I am a very sociable and respectful person. Currently, in addition to having a job, I am back in college to study something I love. I enjoy learning new things, listening to music, and cooking, even though I'm not very skilled at it. Barbara, who is a French girl new in Australia, she works at night in a bar, her English is really good. So, you can improve your English with her, even if you know it or not. She has been living in the house since the beginning of this year (2026), so I haven't had the time to know her a lot but at the moment I haven't had any problem at all with her, she has been respectful and responsible.

Another girl is Viany. A Colombian girl who came to Australia to learn English. She is a pastry Chef, very polite and responsible person as well. She does want to live with a mess person, same as I do. What I have seen, she is a person with goals in life, hard worker and it's nice to talk to her.

Important Information:

\We enjoy traveling, so we sometimes organize day trips or short weekend getaways. Additionally, we like to go hiking and occasionally enjoy having a few drinks.

The person who moves in. It is required to return the property in the same condition it was at the beginning of the tenancy, minus fair wear and tear. This includes deep cleaning tasks often beyond the scope of regular household cleaning in every spot I gave to you as your personal spot in the house (Toilet, Kitchen, laundry, living room). On the other hand, on your move-out date, there will be one part of the house that you will have to clean following the bond clean standards, this place will be chosen by everyone in the house.

There is a weekly cleaning schedule, which one person will be responsible each week. We buy all the cleaning stuff together to avoid problems.

You will be required to sign a contract that fully complies with Australian law. Before signing, you will have the opportunity to carefully read and understand all terms and conditions. The signing will take place in the presence of a Justice of the Peace, who will act as an official witness to verify your identity and confirm that the agreement has been entered into willingly and correctly.
