This place is a bit cramped now, a 30 up woman with a toddler lives there. There also dogs not they are friendly, so must love dogs and be okay with fur.

The bedroom size is 3*3 m, it has a private courtyard (ground floor).
Balcony is facing North and catching morning sun, it's nice to have a breakfast there.

Prefer a clean and quiet working or studying flatmate. Alcohol consumption and smoking absolutely not allowed, sorry.

The unit is located at the back of the complex, so it's quiet, far away from the Main road.
It's close to a nice riverside walk with views of the CBD. Walk to a ferry, buses to city. 20 minutes walk to QUT via one bridge and 20 minutes or less to CBD via another bridge.
