COSY ROOM IN TWO STORY APARTMENT IN SOUTH PRESTON

Hiii everyone,

My gorgeous/funny/caring/Italian flatmate (and friend) Chiara is leaving me :( so I am looking for a lovely person to share my home.

The flat is often sun kissed with windows that open to a big green balcony. The open plan living area has warm lighting, wooden furniture and plenty of plants. Kitchen is fully set up as I spend a bit of time there.

The bedroom is about 3 x 3m and comes unfurnished, with a large three door wardrobe and a TV (optional). It comfortably fits a queen bed with space for a few smaller pieces. There’s a big frosted window too which is perfect for natural light and privacy. There are also two bathrooms, so we’ll each have our own.

I’m in my late 30’s, studying nursing and working full time (with about 2 days from home). In my downtime, I love going to the cinema, camping, cooking for friends, running or just pottering around the apartment.

It’s a cosy space, so I’m keen on keeping a nice mix of hangout and chill time, sometimes both at once. The split level though allows for a little extra privacy too. I like the place to feel relaxed, tidy and breezy.

The location’s great, it’s just a 5 minute walk to High Street with plenty of cafes, shops, bars, cinemas and transport options nearby. Aannnd woolies right next door!
