Hi everyone! 😊
My housemate is sadly moving out after buying her own place (very exciting for her!) and hoping to get someone to take over her room.
The room will be available from 1 February and will be unfurnished. Most of the apartment is furnished, however if you have furniture or items you’d like to bring, I’m definitely open to it as I’ll be replacing some of my housemate’s things.
The room and apartment gets loads of natural light thanks to the large windows and has a gorgeous leafy outlook and nice views from the balcony.
Location:
* 5 mins walk to tram and bus stops
* 15 mins walk to South Yarra Station
* 10 mins to Chapel Street
* Immediate access to Como Park and Yarra river trails
You’ll be sharing the apartment with me - I’ve just turned 30, work full-time and WFH two days a week. I’m clean, easygoing, enjoy cooking and love a cozy wine night in 😊
