• Fully equipped kitchen (gas cooking, espresso machine, dishwasher)
• Living area with TV & air-conditioning
• Balcony with outdoor wicker seating
• Washing machine included
• Lift access available
• On-street parking available (tow-away zones apply)

Location 📍 IS UNREAL
• Trams 70 & 75 run directly along Riversdale Rd
• Apartment is set back in the rear building → minimal street noise
• Finders Keepers café literally 50m away ☕️
• Glenferrie Rd shops + IGA nearby
• Camberwell shops (Aldi, Woolworths, Kmart) a short tram or drive

Household Vibe 🥂
Pretty low-key during the week (early starts), but open to shared dinners and having guests over occasionally - social but not a party house. I’m looking for someone respectful, clean, and keen to build a genuine home environment rather than to coexist.
