I’m renting the second room in my apartment. The room has its own bathroom and air con and is currently semi-furnished with a chest of drawers and desk but can supply a bed if required.
Looking for someone around the same age as myself who is clean and respectful. Preferably looking for a female but open to short-term renting (6 months) to a couple.
Rent is $450 per week plus bills for 1 person and $600 per week plus bills for a couple.
