It's an older style flat with generouse sized roons and off street parking. AC was recently installed and works well with the double brick consctruction to keep the place cool in summer and warm in the winter months.

The place is mostly furnished, but as I am not a coffee drinker there is no coffee machine, nor is there a gaming consule, but pretty good for everything else.

The available bedroom gets afternoon sun and can come with some furnishing, but it's a good size suitable of a queen sized bed and study table.

Great location with tram stop on route 64 across the road from the block. The flat is at the back of the block so no noise worries being on Dandenong Rd.

Glenferrie Rd shops and Malvern Central are only a short walk away, and Chapel St is a quick tram ride. Caulfield campus of Monash Uni is a short bike ride away.
