Hi I’m jodie.and I love living here because the house is a character home It has large bedrooms with high ceilings. Large garage with huge backyard, has a pool and river and great views overlooking park so it feels your in the country but living in the suburb. Close to all shopping centres and train station at Guildford and Bassedean ,Midland. 2 min to Guildford hotel. And 5min to Domestic Airport. And also 15 min to Perth City witch is great. Witch makes it a suitable location .
Hi have a large character home . All rooms are over sized.has river views and access. Pool. Close to train station and Guildford 2 min walk. Shops are 10 min away, midland.belmont ,bassendean. Little shops at end of street with takeaway restaurants. House is in a dead end street which makes it quite. It’s set in a country feel but in the suburb. Need to be clean person. A honest person. Have common sense...There are rules which will discuss on inter view. Needs to get involved in some tasks around the house. Don’t need anyone that’s going to sit in his room all time. Needs to be working .i have large shed.and yard.
Close to the airport for FIFO workers, few minutes drive to Guildford train station, local shops including : IGA, nail saloon, restaurants/cafe, barbershop, doctor and chemist 400m away. Possibly a second room available to use as a lounge room.
Built in 1904 by a local school teacher, this Federation cottage is a gem in the heart of Guildford. The teacher’s son, an ANZAC soldier, marched off to WWI from this house. It sits on a 372 square metre block, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, parking for two cars, high ceilings, lounge and dining rooms, and a galley kitchen. The house has been extensively and lovingly renovated. It has been brought back to federation colours, with jarrah floorboards re-varnished and the garden simplified. It also has modern comforts, namely insulation, air-conditioning, alarm system, Crim-Mesh doors and a gas-electric water system. The front garden boasts a dozen rose bushes which bloom several times per year. The rear garden is easy-care, shaded in the afternoon, with places to sit and relax. The soil is very fertile and there is room for fruit trees or a vegie patch in the rear garden. Bus – 40 seconds’ walk Train – 7 minutes’ walk Shops, schools, hospital, café strip, restaurants, wineries , chocolate factory are all close by. ---oOo--- If you are a smoker, heavy drinker, drug-taker, or have mental health issues, please do not contact me.

hello, I'm a british traveller who is currently looking for rental near to my work in hazlemere, i need to be close to the midland line or even better close to work. my plan is to work until the end of may and then chose whether to move on from perth or stay put and find another job. I'm very chilled and really just want to get my head down and work hard to save up some money. i need to be near a supermarket and preferably near a gym/swimming pool.
In the process of selling my house and looking for a share place. I am employed full time and work shift work including night shift. I am a sociable person and enjoy a beer or glass of wine to relax with. Neat and tidy. Don't let anyone rent a space in your head unless they're a good tenant...
I am currently studying Full time (3 days), and working part time at Coles. I am easy going, shy at first but social once you get to know me. I love art, crafts, nature and am a big fan of dining out! (and cooking). I love travel, relaxing with Netflix and wine, and would love to live in a house with pets! I'm studying Fine Art, so a big place with somewhere (garden maybe) I could work on uni projects would be great!

I'm an friendly, happy English guy over here on a working holiday. I am working from 3-11pm Mon to Fri. Have been here for 4 months now but my mates have moved on to the Eastern States so am looking for a room in a house/unit, etc close to the Midland train line. I can ride my bike to the station as I don't have a car. Cheers Ryan.
Easy to get along with, energetic active do gym 3 to 4 times a week love my food as in healthy eating so i am a good cook i think love salmon my favorite food atm, definately not lazy but i do not mind a sleep in occasionally. quiet and respectful of others 100% i am not a loud party type private when it comes to my personal space not one to bring friends or strangers over at all. i like to think i am considerate of others as i would hope i will get the same treatment in return i am a genuine person i hate conflict i prefer happy smiles and laughter.
If you're after a roomie that can cook, clean, iron and look after themselves...look no further. Can either keep to myself or get amongst what is going on. Not a party animal. Do spend weekends studying. Enjoy getting out for fitness. Looking for a room that is unfurnished. Only looking to live with one other person. No cats.
I'm a very relaxed Australian guy originally from Geraldton, who likes spending my time with friends. I work in a university and usually get home around 5pm most days. I don't smoke and like my place to be a welcoming place for guests and also for me and those I live with. In other words, a clean and tidy place with character and a homely feel. I lived in Japan for 7 years so I've lived with a lot of different people in share houses over the years I was there.
Hey there future housemate, I think what makes me great person to live with is.... I mind my own business, happy to socialize whenever, I like to keep things clean and tidy. Actually the list can probably go on but let’s save it for another time. Feel free to message me if you want to know more.
Hey my name is Rachael and my partner is Rodd. We are looking for a place to stay as we are both trying to save for our own house. I work fulltime and also have a 2nd job on the weekends. Rodd is currently between jobs and is actively looking. We do have a small puppy and hoping we could find something to accomodate. We are both busy people so we would hardly be home. We are clean and considerate of all areas of the house. We enjoy afternoons together fishing at the river or a day at the beach. We look forward to talking with you soon Thankyou
Hey I’m Chloe I’m 16 I’m looking to move in with some females wanting to move up here because it’s closer to work I work full time hair dresser apprentice you won’t see me much cause I work long hours 5 days
I'm clean and tidy and look after things. I enjoy tending to the garden and taking my dog for walks. I'm fairly basic living. After I return home I just like to either, eat, watch tv, retreat to my room for rest, do house duties, shower, listen to music, take my dog for a walk, let my ferret out for exercise. All the regular stuff. My tiny ferret just happens to be at her full size; tiny haha. She lives in a cage-like tower. She sleeps in a hammock or in a hippopotamus plush that's made for storing pjs for kids probably but I bought it for her to sleep in. My dog is a big breed but a good boy that just sleeps on his bed. I like to have him inside as well as outside. He's a well trained and good companion. When I pick up after his business I take the bag to the local park and use the bin provided for such stuff. That way the home garbage bin doesn't get smelly. I clean, feed and exercise my animals. I don't expect anyone else to do that. I'm looking for animal loving people as I need myself and my pets to have secure living. I'd like it if my housemate could check on their water if their home and I'm gone for a lengthy period. I'm a studying Chef at NMT Joondalup and I am kept busy with that. I don't neccessarily cook for the household. Of course we can share a meal now and then. I don't want to feel anyone is obligated to be home for dinner or anything like that. At home is my downtime and cook so I can eat left overs the next day. I'm not into having people over often so if you like easy living with no surprises of people being brought home then we match there. I don't go out to nightclubs anymore and will go to a pub on the odd occasion if I feel like it. I'm happy to have a drink at home now and then as it's cheaper and relaxing. I have all near new appliances needed for a home. Fine details can be spoken about when we get in contact. Areas: Joondalup and surrounding suburbs on the trainline. Up to 15min walk. Hope to hear from all matching people asap! :)
Lovely well equipped and furnished home 3x2x2 plus study ...security plus with ctv cameras, minutes from amenities, cafes, eateries, parks, shopping centres with gyms, great outdoors covered entertaining area with bbq. Air conditioned. I am away often so my flatmate will have the place to themselves often.
