Hey! I’m looking for a lovely flatmate to share my cosy, light-filled 2 bed, 2 bath apartment ✨ The place is small but super comfortable, with amazing natural light and a really warm, relaxed vibe.
The location is amazing with trams 70 and 75 right out the front!
There is also a car stacker and off street parking available
The room available is the smaller bedroom (2.8 x 2.9m) with built-in robes. A double bed would be perfect, but a queen can work if you’re happy with things a little snug. You’ll have your own shower and toilet just outside the room, so it basically feels like your own bathroom. The room doesn’t have air con, but there are heaps of power points for a fan etc
The lounge room and kitchen are fully furnished, and I’ve added photos from the original listing of the room and bathroom that will be yours, as well as some showing how I’ve styled the space so you can get a feel for it
Because the apartment is on the smaller side, I’d ideally suit someone who is a shift worker - flight attendants (an an ex flight attendant myself) or anyone who travels or works away a bit would be perfect. That said, I would love to form a friendship with my new housemate and enjoy a yap/cook dinner together when we both are home at the same time 🫶
The rent is $690 per week however as I will be having the larger room, I will covering a higher % of the rent
Although I am already living there this will be a lease transfer so we will need to apply through the Real Estate together. They have let me know they require 3 payslips, photo ID and a screenshot of savings balance as a rent buffer
Lets have a chat and get to know each other!

I'm Brittany, 31 and work full time in Richmond as an office manager
I'm from Newcastle and have been in Melbourne for a year
I’m social and love a good laugh and exploring new wine bars and cafes. I also really value my own space and downtime, whether that’s curling up with a book or zoning out with a good TV show, and I totally respect when others need the same
I’ve lived with housemates before, so I understand how important communication, cleanliness, and respecting each other’s space is
Most of my friends and family are in Newcastle, so I’d love to live with someone who’s not just a flatmate but could also become a friend - someone who’s happy to chat, maybe share a glass of wine, but also enjoys a calm, respectful home
If you have any further questions about me or the apartment, let me know!
