I have 1 bedroom up for rent in a 3 bedroom home to share with myself (21), another male (22) and a female (20). We all study, and with the home being a short 7 minute walk or 1 minute drive to the Seaton train station and a 4 minute drive to Westlakes Shopping Centre, a 6 minute drive to the beach and Henley Square, the location is excellent. Located in a quiet cul de sac with fabulous neighbours, there is no through traffic. House is fully secured with window shutters, gates, sensored lights. Each room has their own individual lock for your own safety and peace of mind. The house is fully furnished with top of the line electronics (eg. tv, washing machine, fridge, freezer, dryer.) Dinning room is connected to the kitchen, with the lounge room being separated by sliding doors if required. This large home has a magnificent backyard with a shed for storing excess materials. The undercover entertainment area is fully enclosed with a BBQ and table tennis table to relax and enjoy the nights. Shower is separate from the toilet, with each room mate having their own basket for their toiletries. Parking is safe and off street and the property is large enough to park each car on the front of the property. The room is 3.6m x 3.3m and comes unfurnished, however is large enough for a queen bed with cabinets and a tv if you want. All bills are split between room mates, but we are all very wary of water and electricity consumption and turn off power points etc after use. There is no length stay period required. So a decent house in good condition with enough space for everyone to not be on top of each other. 2 bathrooms, a spare room, spacious living areas. Obviously there needs to be a yard for the dog with good fencing. A doggie companion for her would be perfect.
