I am a 27 year old American, living here in Brisbane studying my Masters degree. I am easy going, friendly, tidy, and independent. Looking forward to meeting like minded people in a healthy and happy environment :)
Just looking for a nice place with some nice people. I work full time at Suncorp Insurance so you won't see much of me during the day. Born in Brisbane and proud Queenslander. Worked in the nightclub scene for about 2 years so my partying days are pretty much behind me but always keen for a beer with banter on the side and the occasional stories. I have always been pretty clean and do the household chores on a fair basis. I game a bit but not everyday - usually COD or Battlefield. I love cooking and will usually make far too much food. If I'm the kinda guy your looking for give me a text and the address and I'll have a look :)
Hello! Names Payce Williams and I come from Alberta, Canada. I am looking for a place to call home in the Brisbane area for the next 3-4 months while I look to obtain my real estate license. I am looking for a nice and quite area away but to be fairly close to a bus and/or train station in the area. I am a very fun and lovable individual that keeps his personal and work life separate at all times. By the moment you met me you'll see that I am a energetic and well spoken person who loves a good laugh and cherishes friendships with due respect. I am currently seeking part time work while I aim to gain my realtor license within the month of December. Please feel free to contact me any time if my listing intrigues you to get to know a fellow Canadian. Thanks Eh!
Hi my name is Javana, I'm 23 and I work in customer service and also study part time. I am friendly but respectable. I spend a couple (or more) nights with my boyfriend whether it be his or mine so I would prefer a place accepting of couples. I am a private person but I do know how to socialise and be friendly! I am very tidy as long as the house work is shared between everyone. If you think you can help me out please message me! But please make note of my move in date! Looking forward to hearing from you :)
A complete feen for binge watching back to back episodes of whatever is the flavour of the month, fooling myself into thinking i can work out regularly, making the perfect strawberry daiquiris and mostly zoning out with a book & solid Spotify playlist.
I am mature and quiet and love people and animals.. you will find me with me head stuck in a book.. I have a stable well paying job so will always be on time with rent .. i do have a super cute friendly cattle dog so looking for somewhere pet friendly
Hello! I've lived in Brisbane for the last 6 years and am looking for some easy going people to live with. I work full time as a geotechnical engineer and travel fairly frequently for work (away for approximately 2-3 months a year). I'm pretty active and am always doing something but also need a decent amount of quiet time. I'm clean and easy to live with so lets get this show on the road.
I am looking for a place for myself and my very friendly well trained collie. Unfortunately my cleaning puts my cooking to shame but i do enjoy trying. I enjoy a active life but quite easily relax with a beer around bbq
I am a 20 year old mechanical engineering student studying at UQ St Lucia. I am looking for a house close to UQ or Yeronga/Yeerongpilly, as I am a private tutor and my students live in this area.
We are a very responsible tidy fun family. We need 3 months lease as my husband has 3 months extension with his course. I have two children (7 & 4 years old), they are amazing kids.
I'm a 33yo female who works full time. I am quiet, respectful and always pay my bills on time. I'm a non smoker. I work away from home on occassion as well.
32 yo professional. Honest, reliable, easy going individual. Office job in Darra which calls for interstate travel sometimes. I enjoy social outings with friends but I also enjoy quiet nights in cooking and listening to music or watching a movie. Family live overseas which I try to see yearly.
FLEXIBLE with length of stay, maybe short-medium-long term. I've shared before. I'm positive, happy, clean with reliable income & stable full time job, always pay bills on time :) Would prefer my own bathroom or ok to share occasionally with visitors. I like walking at the park or riverside. I'm a non-smoker.
**available ASAP** My room is up for grabs as I'm moving interstate, it's a 3 bedroom Queenslander style house. Currently, there is myself, another single female and a couple in the third room. Usually with 3 people in the house, my room costs $150 (excluding bills) however as there is a 4th person sharing a room, my rent was reduced to $120 a week which is the current rent price weekly. All bills are equally split. Bond: $627 The room is un furnished however, I will be also selling my double ensemble bed if you'd like to buy that I can leave it in the room. The house has everything you need at the moment, however when the lease runs out, those who decide to leave will take their things. The lease runs out on the 10th of January with the choice of 6 month renewal. Please contact me to view the room after 5pm :)
Big house with loads of extra space & character on a corner block. There's a great backyard & deck for entertaining & a cute cat called Charlie. Foxtel (limited channels, but looking to expand) and ADSL included in the rent. Additional bills are water, gas & electricity. There's air conditioning in the living room & the comfiest couch you'll ever sit on. It's really close to loads of cafes and restaurants on Graceville Ave as well as Honour Ave plus there's a bus stop right outside the door that can take you into the city via Indooroopilly shopping centre - past 3 Train stations (Indro, Chelmer & Graceville). Due to my current lease agreement, I'd require the property manager to approve any new tenants before moving in & payment of 2 weeks rent up front as well. Looking for someone interested in minimum 2 month stay - the lease will be running out in July 2017. I'm currently waiting on the previous housemate to move their furniture out, after this I would be looking at possibly getting a third housemate, but would discuss this with any new tenant as well.
This house is located in a peaceful area. At the end of the street is the Graceville train station. 20min to central station on the train Shared unlimited internet additional $20/month (not included in rent) Water and electricity not included in rent
Looking at moving out within the next month with a mate of mine and we are hoping to get a decent house with a nice outdoor area and yard. We both work full time as tradesmen, 50+ hours a week, we are out of the house before 6 every morning and usually don't get home till after 4:00pm. After work we definitely go into chill mode, and don't mind having a few beers every now and then. And most weekends I am either working or on the coast, and Matt works most Saturdays and is always busy on his days off. Looking to find a place around the 600/week mark and basically hoping to find a 3rd person male/ female, or even a couple (we really aren't fussed) on here to move in with us. If you're interested, don't hesitate to message me. Cheers !
*Looking for third housemate* We are two friends in our mid-twenties (29 is still mid, right?!), both working full time and relocating from Central Queensland to Brisbane on January 3. Yvette works as a beauty therapist and Aly is in journalism and communications. We have a small dog, a 4-year-old Mini Dachshund named London, who will also be coming along for the ride. We are looking for a third female to live with us in either a house or large townhouse in South Brisbane. The house will be fully furnished, except for your room. We are open to those who would like to be on the lease with us, or not. We are both super friendly, easy-going and love a celebration when one is called for. We are equally as hard-working, health-conscious and sensible when we need to be. In our spare time we love getting outdoors; going to the beach, exercising and hanging out with friends. We would like to live with someone who shares the same mindset as us; who can contribute to the household and get along with the banter, but also respect down-time and is genuinely honest and considerate. Ideally, we would like to live with someone who also works full time. Oh, and you must love dogs (and let's be honest, he'd be upset if he knew we were referring to him as a dog)! It goes down in the DM's - message us for more info! :)
Pretty cruizy gal. I recently graduated from uni studying public relations and media and culture. I currently work for a sustainable fashion label and vintage store in Paddington where i get to meet alot of creatives and be crafty. You'll probably find me at the beach, a gig, a market, cafe or opshop on the regular. I'm pretty independent, clean up after myself and considerate but am always down to hangout, eat good cheese and maybe down some wine on a nice porch couch. Into living sustainably and reducing plastics also!
I'm a 30yr old Male who's clean and tidy. I'm from the coast so I'm very chilled and layed back. I'v done a lot of traveling. I pretty much can get along with anyone. I work hard with long hrs but like to enjoy a good time as well. Cheers
I'm an easy going 20 year old who loves animals. I study beauty therapy in Toowong and also have my own business working as a hair and makeup artist. I have a quiet indoor cat who is rarely seen or heard. Perks of living with me include free makeup when I'm bored, cute cat cuddles and I cook, clean and am easy to live with. Looking to move into a share house with similar likeminded people who don't mind the occasional drink.

Welcome to my ad, this is an apartment share, not just a room. A furnished queen room with private bathroom that may as well be en suite. Large built in's and ceiling fan, I belive there is a vent that draws from the air con in the front room. Large open plan living room with ceiling fan and air con that will soon have a dining table. Reasonable size kitchen equipped with pretty much everything that's needed. I will be buying a new fridge in the new year. Pets are considered but it will have to go through the real estate. This is a top floor apartment so just be mindful that is not really suitable for dogs, unfortunately. Close to amenities, a 5 mins walk to coles and the train station, a few takeaway shops and café/pub. Secure building with key fob entry and lift access only. Secure underground parking that I currently do not use plus plenty of visitors parks.
