A little about myself, I'm a thirty something professional currently living in Geelong (originally from Melbourne) and have recently secured a new job in Melbourne so am looking to move back. It's a full time gig mon-fri in the public sector. I enjoy exercising, traveling, going to music festival/concerts and having dinner/drinks out with friends. I'm pretty quiet and routine during the week and like going out and socialising and exploring on weekends. I'm looking for a home not just a room. I'm up for a chat and a wine with my housemate/s but like my own space as well. I'm a neat and tidy person but not over the top. I have lived in many share houses and am respectful and mindful of others space and belongings.
Hey! 30 year old professional female looking for a share house. I am full time employed and also undertaking postgraduate study so I keep myself pretty busy. Will tend to do my own thing! I am clean, tidy and courteous and would hope for the same in potential housemates. I can provide references! Ideally I would prefer my own bathroom but this isn't a deal breaker so if you have something available then let me know! :)
I'm a student from Germany and I will be studying at ACU for one semester. During that time I would like to live in a flat with others in order to meet new people and have a great time in Melbourne! I'm considerate, friendly and clean. I'm a very respectful flatmate, so there should be no problems!
G'day, we are Holly and Jesse, and we're looking for a new fabulous place to call home. Holly is a singer/songwriter, youth engagement worker and bartender, and volunteers at Triple R. Jesse is a gardener who works labouring for the City of Whitehorse and also writes fiction and spends a large chunk of time working on his writing. Jesse is American, Holly is Australian, Holly is a vegetarian, Jesse isn't. We both love pubs, beer, books, cooking, walks, talking, seeing shows and sitting in parks. We are both genuinely happy, positive people who thrive on meeting and getting to know new legends, and although we both love going out, we both want home to be a sanctuary and definitely not just a crash pad. We're currently in a pretty unique situation - we've been between renting temporarily with friends and long-term Airbnb stays, although we both have stable, steady work. Holly also regularly travels outside of Melbourne on tour. Jesse's current visa is up just before Christmas, so we're planning to leg it back to California at that time. It would be so lovely to find the perfect home in Melbourne for the next 5 months. Looking forward to meeting some great people here!
Friendly social share house with enough room for privacy and quiet time. Its a very modern house with large open living, dining and kitchen area and two quiet outside areas. I buy all the cleaning products, toilet rolls and daily consumables like that. The house is a 5 min walk to Footscray middle train station with excellent links to the city, (4 stops to southern cross). Also 5 min walk to Victoria St which is filled with cafe's, bars and life! The room available is a large double with balcony access, built in robe and large en-suite bathroom. There is a PS4 with lots of games and a Wii for weekend fun! We also have apple TV with Stan and Netflix from Ben, on big flat screen in the lounge! Smoking is only allowed outside!
Hey there, I just moved to Melbourne from Austria and I am looking for a place to call home for a while. I will be starting my PhD studies at RMIT in August, which means I am working full time and have a steady income. I am a quiet person in general who looks after himself and keeps things things tidy and clean. However, I do enjoy chats and get-togethers for meals or whatever. I respect the privacy of others if they want to keep to themselves. However, I would like to call people I live with day-in and day-out friends at some point and not just strangers you live with. Since I am still new to Melbourne, I like to explore the city and surroundings if time permits. Other activities I enjoy are watching some TV shows or the occasional movie. Although I've only listed a few suburbs it doesn't really matter to me where exactly I'll be settling down as long as CBD can be reached within reasonable time. Also the length of 6 months is more or less irrelevant. If it feels right I am open to stay for longer. If you feel like I would fit in with your current household, I'd be happy to receive a message from you. Cheers.
Hey I'm lakin! I'm looking for a home more than I am just a house, I'm fun, bubbly and a really good laugh 😂 I love to clean (I'm not OCD) but I like to make sure everything around me is tidy haha I love a cheeky drink here and there and socialising with my house mates, but I'm also very respectful of boundaries. I pay my rent on time if anything earlier than expected and I just want some awesome room mates I can vent to about how shit my day was because I lost my myki, my socks were wet and I got to work 1 hour late 😂
I'm Ryan, 25, full time electrical engineer working with robotics startup. I like music, going to gigs/festivals, having beers and hanging out, looking to move into a fun sharehouse where everyone gets along. Looking to move immediately for the right room! Some things that are on my wishlist but aren't deal breakers: -NBN or fast internet -Garage/Shed for tinkering Some things that are important to me: -Unfurnished room - I have my own stuff -Parking (permit/off street or quiet street)
Hi future houseshare, I run my own space clearing declutter business so I am very respectful of spaces and keeping them tidy. I have travelled with my work all over the world and have stayed in many airbnbs, holiday rentals, hotels as well as private homes. My friends call me the bed whisperer :) I like to use my home base as a chill zone and focus on my business. I will usually go out to see a movie or hang with friends, I don't drink or smoke or party I did all of that in my younger years. I love one to one conversations and not into small talk, in fact I like to keep to myself mostly. Not in an weird way locked in my room, more about meditating and working, so I like to be free of distractions. I love to cook and love watching the odd rubbish tv show occasionally. I have an easy light personality so not into drama or heavy negative energies. Spontaneous dancing may occur. I practice Qigong and Kundalini Yoga and will finish my Lomi Lomi Massage Training at the end of this year in Hawaii. I love to laugh and believe everyone deserves to be respected and listened to. Because my business is about CLARITY, I like to discuss and clarify what is expected in the domestic running of the house, so that there is no room for confusion. It's also important to be aware of boundaries. Really look forward to finding a space that feels like "home" .... and chatting with you soon Thanks Eirena ( aka ell ) PS Some things that are important on my list. -NBN Internet is very necessary for my work -I run my own business, so my hours vary, so when you ask full time and mean the conventional 9 t0 5- that's not me. -I really would like a place with a bath tub - Love love love gardens, so prefer a house to an apartment

Hey! I'm a 33 - year old psychology student, studying over at Victoria University in Footscray Park campus. I like to do a bit of cooking, and would love to have a team cook-out with my flatmates or other similar shenanigans. For my free time, I'm mainly focusing on my studies, and going to the gym. I value cleanliness and consideration above all else. Looking for like-minded individuals who want to live in a clean, calm (especially at night-time), and pleasant environment. I don't have too much of my own stuff, so I'm ideal for households that don't want the property to be crammed with different items. Also for that reason I'm looking for a furnished room. Drop a message and lets have a chat. :)
Easy to get along with and very helpful around the house. I enjoy socialising with my friends and am a huge music fanatic. I always bring the happy vibes to people around me and am accepting of everyone.
Hi everybody! I am a professional make up artist that has been living in Melbourne, California and Peru for the past several years. I am originally from Peru and an Australian PR. I am coming back to Melbourne for good and i am really excited to be back :) I enjoy a good conversation, a good meal, but most of all i enjoy dancing and travelling :) I am very organised and respectful and i hope to find people alike and make an easy going, friendly home.
I'm neat & tidy and employed full time. I work in customer service on a rotating roster so sometimes I like a sleep in and sometimes I'm out the door before the sun comes up. I do like to keep to myself mostly but can be quite sociable also. I'm not a party guy, but sharing a bottle of red over a good (veggie) meal is right up my ally. I'm Melbourne born & bred, newish to the west (moved this side from the south-east about 2 years ago). I'm ideally looking to live with people from any walk of life who want someone reliable and easy going to help them with rent & bills.
This house is extremely close to the shops, cafes and transport. It is about a 2 minute walk to the nearest cafe and about 1.5 minutes to the fish and chip shop!!! About 5 minute walk to seddon station. We were still in the process of moving when photos were taken so it will certainly be more neat and tidy before your move in day The house was renovated about 10 years ago so is modern but not as perfect as new There are all the modern features like constant hot water (never run out), dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and aircondition in the main living area as well as bedroom 1. There is a 55inch wall mounted TV as well as NBN internet. Bedroom 1 This bedroom has its own entrance door, inbuilt cupboards, is roughly 3.5m x 4m so is a good size. $270 per week I am looking for only one person in this room. No couples or groups sharing. You need to be a tidy person who is willing to share the house keeping.
Hi there, my name is Rachel. I'm currently working a desk job full time in the city and in retail during the weekends. So, I doubt I will be around much during the day. I'm originally from overseas but have been living here in Melbourne for 5 years now. I enjoy having good company and a drink or a few, but also like having some space so I guess I'm a pretty easy-going and flexible individual. I am looking to move to a new place by mid-August - the earlier the better for me. If you have a room or are interested in teamups, message me and we can have a chat!
Allo there, I'm a professional creative, Graphic Designer, who runs my own business and I love it. I have a studio in West Melbourne and currently live in West Footscray. I work hard which sometimes means on my home computer, and I like to relax when away from the desk. I love the arts, music, design, travel, food, cafes, bars, drawing, photography, movies, Netflix, fitness and spending time with mates. My fave food spots, gym, cinema etc are all close to my current home, so I would like to stay within a few suburbs of them. In a living space I enjoy sharing with housemates and hanging out, just as much as quiet time alone to relax after a busy day. I’m an avid bargain hunter at food markets and I love to bake. Pets are awesome and I'm considered a cat whisperer, let me at them! I’m clean and tidy and expect the same, though I’m not regimented about it. Gardening is a meditative passion and I own some furniture and white goods. Creative people make me happy. I love to share ideas, crafts, artworks to inspire each other. I have a fairly kooky sense of humour, but I assure you I’m a nice guy who is country bred. Hit me up for more and let’s do this!
I'm A really easy going guy, who can respect privacy, I pay all my bills on time, and love to hang out for a few drinks every now and again.. I do my part to keep the house clean, and love to be organised.. I also love to hang out catch a movie where possible..
I am studying Creative Writing at RMIT. I moved to Melbourne in 2014. I have rented for years, so I know the ins and outs. I am a quiet person, so I like to read, write or watch netflix in my spare time, I also enjoy going on adventures around the city.
Hi there :) my name is Cheyenne, I'm 22 years old, female. Qualified specialist makeup artist and have a passion for all things art (theatre, film, music) related. LGBTQ friendly, Pet friendly (minus cats because I'm allergic unfortunately), vegan/vego friendly (have a mainly vegetarian diet) and just an all round friendly person! I am in the midst of moving back to Melbourne from rural Victoria, I will be working full time (in the process of a job transfer) but until then I am financially stable for bond and rent :) I'm very tidy, will always help with household cleaning and cooking meals. I'm very social but do enjoy my own down time and respect others alone time. Love getting out and about and enjoying Melbourne's night life (gigs, theatre etc..) but I am just as happy curled up on the couch with a glass of wine. any further questions don't hesitate to contact me! :)
