The bedroom on offer has a built in robe (no doors on it) and is approximately 3.6 x 3.4 m in size. House has ducted cooling and heating throughout and plenty of car parking spaces out the front. Close to the Hallett Cove shops but tucked away nicely in Sheidow park in a very quiet street. Still doing some work establishing the backyard as well. My previous tenant is moving out soon, I am going to freshen up the room a bit once that happens ready for a good housemate to join us in a couple of weeks! Thanks!

I'm looking for a room between Seaton heights to selicks beach as i don't have a licence and depend on public transport. I dont have any pets and love animals so houses with wont be a problem. I'm a very friendly clean person and have been told im a great cook.
My partner and I are looking for a bedroom in a shared house or flat in Lonsdale or surroundings. We both are full-time workers and have a car so some type of parking space would be great too. Kindest regards Vanessa & Ciaran
Hi, my name is Arianne but everyone calls me Aariee. I am an easy going, clean and peaceful loving hippy who is honest, considerate, uplifting and kind. I was fortunately blessed with a sense of humor that is a mixture of brilliant wit and fabulous sarcasm and I tend to make people smile a lot. I pay my way and always clean up after myself. I am a born and bred South Aussie and I work from home part-time and I also work in Mclaren vale part-time. I love people, music, food, nature and I am an absolute nerd when it comes to books and learning about new things. I love to workout and I am a big fan of consistent self-improvement. I have two amazing pups who are not really pups because they are 9 & 14 years old, however, they will always be my babies. They are staffys and are two of the most beautiful & well-behaved dogs you will ever meet. They are also two of the biggest nuggets you will ever meet because they are super entertaining lol I am looking for a place where I have my own space and the dogs are safe and welcome. I prefer a good positive environment with my own bathroom if possible. I would love the internet and utilities to be included in the weekly price. I am also a vegan so if you are on the same food page as me; awesome :) If not, I am sure you will love my cooking anyway because everyone does lol I have wonderful references and the only reason I am moving from my current location is due to home renovations taking place. Thank you for checking out my profile.
Hi there, I'm interested in renting a room. I'm 31 and pretty quiet, I like to keep to myself mostly. I am currently unemployed but am able to pay my way. I've recently completed Cert IV in Accounting so I'm looking for work in that industry now. I have a girlfriend of over seven years who lives in Happy Valley so a lot of my time would be split between spending time with her and being home. I look forward to hearing from you.
I'm extremely considerate of others privacy, love to socialise when I can,I work away alot. I work as a parks and wildlife officer and also contract for council,I have a home in marion bay which I adore and like to spend some time here. I've just become a grandfather for the first time and need to move back to Adelaide for 6 months.I will be arriving on the 20th june and starting work on the 24th of June. I look forward to hearing from you.
Quiet, safe & peaceful living You will have the place to yourself majority of the time Perfect setup for student looking for somewhere to stay Fully furnished unit plus room - wardrobe, brand new single bed & desk (can be removed) Up to date bathroom with shower/bath No washing machine - laundromat 5min walk away Walking distance to coles, maccas, bus station
I am NOT interested in renting a room anywhere, so please do not offer !! The house I am currently renting has been sold, so I am putting the feelers out for something new. I have until September to find something, but also probably the flexibility to get out sooner. So anywhere between May and September may be realistic I want to a houseshare, where we look at houses together, sign a lease together and share the house and not just rent a room. A house big enough for everyone to have their own space. I have furniture and whitegoods for a house, and bedroom furniture for myself and a spare/guest room. But we can always adjust what goes in. I'm happy to sell some of my stuff or use it all. This is not the search for an option to live super cheap, rather to get more bang for your buck. So a decent house in good condition with enough space for everyone to not be on top of each other. 2 bathrooms ideally, a spare room, spacious living areas. Someone should be willing to spend $160-$250 plus expenses, so that we can get something nice. That's a pretty wide range there and depend on what you want for yourself. Obviously there needs to be a yard for the dog with good fencing. A doggie companion for her would be perfect. She's not the most social dog, but generally company would be good for her. Gets along better with male dogs I'm 42 (but refuse to grow up), work fulltime in the city, love cycling and trail running or hiking, don't mind the odd drink, I'm not a health-nut and enjoy my creature comforts. I do like it tidy in the common areas (kitchen and bathroom especially). My dog Zara is a bit shy at first, but nothing that can't be resolved with treats, and she is really a big sook! She doesn't want to live in a party house, too many loud noises scare her ;), and she's also not used to kids, so I am looking for single people or couples only. That's all for now, if you're looking for something similar, get in touch!
I am a very friendly, clean and quiet person. I am from Kyoto in Japan and am on a working holiday in Adelaide for one year. I would love to meet new people and explore Adelaide.
A young couple looking for a nice, quiet place to live. We both study - I'm in my final year of nursing, my partner is studying teaching. We both work around our studies and like to stay active and spend most nights in watching Netflix. Not party-goers but enjoy being social :)
I'm Sean, I am currently unemployed but searching for work, I'm a fan of Star Wars, Marvel Comics and Doctor Who, I enjoy playing video games, reading and watching sports. I'm looking to share with someone who I can spend time with on occasion but is happy to do their own thing most of the time.
Hey there! I'm a 24 year old professional who is looking to move southwest of Adelaide. I’m a government worker with a rotating shift work roster. I'm very easy to get along with and would definitely consider myself a social butterfly. I also like my own space and respect others privacy too. I’m into health and fitness. I’m neat and tidy, happy to share house duties. I look forward to hearing what rooms are available!
Hello Adelaide, I am a French Canadian Engineer, working in Lonsdale. I’m an ex triathlete who is still very active and healthy. I cook a lot, so you will see me in the kitchen but not the living room! I am on the cleaner side of the spectrum. I am currently looking, but super flexibles on my moving dates.
Hiyya! I'm open minded, clean/hygenic, caring, pay bills on time (1st thing that should be paid), love a good laugh, am a singer and have geeky hobbies. I'm not a party gal and like to listen to music or read from home, have friends over (all of my friends are funny, safe, random peeps, most are musicians too :) ) Not too fussed with the genders, age, ethnicity of housemates, just no creeps, duh. I also do not have a car, so close proximity to train and bus stops is important! I'd particularly love to live around the Seaford train line :D I require house mates who are: respectful, egalitarian (or at least don't push their differing views on me), mature/mostly mature xD, good communicators, considerate, clean up after themselves, and aren't too loud. Extras: It'd be nice to become friends with housemates, maybe cook together, watch movies, share music tastes, from time to time - I love alone time though, so this isn't a need, but would be nice :) To support a positive living environment, friendliness and communication is necessary though :) Housing History: I've lived in shared private rental, in student accommodation buildings, with friends, and with family. Have met and been around diverse people from different cultures, backgrounds. I've been living with a 25yo male and 24 y.o. nb housemate since July 2018. Before that I lived in a large (8 story, 38 rooms/floor) student accom. 3 diff friends households at the end of high school until I got into a Music course last year. And ofc with family before that too. I've experienced controlling friendships and housemates, messy housemates, overcrowded housing (a friend who has 5 high functioning autistic siblings and parents :) I stayed with them for a month while house-hunting :) ), and with my family - the family structure house hold. I know what I like and don't like in a household and in people, so have good, real expectations for safety, living environment, and communication. I love cute things, and am semi into gardening, but I'm a bit clumsy and forgetful, so it's more of a 'when I'm not too busy' type hobby. This year, for at least the 1st study semester, I'll be studying a UniSA foundation course, since I studied more practical Music Industry (Performance - vocal) courses last year, and haven't written essays et cetera for over a year now......+ (rant: I hadn't finished paying off the certificate 4 which I was going to use to get into a uni psychology course......there's a student loan for that sort of thing that I didn't know about #regret....well.....now I know T-T ) I'm thinking of studying a Psychology/Behavioral Science bachelor degree at Adelaide Uni or Flinders, oooor an Arts degree (could study psych & Japanese @ Adelaide - I'm a bit of an otaku, so that sounds fun~) so will be looking for housing around there for mid year (looking for a 6 month lease. I prefer 6 months incase housemates end up being to loopy, not what they say they are etc) xD I love plants, animals & the environment too - I'm an avid recycler, so would prefer eco-concious housemates :) Message if you think I sound like a good fit for your household c: Toooodles~
Hi, I'm a quiet but creative girl, into painting, soap making, ice skating, writing. Introverted, but friendly. I have ADD, so I seem younger than my age. Previous flatmates have loved me because I: Do all the cleaning. Do gardening & mow lawns. Fix things. Kill/relocate spiders. Pet-sit. -days, weeks, whatever. I'll feed & love your critters. Rescued them with emergency lifts home. (I do not drink, so I am always sober to come on rescue missions.) Last year I started a stall to take to markets, but it isn't very profitable, so I'm looking for part-time work. (I had to leave my last job due to ongoing health conditions.) I am looking to share with only one person, must be female, dog would be awesome, relatively clean, no drugs. Deal breakers: smoking, cats, boyfriends who stay over too often/without you there.
Hey. Looking to start 2BR share house. Work for a bank. Work most days. I like bit of everything, going out, staying home for a quiet evening, binging on shows, having a beer or coffee over a chat. Love my gym. Like to go for bike ride, take pics, holidays. I keep surroundings clean and orderly. Cook occasionally, like to try cuisines. Not much into gaming, but avid reader. Like to play badminton, ping pong, basketball. Looking for someone not necessarily with same tastes but easy going and good hygiene. Budget my share $150-250$/w. Looking to set up house with living, TV, washer, fridge, kitchen and other basics and happy to pay bigger share in set up cost. If above sounds ok, pls text or message. In exit mode, looking to start immediately. Thanks, RD
We just moved here from Canada. We are both engineers and decided to try something new so we are working a vintage.
