We’re a 10‑minute walk from Woolloongabba Bus Station and Mowbray Park Ferry Terminal, with excellent transport links to the city and beyond. There are also plenty of cafés, restaurants, and pubs nearby.

The apartment has a large, comfortable living area with a TV and dining table, plus an adjoining balcony with CBD views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of storage and a large fridge.

The shared bathroom includes a shower, washing machine, and dryer, and the toilet is separate from the main bathroom.

Bills are roughly $40 a week.

Hi, I'm Katie! I'm originally from Scotland and have been in Australia for nearly 2 years.
I'm looking for a new flatmate as my current one is heading off travelling.

I'm a friendly, tidy professional working in the city, and this room would suit someone with a typical 9–5 job. My weeks are usually a mix of work, going to the gym, and socialising with friends.

I’m clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces, and I’m looking for someone who’s the same. I’m social and always up for a chat, but I also really value downtime and personal space. It would be great to do things together too—like dinner or drinks—but there’s absolutely no pressure.
