🏡 Room for 2 month Sublet in quiet Preston Home - $2,560 (whole 2 months will be required to be paid upfront to lock in spot, which works out to be $320 p/w all bills inclusive. Due to us just recently moving in, wifi has not been organised yet.
✨ Dates: 10th February- 10th April. Dates are Flexible!
House and room: We have just taken over the lease of this house and the current housemate moving out is taking majority of the furniture so any home and bedroom things that come in tow with you are welcome for your stay. Your bedroom is a medium-spacious Bedroom and will come empty but we can organise basic bedroom furniture for your stay if needed.

Enjoy our huge backyard with plenty of fruit trees! Perfect for snacking on and lots of shade for the hot summer days. House includes a lovely porch balcony—perfect for relaxing and a spacious front yard.
No air conditioning unfortunately but the house stays naturally cool on hot days, making it a truly cozy safe space all year-round.

Rafa - he/him: An amazing friend—very kind, funny and loves deep chats. He studies animation works as a bar tender and loves a good chat over a beer or wine he is chill, relaxed vibes and loves to hang when available (from Brazil).
Smokey - they/them: One of the friendliest queers you've ever met! Funny spicy and speaking of spice makes the most delish flat meals youll ever taste! They just moved here from NZ. They love a good chat and you'll probably be good friends with them by the end of your stay!
Trace the Ace - She/They: Down to earth creative kind soul, can get along with anyone from all walks of life. Loves crafting, plants, horror movies and being silly. Loves their own solitude but happy to hang out when it aligns (also form NZ).
