The living room is decent sized with great surround sound! Great for movies! We also have a nice outdoor area that inlciudes a BBq. The person moving in will share a bathroom with one other person. It is close to schools, parks, bushland walking/jogging tracks and ovals across the road, walking/riding track opposite, IKEA Homemaker Centre not far, close to shopping etc etc etc. Bus Stop also up the road. This place has a lot of outdoor cover both front and rear, plus access to the rear yard for vehicles if needed up the side of the house. Plan is to turn front garage into an ensuite in long run to allow further privacy in the house. Must like being around animals as we have 2 dogs, a cat and a bird. down stairs has 1 large bed room with built in's (2), own bathroom with shower, large living area and access from off street parking (Please keep in mind though the living area down stairs doesn't get used often this inst exclusive) the living area has been set up and wont be changed. There are internal stairs making it easy to come and go to the kitchen when ever, and there is access to the laundry from down stairs.
