Hi, We are a professional couple who are moving into our campervan for 6 months to save up money to go travelling. We are looking ideally for a yard to park the van in for 4 nights every week (while we are at work in the city) while we stay in it and a clean bathroom to use. We will be gone on weekends. We are open to renting a room in a share house but would prefer to stay in our little home. Despite moving into a van we are a very normal couple! Laid back and just want somewhere reasonably quiet to lay our heads during the week. If you are looking for some way to subsidise your rent then it would be perfect! I have been referred to a clean freak. All though I do appreciate good hygiene. I also believe in a good house cleaner once a fortnight that is easily affordable by splitting the total price. This doesn't mean cleaning complacency during the fortnight. All common areas should be left in a usable condition for the next person to use. I am a homebody when I am not at work or out with my dog. I clean up after myself and my dog. I am honest, thoughtful, caring and don't mind sharing. I respect other peoples property better than I would my own property. I am an open minded, non judgemental person who tells the truth and have little time or respect for people who lie, embellish, exaggerate or are dishonest in any way shape or form . I am very positive and driven to succeed and would like to surround myself with people who are the same so that positive energy can flow and encourage. I enjoy cooking, reading, outdoor activities and exercise. I do enjoy a glass of wine on the weekend but I do not want to live with a person who over indulges in too much alcohol. My dog is a Dachshund x Poodle (Doodle). He is an inside dog. He is 9 in November and he is deseexed. Very well trained and walked a minimum of 4 days per week. He is affectionate and loving and is not a yappy dog. He will bark though, when someone comes to the door or is around the property. When this happens he is easily controllable by specific commands. I am very strict with his eating habits, exercise regime, discipline, grooming and health. He is like my shadow and follows me every where. Ideally I would like to live in a fully furnished place with one or maybe two other people. Maybe someone needing help paying their mortgage, who works or is retired and has interests and hobbies of their own. I am not looking for a best friend but a house mate where mutual respect will lead to a long lasting agreement that satisfies everyone involved. I am not deterred by written agreements that state basic rules and responsibilities of housemates. I work full time as well as study property economics, business really interests me and so does Netflix. I enjoy being productive, as i work full time and study full time. I am a photographer as a bhobby but also do weddings and engagements parties, i enjoy surfing and going to gym, socialising and having a laugh.
