Hey! My name is Sam and I am looking for a place for me and my furbaby Naya. I’m 25, work full time in Albert Park, and I’m up for sharing the responsibilities of a share house. I have a dog as stated above, her name is Naya and she is super friendly and well behaved. Naya is a white shepherd and has a dog walker come and take her three times a week so that she can expel her energy. I am a good housemate, I am polite, friendly, and always up for a laugh. Anyway, that’s us, I look forward to hearing from you. Sam :)
I have lived alone for roughly 4 years in small units so I have all my own furniture and I'm used to looking after a house. I've never lived in a sharehouse but my contract with my rental is about to expire and for financial reasons I would much rather share costs with someone. I think I could budget roughly $200pw on rent plus bills at this stage. I will be starting a full time diploma at the camp street campus of fed uni mid February so I will be spending a fair amount of time at uni and studying. I need privacy at times and respect others privacy but I also enjoy chilling out with people who I can relate to and get along with. I sometimes enjoy a glass of red while watching Netflix. I can be outgoing at times but I can also occasionally be withdrawn. I come with a 6month old kitten I adopted named Iris, and plenty of pop culture merch and DVDS. I love playing video games and board games and spending quality time with the people in my lives. :) I am quite creative and love spending time alone and with others immersing myself in creative endeavours I currently live in ballarat east, but wouldn't mind being closer to the campus I'll be attending since I don't own a car (although I do have my full licence) I would be most comfortable sharing in a female, dfab, nb environment.
I'm a pretty normal guy, love my sport and a quiet beer, also don't mind having fun or going on an adventure. I'm respectful of others space and I don't mind cooking. I'm a bit of a foodie and I love a veggie garden.
I'm a professor in the USA looking for accommodation near ACU Ballarat campus, where I'll be on fellowship from March until August. I'm seeking a furnished room where I can (hopefully) walk to work and the grocery. I am well-traveled, active, love to cook, and love to eat out. I enjoy visiting the parks, museums, and snorkeling. I'm also neat, organized, and will have no trouble paying bills on time.
Private room in three bedroom home. Close to the town centre with a bus stop directly out the front of the property. Literally a 50m walk to the gym, supermarket and parks. The home offers one bathroom and open plan, all laundry and kitchen appliances available for your use. Spare room with bed available for friends/family on the weekends. Looking for a respectful housemate that picks up after themselves and shares house hold chores.
It's a quiet house near an oval, walking distance to Body & Soul gym and about 5 minutes drive into central Ballarat. The place has all the modern conveniences including central heating, a dishwasher, washer and dryer and NBN. There's also a couple of apple trees and a lemon tree out back :) I've lived here comfortably for the past year with another housemate who is moving on so the place is already set up and you wouldn't need to bring much in the way of furniture outside of your bedroom. That said, there is some storage space available in a small unused room. Bills and rent are to be split down the middle.
Fully furnished 3 bedroom house with Foxtel and unlimited NBN. Ducted heated for the chilly Ballarat winter and a split system aircon in the living room for hot Ballarat days. Currently living by myslef, previous housemate has moved in with her partner. I work full time and sometimes on weekends. Combined with my sporting commitments i am rarely home. When i am home i enjoy relaxing on the couch watching reality TV or sport. One nicely furnished bedroom in bright new centrally heated home in Delacombe, Ballarat. It has a great, modern sleigh bed style king size with premium mattress and bed linen. It also has a matching low boy chest of drawers, corner shelves, wall mounted tv, and free standing lamp. Please note: there is drawer space, but no robe/cupboard space in this room. Current tenant uses a suit pack to store hanging items, and slide under bed. The open kitchen/living area with two large sets of glass sliding doors onto courtyard area and a (will be) picturesque landscape area which is still under construction. The living area is furnished and has a large wall mounted tv. The laundry facilities include a washing machine and dryer. There is a remote, double garage, set up with large couch that could be used for some "separate" space if desired. Current tenants are male, one is a chef in Ballarat and the other is an office worker in Melbourne CBD. Ages 35-50 but a younger, mature minded, clean, tidy and respectful person would be suitable. No smoking on property.
A gorgeous, bright and spacious three bedroom home located just minutes from Ballarat's CBD. Situated on a quiet street with lovely neighbours including Charlie, the friendly neighbourhood cat. The house is newly renovated with brand new appliances. It's mostly furnished with room for a few new additions if there's anything you'd like to add to make it feel like home. All bedrooms are super spacious with new carpets and double wardrobes. You'll have a choice out of two bedrooms, the other will be kept as a spare room for guests. The main living space is enormous and opens up to an amazing deck... Perfect for a few afternoon drinks. There's also plenty of room in the garden with a large shed for extra storage. You'll have the second bathroom all to yourself. It's very spacious with a brand new shower, bath, toilet and vanity.
I’m Tori, I’m a 22 year old female currently living on the Gold Coast, Queensland. After being in QLD for six months, I’m looking to move back to Ballarat as I have lived there for 9 years previously. I will be looking to make the move in a couple of months, could be sooner or later depending on my work situation. I am friendly, open minded, easy going and always up for fun adventures as I’m a super social person. I work full time in retail usually on a Tuesday to Saturday week. I love having a few drinks of a weekend but am more than happy to do so out of the house if this would bother any housemates, but you’re more than welcome to join in. Although I am very social, I also enjoy some quiet time to relax frequently. I love to cook, I make most meals at home but I will clean up after myself. If you are interested in teaming up or have a spare room (not in a uni share house), send me a message! X
Hey I’m Madds I’m 23, currently looking to move to Ballarat asap. I’m a bit of a hermit and spend most of my time watching tv and sleeping, but always up for a chat or a movie with a housemate. Looking to study once I settle into a place, I have recently had some health problems taking me out of my regular line of work. I have lived in many share houses and have yet to have a problem with keeping the place tidy or being a nuisance to housemates. Ideally would want to find someone to start a lease on an apartment or unit with me, but if the perfect share house is out there I’d happily move into an existing household. Preferably 420 friendly but not a huge issue if not, used as pain management.
Hi, I'm looking to relocate from Geelong to Ballarat. I have recently completed university studies and am soon to be commencing work at Ballarat Base Hospital. I am a friendly, clean and inclusive individual, I enjoy socialising but also am happy to have a quiet night in. Pets are not an issue for me. I have lived in share houses before so am accustomed to the lifestyle and have had no issues in the past. Ideally looking for working individuals who are sociable, respectful and are happy to have a chat.
I'm originally from Melbourne but moved to Ballarat 18 months ago and I'm seeking a new place to live. I like to keep to myself but at the same time enjoy some company with others. I am easy to get along with and am a friendly person. I enjoy watching TV shows, mainly Game of Thrones, and movies, as well as listen to music. I'm not a person who parties very often so I keep quiet and don't make a lot of noise. I also keep the house clean, except for my room which I consider and organised mess. I am in my second year of University studying a Bachelor of Outdoor and Environmental Education. Feel free to contact me if I sound like someone you'd like to live with :)
I am a traveller turned whisky bartender turned Bikram/Yin yoga teacher and have recently found the guts/inspiration to persue my dearest passion- performance. I’ve been accepted study a Bachelor of Music Theatre at Fed Uni in 2018, and if all runs smoothly, would love to live in the same lovely home for the duration of my course- 3 years. I’m looking for a home close to the Camp Street campus- within riding/walking distance would be ideal. I will be commuting to Melbourne regularly to visit family and my partner, who may also come to stay for one or two nights a week and is happy to contribute where necessary. I am peaceful, clean, considerate, low maintenance. I love to cook and chat over a glass of wine and share a communal space but will also give you yours and take my own when I need it. I am hoping to make the move mid-late Feb. Looking forward to hearing from you!
I'm a young professional who just accepted a full time position as an English Teacher in one of the Ballarat schools. Originally from Ballarat but currently residing in Melbourne, I am looking to find a place for 2018 with 1-2 people. In my spare time (when I’m not marking essays), you will find me running, cooking, reading, drinking wine and catching up with friends. I like to live an active and healthy lifestyle. Ultimately, I am hoping to find people that I enjoy coming home and seeing!
