🏡✨️APARTMENT DETAILS:
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a charming brickstone house in the heart of South Yarra right behind Como Park. It is a short walk to the 58 line South Yarra Station and Chapel Street.
It is a two bedroom aprtment with a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped icluding dishwasher, microwave, airfryer and a rice cooker. The bathroom features a washing machine and dryer.
🛏✨️YOUR ROOM:
The space is a bright, roughly 4×3m (excluding the built in cupboard) sized room. It comes fully furnished with a one-off payment which includes parts of the kitchen equipment, coffee machine, heated blanket etc.
🫂✨️YOUR FLATMATE:
Myat is in her late twenties, calm and easy going. She is often busy working her two part-time jobs, home-office during the week and at Uniqlo during the weekends, but happy to have a chat or drink in the evening.
🙋♀️✨️YOU:
This place would be a great fit for you, if you are a woman in your mid twenties to thirties, responsible and respectful of private space. Sadly no pets are allowed.
