The location is seriously close to trams, shops, Chapel st, and the Yarra river.
There is airconditioning in the lounge room and double glazed windows throughout the whole apartment.
Bills are included in the rent.
We are open to a couple but that would be extra per week to cover the extra use of the utilities.
There is one car space allocated to the apartment and if you'd like to have the use of it, this can be added to the rent.
