Fresh allied health graduate from Melbourne looking for a cosy place and the occasional meal together. I clean up after myself well and can cook a few dishes. I like to do yoga and love music and graphic design. Also looking to join a mixed or female futsal team.
Hi I'm Jorgia. I’m clean and tidy, can cook (a little). Have good sense of humour, laid back and easy to get along with. Would rather live with someone or people around my age. If you have pets I will give them endless amounts of love and affection! I currently have 2 Jobs. 1 at Coles doing nightfil and Factorie just as a christmas casual.
Hi I'm William, new to Launceston (from Cairns). I am an easy-going and friendly person, non-smoker, regular exerciser and very quiet. I'm looking for a relaxed share-house with one or two others (preferably non-smokers) in a peaceful setting.
Looking for a houseshare in Launceston. I work from home but try to get out of the house as soon as I have finished work. Looking for a month to month deal as I will be buying my own place once I find somewhere I like. Moving down from NSW, currently overseas at the moment and have a few plans in the first few months when I am back in Australia. I bike, hike, camp and enjoy spending time outside. I am clean and tidy, like my own space and understand when people want their own space. I do like a wine in the shared part of the house every now and again.
From Melbourne, working full-time at Launceston General Hospital from Feb 2020. Current contract is one year, but may be extended. Will occasionally have to ninja out in the middle of night due to on-call committments. Wouldn't mind eating, drinking and hanging out with potential flatmates, balanced with "me" time. Could live with furry friend(s). Allergic to cats but in the past have lived with one for over a year and became systemically de-sensitised. Always up for a hit of tennis or a cycle!
I'm a new optometrist graduate with a range of interests including the great outdoors, classical music and drawing. I'm respectful, clean, generally quiet and adaptable and am looking for a friendly, clean and vibrant place to live! I would love to meet housemates however can respect privacy. :)
My name is Riya and I’m a newly graduated optometrist from Brisbane moving down to Launceston for my first job. I enjoy hiking, reading and listening to and playing music. I am super excited to explore Launceston and the rest of Tasmania! I’ll be working in the city full time. I’m looking for a room in a friendly sharehouse where everyone does their own thing but would be down for the occasional glass of wine or movie night ☺ I start work towards the end of January next year so would probably be looking at moving down mid January.
Large queen bedroom furnished with comfortable Queen sized bed, occasional chair, bedside tables, lamps, side table and two generous wardrobes. Light filled room with good level of privacy. Two bathrooms as well as a separate toilet service the house. There's a cleaner that comes every week. All bills are included. So central you don’t need a car. Fab big back yard. Everything works. House vibe is very good. Professionals and creatives welcome. We have a very sweet black miniature Schnauzer named Walburga von Schmetterling but you can call her Miss Wally. Architects, designers and doctors as well as artists, sommeliers and journalists have made this their happy home and we like to continue the tradition of running a beautiful house with dynamic people and happy vibes. The communal spaces are generous and allow for low maintenance interaction with other household members. We've done house family dinners in the past but if that's not your vibe, there's no obligations. There's a vibrant art collection in the house of some of Australia's celebrated emerging and established artists and a good book collection of cooking favourites and literature as well. House is in high demand! Message today!
Half new in Tassie from Melbourne, I'm friendly, easy going and funny sometimes, addict to travel and learning languages. Looking for sharing a house with someone who works full time early shifts job as well. A little bit of myself, I'm bubbly and sociable, working early shifts in Midland area, so I think I can be best silent potential housemate of the year. :)
Hello! I'm an environmental science student at UTAS, I have lived in Tassie for 2 years now and have spent both years in shared accomodation, so am not new to co-living. I have a great appreciation for the outdoors and am very active, camping and playing various sports throughout the year. I work multiple jobs during the uni semester and over breaks, making me fairly busy and out of the house most days, but when I am home you'll most likely find me tending to my many houseplants, studying or cooking. I am searching for someone who would be interested in renting a place with myself and a friend, preferably within walking distance from Launceston CBD. We envision ourselves living in an eco friendly household, shared with warm hearted, similarly minded people.
Hello! My dog and I are looking for a place to call home in Launceston early next year. Beth (the dog) is a year old Kelpie x Lab rescue, is house trained, very sweet and loves all things great and small. She and I found each other after I returned home to Australia after 6 years away overseas working and travelling. Now that I am home I will be studying education and teaching. I am a very open minded and accommodating person, I clean up after both my dog and myself, I love gardening and cooking dinner for friends, but mostly you will find Beth and I either outside on a walk/camping or curled up in my room reading/listing to music/drawing/studying. I enjoy a glass of wine and love a good movie night. Last but not least, I certainly respect other peoples privacy.
The house is in west launceston. I have a downstairs area with it's own access and private bedroom . The other downstairs areas would be shared but not often used by us. It is mostly furnished (bed, large built in robes/drawers, desk, tv etc). The bedroom has carpet. The other areas are tiled (with a large mat in the living area). There is also a heat pump for heating and cooling.
