I'm looking for a second tenant for my two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. One room is currently leased to an easy going guy, works full time for a bank.

The room is furnished with a queen bed frame and sideboards, with an ensuite bathroom. You'll need to provide your own mattress.

Less than a minute walk to the Kangaroo Point Cliffs, five minutes to the new Kangaroo Point Bridge for quick access to the CBD, and ten minutes to Woolloongabba Bus Station.

Apartment is comfortably furnished and has a split system air conditioner in both bedrooms and living room. Dishwasher, fridge, microwave and washing machine is all provided as well as basic kitchenware including toaster, kettle, glassware and plates.

Common facilities include a pool and a small gym, as well as access to a visitor car park for any visitors. There is a parking permit available for street parking.

Electricity, gas, and optional Internet are shared between tenants. The utilities are in the existing tenants name, and will be split directly.

Water usage is included in the rent.
