About the property
We are 30seconds from the Merri Creek walking trail, 5mins walk to both the no.1 and no. 11 trams. We are 10mins walk to the millar and gilbert rd village where there are collection of shops and eateries. We ride most places, with the centre of town a 30mins bike ride away.
We love our gardens! If we arnt reading a book or watching the abc, we are in the garden. The house itself is a little old, but we love it to bits! Our shared spaces are functional and tidy. We like to be tidy but we arnt clean freaks.
The internet and gas and water bills are included in the rent. However electricity bills are split evenly between us two and you. We are conscious of our electricity usage, but do like to keep a cosy home during winter. We use our air con sparingly during summer. We are mindful of other heaters on other than the split system in the lounge room. We would love a house mate to be conscious of the electricity usage too.
Rent is paid monthly.

About the flatmates
We are a couple, a teacher and a disability support worker. We are rather busy, but house and garden proud! We don't have heaps of time to sit around and have cuppas but on the occasion love to share a yarn and a wine or tea in the lounge room.
We are very connected to our local community and have people over occasionally.
We also have a friendly biggish dog called papadelle- if you are afraid of dogs please don't apply.
