Room Available for Kangaroo Point - starting April (flexible start date from April 1 onwards), minimum stay 6 months.

We have a room available in our fully furnished home, located in the heart of Kangaroo Point. The common areas are fully set up with everything you need.. comfy living space, equipped kitchen, laundry, and more.
The bedroom furniture is for sale for your move-in, happy to discuss.

Rent is $240 per week plus $30 per week for utilities (covering bills for gas, electricity, water, and internet). Rent and bills are paid fortnightly.

The room available has a wardrobe, ceiling fan and air-conditioning. You will be sharing the main bathroom with Danielle. You have on street parking available to you.

We're just a 30-minute walk to Brisbane CBD, and just down the road from the Gabba, Kangaroo Point Cliffs, Mowbray Park ferry terminal, and plenty of cafes, pubs, and gyms.

Great location, chill housemates, and a comfortable space to call home.

We are a non-smoking household.

We’re looking for a housemate in their late twenties or thirties, no couples and no pets unfortunately.
