Just moved to Melbourne from Sydney for this job, currently subletting a mates place and am looking to get my own place after the xmas holidays. Im very relaxed, enjoy watching bad movies and the odd beer or whiskey at night.
Hi I'm Kelly, I was born and raised in Rome, Italy but I've been living here for the past 3 years. I work for a couple of catering companies in different venues throughout the city like Melbourne Museum, Crown, MCG and the MCEC. I'm also at my 3rd year of Business Leadership and Management. In my spare time, I love watching tv shows (I'm totally addicted!), going to concerts, read or just have fun with my friends. I'm not a heavy drinker, but I do enjoy a glass of wine or a couple of pints of beer. I don't smoke and I don't drink coffee, but I love to cook and eat good food (I'm Italian after all haha). I like footy even if I don't understand all the rules yet, I also love music and art. I speak Portuguese, Italian, English and Spanish. I'm looking for a private room in a quiet house with nice housemates that are happy to have a chat and enjoy some time together every now and then. As a housemate I consider myself to be very quiet, clean, neat and polite. Most of the times you won't even know I'm there! :)
Studying and working part time. Looking for a comfy place to call home. Looking for more of a quiet house with my studies but I do enjoy watching TV and hanging around the living spaces with housemates as well. Love to talk about just about everything, I'm a bit of a linguistics fanatic if you want to get me talking!
Furnished studio apartment for rent. Includes TV, Aircon/heater, Fridge, Microwave, Bed, Mattress, Table and Two chairs. Has a balcony as well and a closet. Four minutes walk from Middle Footscray station and a bus stop right outside the apartment as well. Lots of cafes in the street around the corner. 10 minutes from the city. Located in Seddon/ Footscray. Available straightaway. **Rent has already been paid till 23rd December.**
Looking for someone to share a house/apartment with in Footscray or a close surrounding suburb from Mid January onwards. I'm a fun, easy going relaxed guy who's easy to get along with. I'm recovering from a knee reconstruction, but besides that I'm a very active outgoing person. I'm very respectful of others and their privacy to though. I'll be studying full time at Victoria University in Footscray which kicks off mid February. I'd love to move in with people around my age, but hope to hear from anyone who has a room available around this time. Cheers
I'm a PhD student at University of Melbourne. I am from Colombia and have spent my last five years living in different places abroad, the last two living here in Australia. I'm really laid back, easy to talk with. I'm tidy and clean or at least try to keep things like that. I want flatmates to socialise with but also keep each other privacy. During my free time, I like to watch TV/movies, explore the city, go out with friends, try restaurants.
About myself: -I work full time in the city and ride my bike to work everyday - pretty open-minded and easy to get along - enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, camping - generally take it easy during the week but all for grabbing dinner or hanging out during the weekend - up for having good banters and sharing a glass of wine here and there -reluctantly turn into a hermit during exam time as I study part time (happen maybe twice a year and go on for a couple weeks on end) Future housemate should be someone who -can tidy up after themselves -respects communal areas -knows how to keep their parties under control -sociable but also respect others' privacy The home Its a compact, cosy but comfortable home which doesn't require much cleaning or maintenance. The house is fully furnished, including 1 large bedroom - $130pw - spacious with large window - built in wardrobe - queen size bed and new mattress 1 smaller bedroom - $110pw - large window, built-in wardrobe - ikea queen size bed with lot of storage room underneath and new mattress Lounge room/3rd bedroom (occupied) - I snugged in a single loft bed and turned it into the 3rd bedroom (compromise for the relatively cheaper rent) but its practically still a lounge room as I only need it to sleep there at night. The neighbourhood -Situated on a nice and quiet street -5 min walk to Seddon train station (1 stop before Footscray station) -Short walk from the busy Victoria street, home to multiple lovely local cafes and restaurants, Footscray market and shopping area Other essentials: -split bills -unlimited internet for $30 each per month
Hey! I'm from sunny Colorado, and just moved to Melbourne in to study graphic design. I'm a marketing gal by day, avid suds/happy hour seeker by night. If you enjoy a good coffee, we are already good friends. Super easy going, kind of funny, and excited to meet people and get to know the city. Oh, and I'm a dancer, and can certainly teach you how to Dougie.

Hi potential housemates! My name is Tamsyn.Or, just Tammy for short. I'm a 21 year old full time animal studies student, currently working 2 jobs in the city. Living out of home for a while now, I understand the ins and outs of share housing. I am respective of others' space. I keep my things tidy and clean, plus I don't mind helping others out around the house with chores ect. I have always payed bills and rent on time with no dramas with a steady income. The best way to describe me: I am and little shy at first but when I come out of my shell, I love to chat and make new friends. I love cooking and baking (however I may or may not be terrible at it) I'm not a party animal, I'm generally quiet and keep to myself, however I don't mind going out with my friends on the special occasion (and even then that's if I'm not working since I work weekends lol #hospolife) Usually most nights you'll catch me reading a good book, binging on a bit of netflix or playing some Xbox. I also like to keep fit by going to kickboxing with my partner once a week I work in both a bakery and a bottle shop so sometimes I bring home goodies 😉 if that doesn't convince you I'm not sure what will! 😁 I am a non smoker and have no pets (however I do love animals) and definitely not into drugs whatsoever. I am looking to complete my diploma next year 😊🐶 busy busy busy! I am looking for somewhere preferably in the western suburbs as I've grown up my entire life around the west, however due to work, I don't mind the possibility of other surrounding suburbs. whatever can get me to flinders street easy and I'm happy! Ideally I am looking for flatmates that are of similar age to myself, 18 - 30 ish who are like minded, friendly and respectful. I am looking for a private room with a BIR, and, by a stretch, private bathroom. However I'm not fussy at all about having to share a bathroom 😛 Anyways if my long paragraph didn't scare you away and you think I'd make a rad housemate, please feel free to send me a message ☺ Please do not call or text me on my mobile, message me through flatmates, I am (almost) always monitoring my account so I'll get back to you asap.
Hi! My name's Em, I grew up in country Vic but have worked, lived, travelled and studied in a bunch of places over the years. I've just come back from a Study Tour providing professional development to grad teachers at monastic schools in Myanmar. I'm currently halfway through my Masters of Secondary Teaching at VU; I love my studies but they're super intense and often take up a fair chunk of my time, so there are occasional moments where I go underground for a few weeks when I'm lost in the study vortex. I attempt to remain as sociable and communicative as possible when this is happening, however! I do have alot of other interests, though; I love hip hop, jazz and soul music, dancing, hiking and and bike riding, op shopping, watching melodramatic spanish and french films on SBS demand and engaging in lively political debates. I'm vego, very enviro-conscious, into social justice stuff, I write cheesy battle raps/poetry and occasionally make collages and mandalas out of stuff I find. I've lived in a bunch of sharehouses so I know the deal: try not to be overly anal about anything but clean up after yourself, as well as being pretty chilled, easygoing and respecting others' personal space when need be. I'm down with communal share house stuff, as long as everyone has their own personal space and pitches in with maintaining tidiness, cleaning etc. So...if that sounds remotely like anything you'd be interested in, send me a message and we'll work from there.
I work full time teaching in high school. I am friendly, mature and respectful and have extensive experience with living in share house situations. I currently live in Yarraville but my current place is being sold next year and current housemates are travelling overseas, moving interstate and with partner. I am looking for a place to rent from early January on the West side as I work in Melton and prefer to avoid having to cross the West gate bridge to and/or from work.
Hi, I am a 20 year old education student studying at VU Footscray Park. I am currently looking for an all female share house in suburbs close to uni and public transportation. I am not a party animal but am social and friendly. I do not smoke or have pets. I love nature and animals. I try to eat healthy and am attempting to learn how to cook (still haven't figured it out yet haha). I have only lived in Melbourne for a few months so I am excited to explore!
Hi! We're Ali and Claire, both 21 year old girls. We met in high school and we've been friends for the seven years since! Ali is a Canadian/American who has just finished university in Vancouver, BC. Claire is British and finished university in Durham, UK this past June and has been working in London since then. We're coming to Australia on a working holiday visa in January and we are looking for a place in Melbourne for 4-8 weeks starting January 1st. We've travelled a lot of the world together already and are easy-going, tidy and up for a good time! We don't have much of a preference as to the place or number of roommates, and would be fine sharing a room or not. Much love, xoxo ***DISCLAIMER Ali did not vote for Trump and Claire did not vote for Brexit we just want to get away from the crazies who did

I am a chilled, very relaxed guy.I am currently a student at victoria university and working part time. I love anything or anyone that makes me laugh therefore I believe friends is the best tv show ever made (yes, I said it!). I am tidy and would like to know my housemates. that said, I believe in respecting people's privacy. I like to have a drink once in a while, but I am in no way a party goer. I am also a huge fan of sports, soccer and rugby union/league to be specific. my favorite playlist on Spotify is Australias top 50 and I now realize that at this rate I might end up putting up my debit card password on here. so in conclusion, if you think I fit the bill, id be glad to hear from you.
Hi folks :) I'm Avi, a 26 year old student and bartender. I'm friendly, get along with just about anyone, plenty of sharehouse experience, and always up to meet new people. Don't mind having a coupla on the weekend, or going to discover new spots in this wonderful city, but equally happy to kick back at home as well. Reading, tv shows, riding my bike, good conversations, food, discovering new places, all get big thumbs up.
