Looking for a housemate to join my 2-bed apartment in the heart of South Yarra, close to Toorak Rd & Chapel St, South Yarra station & the city.

Room is avaliable for rent now.

Rest of the apartment is fully furnished inc fridge, all kitchen appliances, washer / dryer, couch, dining table etc.
Your room is ready to move in, carpeted, with a large window and wardrobe with bonus set of drawers if you'd like to use them (otherwise I can remove them).

Apartment is on the 1st floor of a 3 storey, brick apartment building (stairs only). Spacious layout, big windows, loads of natural light / ventilation, north facing balcony and separate bathroom / toilet.

You'll join me, 31 y.o, female architect / entrepreneur and my dog, Skadi. She's a super sweet, 10 y.o husky who's surprisingly chill and well house trained and a full-time office dog.

I'm a morning person, usually hitting the gym at 6am before Skadi & I head to the office for the 9-5. On the weekends / in the evenings you can usually find me chilling at home or out and about with friends. I also play netball and have a 2nd business in basketball.
I'm an active, healthy person who enjoys cooking / baking and hanging out with friends.

Looking for a housemate (male or female) who's chill, clean sociable, works full-time and is active / driven. 6-12 months + min.
Rent is $295 per week (includes water bill). Other bills split 50/50 inc electrical, gas & wifi.
