Looking for a female to take over our large bedroom in a 3 bedroom townhouse available February 11th, the room features a balcony and 2 closets with plenty of space for a queen bed and other furniture.

The house is conveniently located:
- 6 min walk to Regent station
- 10 min walk to tram line 11
- 15 min walk to Preston Market, Aldi, Woolies and Preston Central.

Overall the house is clean, modern and well maintained. Features include evaporative cooling and heating, small yard and garden, Washing machine and clotheslines, shared kitchen appliances, 2 bathrooms and 1 shower. Parking spaces and a garage (used for extra storage) are also available.

Rent is $1084 per month due on the 17th, bond is 800$ and bills are split 3 ways. You will need to sign on to the lease that will be shared with your roommates Sessalli and Mariam
