🌿 South Yarra | Private Suite + Creative Sanctuary
Own bathroom · Private study room · Terrace · Resort amenities
This isn’t just a room. It’s a Possibility.
Over Christmas, walking home, I had a bit of a light-bulb moment.
Some of the most interesting partnerships in history didn’t start as “business partnerships” at all — they started with flatmates, shared kitchens, and late-night conversations.
Think:
• Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak — deep philosophical chats that became Apple
• Airbnb’s founders — just trying to pay rent
• Google’s founders — ideas born in shared living spaces
Obviously those are extreme, once-in-a-generation examples. I’d be more than happy achieving a tiny fraction of that kind of success. But the pattern is interesting.
Most of those relationships started with:
• Conversations
• Shared curiosity
• Mutual respect
• Late-night “what if?” thinking
So I figured — why not create the environment, and see what (if anything) emerges?
No pressure. No agenda.

👋 About Me (and the vibe)
I’m laid-back, chilled, and a good listener.
Tech-savvy, entrepreneurial — have followed the anti career-coach non-linear paths in the last 6 years+.
Over the past year I’ve:
• Shifted from full-time to part-time work
• Acquired a few commercial assets
• Created more time and mental space to think, build, and explore what’s next
This home feels like a retreat — not a party house, not a silent monastery either. Calm, warm, and easy to live in.
If we click, we might share meals, ideas, or the occasional deep chat.
If not, we coexist respectfully and independently. Both are great outcomes.
Outside of work, I’m a big food enthusiast who loves cooking and sharing meals — I’d love to continue that with someone who enjoys it too. I’m also a qualified ESL teacher and have had the joy of meeting and teaching many wonderful people from all over the world, which shaped how I see connection and community.
✅ Bonus if you’re curious, creative, or building something of your own — whether it’s content, art, writing, business, or something totally unique. I love a good brainstorm or collaboration when the moment’s right.
🤖 The Bigger Picture (Optional, but Real)
The AI revolution feels a lot like the Industrial Revolution — except faster, messier, and more personal.
Entire careers and lifestyles are about to change. I enjoy thinking about:
• AI-driven ideas
• Digital products or content
• Creative or unconventional ventures
• Or simply how to live well in what’s coming next
No artificial hierarchy. No “CEO” nonsense.
Just two people solving problems, exchanging ideas — or simply sharing a good home.
This could be:
• A great flatmate situation
• A creative collaborator
• A business partner
• Or just good conversations and mutual respect
🐾 Bonus: Dog-Friendly Energy
I’ve never owned a dog, but I’ve always been curious.
If you’re an animal person and happy to take the lead on care, I’m open to exploring that together. No pressure.
🧭 Practical Bits
• Flexible stay: 1–9 months
• Bills: electricity only (averages ~$100/month total)
• Internet included
• Current flatmate is month-to-month and may move out early in the new year
• I’m not in a rush — fit matters far more than filling the room
✨ You’ll Probably Love It Here If You’re:
• Independent, grounded
• Curious, creative, or quietly ambitious
• Comfortable with non-linear paths
• Looking for a home, not just somewhere to sleep
Happy to meet for a coffee or a river walk and see if we vibe.
Sometimes the most interesting things don’t happen because you planned them — they happen because you created space for them. 🌱
