Hey were Sam and ray! We’re calm, friendly and super clean. I (Sam) work full time in the city and like to spend my free time planning things or watching Netflix. Ray is a full time masters of education student, and works as a chef! We also have a lovely chill pup named Luna, she loves cuddles!
I've been in Melbourne for a couple years since relocating from Queensland to escape the humidity. Working full-time hours in disability support and studying my final year of nursing so looking forward to the light at the end of the tunnel! During time off, you can find me at a boardgame cafe in the city for a chill day which i'm always keen to introduce interested people to, or whether permitting, spending time outside trying to make the most of what Melbourne has to offer. I've just gotten back into cycling so would love to be nearby easily accessible bike paths. I'm looking for a house with friendly people that are happy to be social over dinner or catch up during the day, but likewise can keep a relaxed home atmosphere. Get in touch if you are looking for something similar :)
I’m a mature, professional, considerate and respectful person. I’m clean, tidy, friendly, and kind. I’m completely non-judgemental. I’m negotiable on the length of my stay from one month to longer. I work in Werribee as an office manager 4 days a week. I'm a keen gardener (I have a lot of pot plants). I’m a bit of a homebody these days but do go out - see friends, dance (salsa and rockabilly). Also love seeing live music. I have 2 indoor cats, a Devon rex and a Cornish rex. They're both small with a lot less hair than most cats, tho they do shed a little. They are very friendly & love hanging out with people. They sleep with me. ideally I’m looking for a property that has a bit of a garden.

I'm Georgia, 27, English and in Melbourne for 12 months. This is my second year in the city, and I love it. I'm looking to rent in a friendly share-house for anywhere between 3-12 months, and open to location. So also about me.. I'm relaxed and sociable- a good listener, and like to learn about new things and people. I'm creative, open-minded, left-wing, optimistic. I also LOVE dancing. And laughing. I'm clean, tidy etc. and have had numerous flatshares before, and ideally want to get on well with my flatmates. I like to cook (happy to be group chef), a night out, a night in, a night somewhere in between etc etc. I'm musical (I play piano and like to sing and watch jazz stuff), like art, literature and generally happy to try anything I haven't tried before. Should go without saying but I'm also vegan friendly and LGBT+ friendly! I also love animals, but am looking for somewhere without pets at the moment. Hope this has given some sort of impression of me. I'd love to hear from you if you think I might be a good fit, and come meet you and see the place. Cheers, Georgia
Hello! I am a 28yr old wine and cheese lover from the western suburbs (currently living in Balaclava). I work full time as a travel agent and travel solo often so I enjoy my independence yet thrive off interactions with like minded people. People who see the positives in life yet are ok to curl up on the couch with a cup of tea and cry watching a cheesy series (or RuPauls Drag Race) haha but honestly I am just looking for a family vibe house that I can call home and make some great friends while I'm at it!! I ideally would love a little bit of space to spread my wings too (no Harry Potter style rooms preferred) :) anyways I could go on for a while here so please don't hesitate to call or message to find out more :) Kirst!!!
Hi Im looking for a drama free home where housemates respect privacy but also have the occasional banter. Im a very private ,fastidious, laid back person. Im looking for a place where i will have space to work on my paintings as i am an artist.I cannot live with untidy individuals who donot clean up after themselves or who donot respect the space they reside within.I tend to do alot of the cleaning as i enjoy it. I am looking for a furnished room, and i also have other furniture,i would love it if it could be utilised or if not ,then space to store it in.I also am a night owl ,so would like housemates who are similar or who atleast dont mind. I would like to learn more about sustainable living and perhaps one day be part of creating an old school community valued tiny house village.

Our home is infused with natural light and heritage charm. The cozy lounge features a gas log fire and leads to a galley style kitchen, inviting meals area and rear courtyard. The downstairs bathroom with laundry is a shared space. The room is furnished with a luxurious queen size bed, which has recline and massage functions. The room has large built in robes. The immediate neighbourhood has a takeaway shop, vegan cafe, bar, gyms and delicatessen. All the conveniences of Footscray are just a short walk away.
Hey Guys I’m a 24 year old Field Technician(NBN) working full time. Enjoy watching and going to the AFL, go the doggies! I’m quite sociable on the weekends, always out making new mates and attending the latest festivals. Also don’t mind a good gym sesh or kicking back watching some TV. Always enjoy snow season too, pre decent at snowboarding. I’m currently back at home with the folks saving money, but ready to move out again as I’m up for some independence again. I do drive my own car, so I will need to be able to park somewhere. Let me know if you’re interested in living with me and we’ll organise a meet.

Polished floorboards throughout, lovely high ceilings, energy efficient lighting, huge spa bath and separate shower in bathroom, separate toilet, quality fittings, gigantic living space with cathedral ceiling, private rear courtyard. This is a gorgeous mid sized bedroom at in the middle of the house, plenty of light, with two small two built in wardrobes on either side of a cute fireplace. This room fits a Queen bed, has and comes with an energy-efficient heating panel, and if you're in any doubt about storing all your precious things, don't worry - the house has plenty of extra storage room for your loved possessions. The room has a lockable door, a fairly new paint job (1 year old), and polished floorboards. Rent is $865 A MONTH (which I calculated at just under $205 a week) which includes unlimited internet and 30 Foxtel channels. Other utilities are extra (paid quarterly) but not very expensive. I'm 25, currently living west of Melbourne, working full time in a call centre position in the CBD. Interests include a deep love of music, good conversation, and making art when I have the time and drive. I'm looking for a medium to long-term room closer to the city, as I'm looking to finish off uni studies halfway through the year. My wish is to live with people who are similar-minded, and respect themselves and their surroundings. In terms of housemates/friends/others I always endeavour to be thoughtful, genuine, and respectful. I take a balanced approach to social life, not too much, not too little.

Open to meet ups to apply for houses as I do want a long term home however, I'm definitely open to joining already established share houses. Thanks! lily

I've been living out of home for a few years now, so I know the ropes when it comes to share-housing. I'm a tidy, respectful person who is neat, & always keep what I use clean. I don't mind helping out around the house with chores either. Always paid my rent + bills on time with no dramas. I'm a quiet person, homebody, who respects others' privacy, but also happy to share a meal or watch a movie with my housemates or join in fun activities. Non-smoker and definitely do not use drugs or stay out late partying all night. In short, I am house-trained lol I'm A full-time Veterinary Nursing student studying at BHI, attending classes at the city campus, as well as work placement at a clinic. For work I work at a pet store, I basically get to play with doggos all day. My hours are really good there so my income is stable. Hobbies include reading, writing, baking, video gaming, travelling, fitness, animals, writing long paragraphs with too much detail, and binge watching movies on Netflix over a cheeky glass of rosé. Looking to move out of my current place as I need somewhere that is a bit closer to work & uni. Looking to live somewhere preferably in the Western 'burbs, Altona, Altona North etc I am looking for a private room with a BIW & somewhere to park my little car, otherwise I am not a fussy person. So, if my super long paragraph didn't scare you away & you think I'd make a rad housemate, please feel free to send me a message! x ***Please do not call or text me on my mobile, message me through flatmates, I am always monitoring my account so I'll get back to you asap.*** Thanks for reading! x

I’m Jon, a 35 year old Aussie employed as a Lighting Technician for live performances. My interests include music, food, theatre, comedy, animals and all things relating to technology. I enjoy a laugh and a drink with friends, however I also like my personal space very much. I am a responsible and respectful guy who values a happy home. I am clean and tidy, and extremely reliable when it comes to rent and bills. I am very passionate about my career and it requires me to work some long and erratic hours. This means that I can’t live in a party house (as I need sleep at irregular times), but I am totally down for occasional gatherings. I am moving because my current home has been sold and the new owners are moving in at the end of May 2019. I’m looking for a place to call home, and flatmate(s) who are clean, friendly and respectful. Sense of humour is a bonus. I am still good friends with previous flatmates, and can provide excellent personal, professional and rental references. Currently I am a smoker, but I’m hoping to change that soon. I look forward to hearing from you, and hopefully we can find a match. Cheers.
