Hey, so we have a room up or rent in our house in Adelaide. Unfortunately the original person has fallen through. We live Fulham Gardens, a 15min walk/5min drive to Henley Beach, 10min drive to West Lakes, 15/20min drive into the city. We have nearby buses that run into the city as well. We're a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom house and the room available is 2.6mx3m with no built-in. The rest of the house is fully furnished so you'd only need to bring stuff for your room and you'd be set. You'd also be sharing a bathroom with a male and a female. Car-parking is available and we also have a garage that no-one is using currently. The rent is $245 p/f plus electricity/gas/water/internet.
We're located in a great location with the Henley Beach less than a 5 minute drive away, West Lakes shopping centre 10 minutes away, and the city is only a 15/20 minute drive away too. It is a nice, modern house with modern furnishings throughout. We have a small backyard with paving and some grass out the back so enough room to have some fun but unfortunately not a lot of room for pets therefore no pets are allowed in our house.

House Over looks a green small park & bike tracks, very quiet new Area & less than 20mins from the airport! I’ve never seen or heard a plane though!
