Hi, I'm Cleanna and I've grown up around Launceston. I'm currently having a break from my studies of Journalism and Media and am looking for a place to live in Launceston. I'm an easy going person, very reliable and honest. I'm currently working multiple jobs about 4-5 days a week and have lived in student accomodation in the last year. I enjoy socialising with friends, reading, travelling and tasting my way through every burger place I come across. I would love to find a place in an already established sharehouse or more than happy to be contacted by someone who wants to start one! I look forward to hearing from you!
Hey I’m Luke I’ve just moved back to tassie after living on the mainland for 8 years. I work full time. And play cricket and football on weekends so I’m hardly home. I am clean and tidy without being to ocd. if you want to chill and have a beer then I’m all for that if you would rather have your own time then that’s also something I’m more than happy to do as well.
Hello! Just got a 1 year contract working as a physio at Launceston General Hospital. Looking to live with 2 other housemates around my age, preferably female. A bit about me... I’m friendly, sociable, like downtime but love hanging out, like exploring new places, like outdoor activities adventures, christian, neat/clean/tidy, easy going, love a good laugh :)
Hi, I am a full time nursing student from Malaysia and working part time in Launceston. I am currently looking for a room for myself. I am clean, tidy, respectful, quiet(can be sociable depends on situation), easy going, love sports and cooking. Looking forward to fantastic housemates(could be you) to message me. Thank you.
Our lovely home is located in a quiet street and is walking distance to the LGH and very close to the city centre as well as local cafes. The house has open planned living with a modern kitchen and bathroom but maintaining the character and charm of the one hundred year old home that it is. There is a large yard and great patio space for some outdoor time. Each room has an electric heater and built in wardrobe.
Hola. I am Bhavin and I will be commencing my 2nd semester in UTAS. I have lived in houseshare before, so I am familiar with household chores. My mild OCD ensures that everything around me is neat and tidy. I can cook Indian cuisine (try to) so my roommates will be treated with tasty food. I am a vegetarian. Usually, I will be out in the evening playing soccer or going to trivia nights. During my free time, I like to explore Tassie. I am quite friendly but will respect others privacy. Can't wait to meet new people.

Your room is the empty one pictured above, equipped with a heat pump and wardrobe. Property is fully furnished. There is also an office room for you to use if you wish. Internet, water, electricity etc all connected and working. Some of the pictures show the house unfurnished, but they were taken while unoccupied. There is a garage at the back of the house that your housemates don't really use, so you can pretty much make full use of it. Give me a call/text/email to organise an inspection! Included below is a link to when the house was for sale some time ago so you can have a look at the pictures available there:
We are a quiet couple with 2 small and friendly dogs. Jasmine is at UTAS and Josh has a cert III in IT, about to commence his bachelors in IT. We rarely have people over or leave/come back particularly late or early. We mostly keep to ourselves but also love a chat. We're looking to share with a dog lover as ours are very sociable. Josh is a wheelchair user and would need an entrance that could be ramped (we can install ramps ourselves) and a relatively flat shower (no showers over baths or raised showers). Our dogs need a secure backyard, but we could put in small sections of fence if need be. We'd need a queen sized bedroom with either built-ins or room to put a wardrobe. Josh has a small business and would also require space for his equipment and IT items. We know this is a lot to ask but if anyone can help we'd be very happy!
21, Originally from NZ but have lived in Aus for the last 7 years. I’ve been living in Launceston on and off for 4 years for uni. I usually study during the day but I like to make time for the gym and chilling with mates so I’m often not home though I would like living with someone who’s happy to hang out. Always keen for a chat and love to experiment on the stove though I am mindful and happy to keep the place clean. I work two jobs, both based in Hobart on weekends so I’ll mostly only be around on weekdays. Ideal housemate would be someone who loves a laugh and is pretty easy going.
2bedroom unit style (small) house. Perfect for 2students. Off street parking, close to shops and bus, furniture and white goods included. You'll need to sort out a television, extra couch, bed for the second bedroom. Main bedroom has built-in wardrobe, second built in cupboard (no hanging space). Still plenty of room for other stuff, I can provide them if necessary. And a great deck to enjoy a morning cup or evening drink.
We don't currently have internet but I'm looking at getting it put on, as it's kind of essential for most things nowadays. More than happy to talk that over with you. The room has built-in cupboards for lots of space, there's an air conditioning unit, good sized TV and great movie collection (feel free to add to it!), all the kitchen essentials, quick washing machine and hopefully soon a flower garden. Working on it! Because the house is quite small, power and water bills aren't super extravagant so splitting three ways or even two wouldn't scratch much up at the bank.
You'll need to be working, trustworthy, easy going and like dogs. The dogs are and can be confined to the front or back yards for necessitity and time out. My house is dated but comfortable for two adults to have space. You'll be living in semi-rural setting, 5 minutes from CBD with private gardens, 2 decks, undercover spa, BBQ and fire-pot area. Bush on 2 sides. Shared communial areas, kitchen, dining room. Your rooms will comprise of bedroom with ensuite and a second small bedroom up 5 stairs. There is underfloor heating in larger room which can be used as lounge. TV outlet. You'll have to pay for this heating. Or, bring you're own heating and cooling. Your rent will include power, water, wood and internet. Off-street parking if you start work before 9am. I do have a queen bed ensemble if needed. No couples.
I am a new graduate from Adelaide, who has been offered a position in Launceston as an Oral Health Therapist. Some of my interests include badminton, travelling the world, food, movies, dogs (I own a Corgi X), and trying new things! I am a clean, respectful person who can appreciate both alone time and socialising - I love meeting new friends! :) As it is a new position I am entering into, there is a 3 month probation period. After this, I will be looking for long-term accomodation. In the future, I would love to have a place that would allow pets, but this is not essential.
Hi there! I'm Nando. I'm a busy student who is also working part-time. I have lived in a few share houses before and always am respectful and responsible. I consider myself very laid back and sociable, enjoying a catch up with friends or surfing in my downtime. Im looking for a new place where I can relax and rest.
Hey I'm April! I work as a journalist & radio producer at the moment, working 2-3 days a week. Sometimes I go back to the family farm and milk cows as well. My ideal weekend consists of travelling, wine, cheese, and friends. I have just spent the last year living in Europe, hence why I am currently homeless (living with my parents again!! haha)
Respectful of people's space, but enjoy a conversation, interested in people from different cultures, love travelling, used to cleaning up after myself, and can cook a great roast. I also possess a very British sense of humour - imagine a hybrid of Monty Python and Rowan Atkinson. P.S. Bonus points if you speak a language other than English. 😃
Hi my name is Kate and I’m a 24 year old Registered Nurse who will be studying up in Launceston for the next two years. As this degree only requires me to be on campus 3 days a week I will be commuting from Hobart weekly and will be spending generally 3-4 days up in Launceston. I’m neat, tidy and respectful so I won’t be making too much noise but I do also like socialising and would be happy to go for a drink and bite to eat with my new roommates if that’s what they like to do also!
