I'm a bit of a mix of outgoing/outdoor loving guy and proud nerd. I'm moving closer to work to do away with my car and commute more under my own steam. Otherwise, I sing in the WA Opera and in a bunch of concerts around Perth meaning I'm out a lot of evenings till ~9:30pm in production seasons. I sail most weekends and cook rather healthily. I'm happy to share in meals and hang out otherwise for a drink or two. With some downtime at home, I'll often work on some sort of home automation project or will just generally be making something.
Hey everyone, I'm currently trying to get out of an abusive relationship so if I could get some help quick that would be wonderful. I'm a quiet and clean person, I love cooking too. I have dust allergies so I can't really vacuum, but I'm more than happy to do whatever else seems fair for both of us. I spend the majority of the time on my computer talking to people online, so good internet is a must :)
Hi Everyone, 49 year old professional straight guy working in Burswood. Spend most of my spare time outdoors engaging in endurance sports such as trail running, triathlons and mountain biking. When not out training or exploring, I enjoy relaxing at the beach, markets and winery trips. All this means I am not home much, however I am house trained and house proud, owning a few properties myself in NSW and QLD. Not into drugs of any nature and only occasionally have a few drinks. Not looking for a party house however am hoping to find a mature, fun, lively environment, clean and organised - a place to call home! Over the past 6 years I've shared with one other in various different homes, with each lasting over 1.5 years - ranging from girls in their 20's to 40's, including a mum with her 8 year old son, a guy and his girlfriend etc. Usually out of the house by 6am and often not back much before 7pm. Have National Police Clearance Certificate (NPC) and references. Thanks Andrew. PS - thanks to the literally dozens of people who have contacted me offering a room in share houses that will be occupied by 4 people and more. Whilst I appreciate the offers and promises of order, cleanliness, and no anti-social behavior or sad sacks, for the last 6 years I've always found a place living with just one other person and prefer to pursue this option for the time being in my nominates areas where all my sporting contacts and locations are. Thanks again.
Hey! I'm super laid back, easy to get along with and social housemate. I'm currently studying Midwifery at Curtin so if there's ever a situation in our house where a baby needs delivering- I'll be of great use! I'm often on prac or at uni but when I'm at home I like to just chill out and so would love a relaxed household that also likes to socialise on a weekend!
I am an Bubby and easy going person. Im studying full time at the metropolitan tafe and am barely home on weekends. I love to listen to music , read books and do some graphic design. I also have my own little jewellery business and manufacture Jewelry. :) That is pretty much all
I work 6 days a week in real estate, enjoy to socialise. Neat and tidy. Hoping to live with some easy going people. Preference is to have own bathroom and will need a spot for my car. I like meeting new people and being social on my Saturday night. But with this said I believe I am a respectful house mate. I have recently sold my apartment so looking for something for about 6 months maybe longer, I like being close to the city for work as I am based in East Perth
Hi there! I'm an undergraduate urban planner, working part time and studying part time for the next 6 months until I finish my degree. Born and raised in Perth, I'm currently looking for a place to call home at least until I graduate. I'm part introvert, part extrovert. I like relaxing at home a lot of the time and keeping to myself a bit, but also love being around people and having some fun once in a while! I'm a great, no-fuss roommate. I have two solid jobs (so no cash flow worries), am neat and organised, respect others' space and belongings, and am nice and easy going myself :) Looking for someone fun and easy going to share a home with!
Beautiful, relaxing open plan 2 bedroom apartment, which will be yours all yours ( whole apartment with both its bedrooms) right on the river, with city views, well located by shops and a bus stop straight outside, in lovely South Perth. Sit back and relax, watching the river go by, the birds float and the city lights twinkle from your balcony and open plan kitchen and dining room or from either of your double size bedrooms or go for a wander down the river and the lakes with wildlife, which will be your extended front yard (protected from everyone else by a small river with a cross over bridge). Grab the laptop with your NBN wifi and enjoy the best equipped, and most beautiful front yard in Perth, which will be yours all yours. No need to go on holidays, the holiday will come to you, every night.. This renovated 2 bedroom unit in a lovely complex with a large interior courtyard garden which is also yours to enjoy allows you to easily and quickly, drive, walk, cycle or catch the bus or train, into the city, Burswood, Curtin Uni or UWA. For only $385 with bills, or $340 without, including unlimited superfast NBN broadband, the whole apartment, including both bedrooms (so if you're a single or couple, you could rent out the other one and reduce the rent even more..) is yours. The bbqs, workout facilities, kayaks, standup paddleboarding, walking, rollerblading and jogging tracks, playgrounds, cafes, restaurants and entertainments of South Perth, Burswood and Victoria Park are all close to you. Also, within easy distance for both Curtin University and UWA. Furnished, and nicely so... but you've got your own furnishings - some of the furnishings already there can be moved out, to make room for your stuff. Yes, I do kinda want to just move into it myself! Great for students, city based professionals and FIFO as the ultimate lockup and leave city pad right on the foreshore. If you are interested, text me and I'll send you the agent, Ken's contact details. Available now!
I am looking for a room to rent in a furnished unit in a unit complex or house with my own bathroom. I do 2/1 FIFO so I'm not home very often, and when I am home I'm often travelling overseas. So I pay your rent and you get the house to yourself most of the time! I clean up after myself, I'm respectful of others and their property. I can be social, I like to have the occasional glass of wine, go out, have chat, but also like my downtime as I'm a shift worker. I am looking for a housemate that is trustworthy, respectful of me and my property also, someone who cleans up after themselves and doesent mind a chat when I am home. I'm very friendly and open minded and are looking for similar personalities in my housemates. I'm also open to sharing with another FIFO back to back.

Hi I work full time in the real estate industry. I have been working in property management and leasing for over 5 years, so I understand choosing the right tenant and how to look after a property. I am respectful, a bit of a home body during the week. I need to live near Burswood Peninsula. Looking for ONE quiet and easy going person to live with (preferably a male & preferably the owner of the property). I have my own bedroom furniture and big TV. I love animals, so living with them does not bother me. Things I can't live with out: My own living space (I have my own big TV) and bathroom (preferably with a tub), NBN, air con and a big wardrobe (I own a lot of shoes). :) I have a small car, would prefer a garage parking spot, but can be flexible on this (depending on the area). About me: I enjoy having a wine or rum, and go to a lot of live music gigs during the weekends. I love the beach, music, travel, wining and dining and meeting new people. I rarely cook, and if I do it is simple meals. Usually home during week day evenings. The house MUST be drug free (also I have 0 tolerance for people who use drugs!) Child free and I need to be able to trust the person I am living with. This means, no one with any weird fetishes etc. My budget is $180 including all bills. I have a police clearance and rental references upon request :) Please don't contact me if your advert does not meet my criteria.
Hi, I am moving to Perth for work in mid September. I work full time as an engineer but I am also studying a Master's degree part time. I enjoy being active and love to get some sort of exercise in each day. Can't wait for summer to return so I can spend some quality time at the beach. Recently got back from a 3-week holiday in Portugal and Spain.
CURRENTLY BEING FILLED - Will deactivate this advert as soon as new housemate is in the room. Room in a massive old-style mansion, huge kitchen, two lounge rooms, dining room, gym area, gas stoves, washer, dryer, lemon tree, bee hive, big front and backyards. House also has a pool, which is lovingly maintained and used to pass the heat of summer. There are three bathrooms in total, you would be sharing one large bathroom and a separate toilet with 1 other. The location is unbeatable, 10-minute drive/bus to the city, 20-minute uber to the airport, 8-minute walk to Mends St Jetty Ferry, 30-second walk to a direct bus stop to city. 15-minutes by bicycle to UWA or Curtain Universities. Close enough to the zoo to faintly hear the Gibbons on most mornings! The house has a great vibe, everyone cleans up after themselves and chips in with housework. We all tend to go away for work for varying periods, so the number of housemates varies, lately, there's just been one person for weeks. Photos of the room are not of the room for rent. Have include them just for reference, since the room for rent is still occupied. The room up for rent is similar but slightly larger and also includes a built-in desk and a large built-in wardrobe. Not a party house, but we have the odd BBQ in summer. You must be working/studying full-time, independent, clean & respectful. Cheers, Doug
