The room:
The room includes a very comfortable queen-size bed with a brand new mattress topper, built-in mirrored wardrobe, block-out curtains, double-glazed windows, and its own private balcony with stunning views. There is also a second door leading onto the main wrap-around balcony of the apartment. While the room is furnished, there is still space for a TV stand or desk if desired. You will have use of the main bathroom, located directly outside your bedroom door (shared only rarely with guests). The bedrooms are positioned on opposite sides of the apartment, offering excellent privacy.
The apartment:
This is a large, fully furnished, well-maintained apartment. The apartment has approximately 180 square metres of floor space, with large living areas and abundant natural light throughout. Features include:

About me:
I’m a full-time working professional and generally out of the apartment Monday to Friday from around 8am–7pm (often longer). I keep a clean and respectful home, but it’s definitely not a silent monastery - I enjoy having friends over from time to time, sharing meals, and relaxing in the living space. Given the views, it’s also a lovely spot to have friends over on special nights like Riverfire or New Year’s. I value a home that feels lived-in and friendly. It would be great to find a like-minded housemate who enjoys their own space but is also happy to be social and share a genuine home and living environment.
Ideal housemate:
Someone working full-time or FIFO who is independent, tidy and easygoing, and who appreciates a calm, high-quality home rather than a party share house.
