An absolute gentleman, and proud of it. Looking for my new home. I'm currently away in Southern Australia on the road, and the house I was sharing when I left in July has been sold, so I need another place from around Mid/late November when I return. My bed and office furniture is now in local storage. I travel often, driving around Australia doing volunteer type work to help make the lives of business people and families better. I have decades of business experience and this is what I deliver when I travel, as well as helping out those in challenging situations when I find them or have them referred to me. I am self funded and do not need to go to a “job” to work, or to “earn a living”. Ideally I’d love the have the downstairs closed in section of a house, or a half house, at least 2 rooms, one for a bedroom and one for an office, as I work from home when not traveling. I need space to set up my home office so I can write and do my support work over zoom. However, I travel for weeks at a time and may be away for 6 months of the year, visiting people around the country. I also have a home in Brisbane, and visit it a few times a year. I drive everywhere with my work. Not a smoker or drinker. I am a writer and public speaker, also into health alternatives. Very neat and tidy - a Virgo, if it matters to you. I like to leave my kitchen looking like no one has been in it for hours, even straight after a meal. Not in a relationship, quite independent, educated and capable, a caring person who is looking for a long term home base.

Cooper works in the maritime industry, while he’s home from sea, he’ll be working in concreting. we’re looking for a stable base during this time. We’re both easy-going, clean, and considerate, very mindful of keeping any space well looked after. In our spare time, we enjoy cooking together, relaxing with a film, and exploring the outdoors. We’re hoping to find a welcoming home where we can settle in, treat the property with care, and be reliable tenants.

I'm a 66 year young retired man. Separated and divorcing (soon I hope). I'm looking for a small 3 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 1 bedroom house, or granny flat, or studio, preferably in a non flood zone. I have a Belgian Shepherd Groendael dog who spends most of his time outside during the day and I bring him inside at night, he sleeps in a crate. I'm a non smoker, non drinker, and I don't do drugs. Not into parties. I can't talk well enough for most people to understand me when I try to talk. I'm quiet, enjoy going to the gym, playing with my dog. Clean, tidy and happy to do the odd DIY projects as required. I might have a friend stay over for a couple of weeks. I have a 3HAL converted horse float that I am selling.
