The Apartment & Room
The apartment is a bright, two-bedroom, two-bathroom space on the third floor. You’ll have your own private ensuite and the comfort of air conditioning, with plenty of room to fit a queen-sized bed comfortably.
The heart of the home is an open kitchen and living area, which opens out onto a large, spacious balcony—it’s the perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning views of the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with shared fridge and cupboard space, and the lounge is already set up with a TV and comfy seating.
Location & Logistics
We are located in a fairly quiet pocket of Kangaroo Point with easy street parking available. The room is available from March 15th (with some flexibility for an earlier move-in if needed). The room will come unfurnished, giving you a blank canvas to make it your own.
Pets & Allergies
A quick note on pets: I have a friendly pet bird who lives out on the balcony. Because I have severe allergies, I unfortunately can't host cats or dogs, but I’m happy to chat about other small pets!
