I am a happy bubbly outgoing person who is always up for a chat and a beer or wine. I enjoy cooking so I'm happy to cook household meals if needed. I always work in hospitality so most of the time I will either be at work or sleeping or exploring all melbourne has to offer. I am neat and tidy and incredibly easy to get along with :)
Hi! We're two friends looking for a place in the inner west (two seperate rooms). I'm Oliver, a 24y/o PhD student at the University of Melbourne. I'm a pretty laid back, friendly guy and always up for a chat and a beer. Jenny is also 24 and at the University of Melbourne studying medicine. She's a wine and cheese enthusiast, still believes her hogwarts letter is on the way and can knit a mean beanie. We are a friendly bunch, ideally we would be looking to team up with someone who is social but able to be independent day to day.
I'm 32 years old, work full time in hotel management but luckily don't have to work the crazy hospitality hours. I'm currently studying fitness and operate a women's adventure activities group. I'm not fitness crazy though, I'm all about balance and just doing what feels good. I like to cook, read, drink coffee, dance and get out hiking or running as well as anything that means I get to be in the sunshine. I'm equally happy on my own as in the company of others so I enjoy a house dynamic that's both social (not after party to 5am social though) but also relaxed and quiet. I'm not a neat freak but I respect shared spaces and always clean up after myself. I have a small dog named Pip. She's 4 years old, completely house trained, sleeps all day, loves cats, long walks, tennis balls and ear scratches. She only needs a small yard with a bit of sunshine but she does spend time inside when I'm home. Ideally I'm looking for a place with 1-2 housemates, for a minimum of 6 months. My move dates are flexible but preferably it would be great to find something by the end of November
Easygoing professional, just moved to the area for a job as a video editor working on a wildlife doco tv series. My partner Chris will be joining me in November. We're keen to live in a chilled but fun house and grow a vege garden! :)

This property is on a tree lined street in a quiet residential area, 5 minute walk to Seddon station or Victoria University (Nicholson Campus), 3 minute walk to Middle Footscray station. Main village shopping area 2 minutes away with fabulous cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. 10 minute drive to the CBD. It's a cosy weatherboard home, tidy and clean, with furnished living and dining areas and fully equipped kitchen. Shared toilet and bathroom. Washing machine in laundry and gas heating available. Courtyard at the back of the house with BBQ facilities and shed for storage. The room for rent is a cute, sunny space with lovely big window and room for a double bed, bedside table, and clothes rack. It is unfurnished but a spare chest of drawers and lounge chair are available if desired. The current housemates are Miranda and Kristian. Two 27 year old young professionals who are looking for a friendly, easy going housemate who is respectful of shared spaces and happy to socialise on occasion. We are big fans of music, food, reading and fitness. We are out a lot of the time but like to relax at home in the evenings over a glass of wine or cup of tea and regularly share dinner together. We have friends over often for meals but are not a party household.
I'm a genuine and friendly guy, up for a travel adventure and will always bring a good time along with me.. easy going I work long hours, go to the gym. I usually have dinner out with a friend at least once during the week and enjoy heading to the movies or a quiet drink or two on the weekend but also enjoy being a homebody and spending time at home.

Ideally looking to find someone to start a sharehouse or an unfurnished room! Looking forward to meeting you :) Looking to move Dec 16- Jan 17

I have just got a new 2-3yr lease on this property, Its 5 min walk to Footscray middle train station with excellent links to the city. Also 5 min walk to Victoria st which is filled with cafe's, bars and life! The house is very modern with large open living, dining and kitchen. I have one room available, Its a double room with city views for the window, a shared balcony (with the two other rooms on the first floor) and the best bathroom in the house as an en-suite! I have PS4 with lots of games, we also have apple TV with Stan and Netflix from Ben, on big flat screen in the lounge!
I'm looking for someone who would like to move out with my dog Ruby and I between now and the end of the year. So far I keep to myself in my room due to a lack of a space and people to socialise with. This would probably different in the right place and with the right people. I like to cook. And willing to share a meal or two. While I hate washing up its usually done within two days. I just like a clean sink first. Easy to live with don't care about much. Just don't pee in the backyard. Ruby is a fur monster so if you mind pet hair you won't be happy. She's loveable and friendly. Just keep her away from rubbish, waterbottles, toothbrushes & human food. It's like living with one big furry toddler. Backyard big enough for Ruby. No more than 2 other people.

Easy going friendly kind of person! Oh and I will be working 12hr shifts so not the type person to lay around the house all day.
Hi Guys! My name is Emily, I am 23 and I work in recruitment. I am a bit of foodie, love to get in the kitchen or try out new places. Occasionally I might go home to see my family and friends in Ocean Grove on the weekends, otherwise I just chill out and catch up with friends for Brunch. I'm Zach, an easy-going 26 year old single male. I work full-time as a digital consultant in the CBD. When I'm not at work I tend to kick back at home with some music, television or video games. I enjoy socialising on weekends, but tend to keep things relatively low-key throughout the week.
