What’s not to love about unlimited wifi and a adorable puppy. House also includes dishwasher, full heating and cooling in every room, washing machine, bath, shower and garage for extra storage. located right in between the city and the beach and public transport right out the front!
I am very clean and tidy and keep everything in it's place. Have recently come out of a long relationship and need a space to call my own. I'm looking for a relaxed environment where I can feel safe and comfortable and potentially have my kids (two quiet and respectful boys - 8 and 9) a couple of days a week. I run a homewares business which keeps me occupied in business hours, and like to just wind down at night watching TV or walking.
Plenty of fruit trees, and we are planting veggies each week. Comfy house with nice well maintained garden, quiet street with nice neighbours, plenty of local shops, facilities, and close to bus and train transport. We request a non smoking drug free person, preferably female. For males you need to have a profile so we an understand a bit about you. Asking to inspect the room is not enough information. We have had some very unpleasant situations with males so please tell us about yourself before the meeting. Sorry, but this is important to us because of our situation.
Hi, We are William and Caroline. Couple of French backpackers living our best life in Australia. We are 28 and 29 years old. We are married for 2 years. We were marketing officer (for her) and salesman (for him) in France. We decided to leave our tidy life for one year of adventure in Australia. Currently, we are working from Monday to Friday in a factory in Adelaide. We plan to stay until early January. After, we will finish our road trip to western Australia and then come back to motherland in France. We are tidy, respectful, we enjoy cooking, sharing some good conversations and meals with our flatmates. We know how to leave in community, and we will be happy to participate to the house life. We hope to find a nice shared house and flatmates for our last months in Australia. Cheers
Large corner property, spacious lounge room, Air conditioning, large kitchen, large brand new fridge and washing machine. Two yard areas, one large and spacious with room to entertain, as well as plenty of space for garden enthusiasts. Pets are negotiable.
Hi, I'm quiet and respectful of others' privacy. I always pay on time. Non-smoker, no pets. I have a stable part time admin job working 3 to 4 days per week in the city. I'd like to find a room for $180/wk or less including all bills. $200/wk is my upper limit. I'm fairly flexible with the length of tenancy, 6 months or longer would suit. I'm only looking within the suburbs that I have listed. Furnished, unfurnished or semi-furnished are all fine. Prefer a place with air conditioning for summer. I don't have an exact move out date but would like to find a new place very soon.
Room is furnished with a queen bed and new mattress, a side table, lamp and a tv unit and a tv. You will need to provide your own quilt, pillows and linen for the bed All the tvs in the house have access to the netflix account, we have unlimited fast wifi which is included in the rent Brand new washer and dryer (an expensive one that doesnt run up the electricity bill) We are a 2 minute walk from a train line that goes directly to the city plus a great coffee shop and bottle shop. 2 minute drive to west lakes shopping centre We require someone mature, professional, with a full time job. No students, casuals, or couples. You will be sharing a bathroom but it's a very generous size! 2 weeks upfront plus a $400 bond before moving in. Move in date is around 1st September but this might change
I'm based in Melbourne and will be working full-time in Edinburgh SA for 3 months. I will be flying in and out of Adelaide and may spend a couple of weeks in Melbourne. So the bills and noise will be kept to a minimum. After work, I will be studying. I will be keeping to myself most of the time for studies. I'm very neat, organised and respectful of people's home and personal space. I am looking for a quiet place - especially in the early morning and throughout the night. And a place with a reasonable study space. Please note, my girlfriend from Melbourne will need to stay only for a couple of days in Nov, and 2 weeks in January.
I am makeup artist and currently also a casual kitchen hand in a very busy beach side cafe looking for new home. Absolutely love basketball and always keen to get out and watch sports. I am looking for a place where I can come home to relax from a hectic day but have a drink or two with my flatmates when I can. I am in the middle of a potential career change back to full time hours so am not ready to commit until the end of the month. Please give me time to go through all these messages. I am a western suburbs girl and am looking to stay in this area so please do not send through any thing further. Thank you in advance.
Hey there my name is Ben and Im moving to Adelaide for work, Im an easygoing guy, who is happy to get along with anyone. I am a clean and tidy person who is happy to form part of any team and be responsible for the house. I am from a small town just north of Melbourne, I love doing outdoor activities and trying to keep fit. I love sports and the occasional chilled drink. As I am moving interstate for the first time I'm mostly looking for a nice property with great housemates my age. I would like to meet people and start to create a social life away from home.
I work part-time while studying a Bachelor of Business at UniSA. I am a pretty active person, I play netball and go to the gym. I love to cook and am a tidy person. I love a bit of banter, but am always respectful when it comes down to it.
