries and I like to keep a tidy household. Finding someone to contribute with housework on a roster would be great. My animals are my foundation and I would prefer to be homeless with them; rather than to part from them. Both in their senior years (8/9) and my dog being a survivor of a hit run; needs to be in a secure and preferably a smaller sized yard but this is not a necessity. Turbo is my goofy friendly Ridgeback, who thinks he is a lap dog and is stuck to me like a shadow. Batman the cat always makes friends with our neighbohrs and housemates. He's a cat hater converter! I'm living proof! Haha. It goes to show how well behaved they are when a landlord approved my application in the past, based on how well mannered they were with me. Complementing all of our characters and when the lease expired he thanked us for leaving the house in better condition than what it was originally in. I'm quite a flexible, reasonable and non-judgemental person who can adapt quite easily to my living environment and I'm an advocate for mutual respect and open communication.
I'm an energetic and social working professional that loves to meet new people. In my spare time I'll often be exercising, with family/friends or playing gigs on the weekend. I'm also super clean and respectful of privacy - I would live with me!
Hi my names Michael and I'm friendly and easy going. I have shared many properties with people before. I will respect people's work life (whether that would be getting up early or having a really late shift). I have my dog Ellie who is a kelpie cross and she is very friendly and full of beans! 😊 This property has 3 big bedrooms, shared bathroom but separate toliet, alot of space, air conditioning, massive backyard. The location is ideal as it is close to West lakes shopping centre with all your shopping needs, close to a dentist and a doctor, variety of takeaway options from Chinese, Mexican, Indian and Italian, close to public transport (bus and train). I have got Wi-Fi set up which would be $30 extra as it's $60 per month unlimited internet 😊 As much as I would like to I can't have any other animals at this property as they only allowed my dog! And I can only have 1 person living with me at this place.
I have a great, conveniently located rental property in Seaton which I am looking to share with a flatmate. My brand new home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Your Room includes a double bed and built in wardrobe, I also have another spare room that could be utilised as your own lounge area. I am located right 5 minutes from Westlakes shopping centre. My flatmate must be: easy to get along with, cleans up after themselves, and has a positive and friendly personality. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Im easy to get along with. Im caring, quiet and considerate of others. I enjoy cooking and sharing my dishes with housemates. I enjoy a laugh and a good red wine now and then. I enjoy watching docos and good movies on the couch. I like intelligent conversations and i also enjoy gardening. I love good old rock and roll music and i like to have fun. I respect other peoples privacy and dont mind cleaning the house when it needs cleaning. I am a clean person and able to always pay rent on time. If you give me a chance i will not dissapoint you. You will see that you made the right choice choosing me to be your next housemate. Im also a very good listener and if im able i like to help people. I enjoy the beach, going to see bands, going out for dinner every so often going to markets as well as enjoying staying home and kicking back and relaxing with honest friendly people. I was living with my father at Woodville South and was his full time carer, but has now passed away so i am looking for a place that i can call home.

Hi, i am a 49 year old, airline worker, clean and domesticated, looking for an apartment, flat, unit or house to share, or occupy myself. As i do shift work, with some very early starts, looking for a relatively quiet place. Love the outdoors, so would prefer a small courtyard, or garden, and am very happy to mow lawns!! I do smoke, outside of course, and am very considerate of other people's lives. I dont have alot of furnishings, so a partly or fully furnished place would be ideal. Am not into large households, too old for all that!!, so to share with one other would be great. Hoping to hear back. Thank you Warren

Hi guys, My name is Cindy. I'm working full-time as a Marketing Coordinator for a startup ISP in the city. I'm quite outgoing and love good companies. I'm not a party animal, but definitely, enjoy a glass of red from time to time. I do respect others' time and spaces, so if we can hang out, it's good. Otherwise, I'm working full-time (usually leave at 8 am and come back home at 8-9pm). I'm pretty much out on weekends, so you won't see me very often. I prefer places with more bathrooms/ toilets so nobody needs to queue up for long in the morning (if you know what I mean ;) ) I maintain a healthy lifestyle, so I've been practicing yoga and love cooking good/nutritious food (looking forward to my Yoga Teacher Training to become an instructor as the second income). I love attending networking events & getting to know more people in my industry/ young professionals. Other hobbies are traveling, painting & learning new skills/ trying out exciting things. I've just moved to a new place for a month but because of a personality clash and strict house rules (they don't allow friends coming over or hang out at the place, coming home late, etc), I've decided to move out and find a new place, preferably young professionals enjoying good company and friendly. I love having pets in the house so no issues if you have dogs/cats/ fishes. I drive to work every day, so off-street parking works for me! I'm a neat and tidy person, but absolutely not a clean freak. I respect the shared space and love keeping everything clean and tidy. Happy to discuss if you're having a room in a shared house available. Cheers, Cindy
Hi, I'm 21 and a full time hospitality worker who loves the outdoors, cooking, fitness and reading. I grew up in the country and came to the city to pursue my police studies next year. I'm very outgoing and enthusiastic, fun to be around and I'm very responsible. Currently looking for a room to rent that is close to the city or beach, with people similar to myself. If this sounds like you please get in touch as I'd love to hear back asap.
I am 31 years old with a Bachelor of Arts degree with first class Honours from Melbourne University. I am hoping to find a career in the public service in Adelaide. I am neat and tidy, enjoy cooking, hiking, skiing and swimming and socialising with friends. I am a Christian and believe in honesty and trust, but I am also open to people from all walks of life. I like to keep my living quarters neat and tidy and enjoy a peaceful home environment.
I am mid-20s, working from home as the Finance Manager for a business in SA. Been living with guardians, housemates since I was 16 (overseas student) so I have a clear understanding of living with other people in terms of privacy, hygiene and respect. I consider myself quiet but I still wanna have fun around people, especially outdoor activities, dining out and travel. I enjoy conversations over cheese and wine, love pets ( all of em, had 6 dogs and a cat previously ) and don't mind hanging out to meet new people.

Hi! I'm Sharleen. Been living in Beautiful SA for the last 34 years. I'm looking to be apart of a great household where we are easy-going but responsible. Wait.. you probably want to know about me first right? :) I've been successfully running my own Beauty and Massage business for the last 7 years. Now working as a Makeup Artist in short films and entertainment. I'm a carer on the side and a hard worker no matter what. I'm pretty much a team player. I'm the cliche - happy, fun to live with, neat and tidy in communal areas. I don't mind social nights but respectful of others work commitments the next day! I have a great group of friends whom we catch up often at the local and plan our next camping, rural drives and kayaking trips. Other nights why don't you join me at the gym.
We're a very easygoing and friendly couple looking for a place to call home. We are both animal lovers and although we do not have any pets, yours are sure to get lots of love.
