It is close to shops, cafés, transport and wonderful bike and walking trails. Quiet street and neighbourhood.

The entire top floor of the home is available. There are two large rooms, each with split system AC and BIRs.
There is currently a double bed with a side table and a large desk available on this level

Room one is approx. 3m x 5m with sliding door opening to an east facing balcony 1.8 by 5m.

The second room is approx. 4.8 x 4.7m and faces west overlooking Merri creek and parkland.

The central full bathroom has shower, bath and toilet.

The lower level of the house has a great kitchen/ lounge area opening onto the back deck which is set up for BBQs or just enjoying the sunset view over Merri Creek.

There is a laundry with washing machine . entire fridge freezer and pantry space available.

We are sisters (one nurse, one doctor) both working part time. We are fairly quiet (but do love a laugh) and spend most of our time in our own space on the middle level.
We also have a cute dog named Milo.
