You get a big furnished room with very new queen sized bed and mattress (purchased in feburary), drawer, hanging space and bedside tables. Your bathroom is shared with one female housemate. Shared living room space with smart TV and NBN wireless access across the house - great streaming where ever you like to be. If you're into gaming feel free to enjoy the PS4. If you're more of an outdoor person it's a short 10 min jog to the south perth foreshore, parks, sporting grounds, as well as lots of cafes and places to grab a drink. Also close to Coles, IGA, and a couple of pharmacies. Smokers are welcome but please smoke outdoors.
Hello! Currently looking for a sharehouse to join! I’m an easy going neat and tidy gal. I currently work full time evenings so you might not see me around much! Not much of a party person but do have friends over on occasion for games nights. Don’t have any pets but happy to live with them. In my spare time I make and paint clay figures, draw, read, play video games and have the occassional anime binge. I love experimenting with food and am always trying to find new dishes for my weekly meal-prep. I would also love to be closer to the beach or river so I can go more often! Looking forward to meeting some cool new people!
This is a beautiful house! A lot of natural light comes through the back ceiling to floor glass wall. Jacques room is upstairs and has his own bathroom. The bottom level has 2 bedrooms and a study (pull out bed for friends visiting). The bathroom downstairs will be shared between myself and the new housemate/couple. The house is fully furnished, with a big outdoor/entertaining area, vege patch and worm farm. There are a few bikes spare if you want to go for a cycle. The house is a 5 minute ride (15 minute walk) to the ferry (leaves every 15 minutes for Elizabeth quay). Very close to the South Perth foreshore, the zoo, several gyms, delicious coffee/breakfast spots. Happy with a single or a couple. Couple rent $230 week. Cheers
Hello there! I am looking for a single room located at 20min drive max from the CBD. To introduce myself quickly, my name is Manu. I am a 30yo french guy. I have a job. I'd like to stay in Perth for at least a few months. I love this city. I am a really open-minded person, i like to talk about anything, i am interested by a lot of things (music, tv shows, music, video making, music, camping/hiking in remote places, music, surfing, cooking, etc), easy going, respectful and clean, always ready for a drink, going to a live concert, underground electro party, restaurant or binge watching a good series, etc. My favorite bars so far are the Ezra Pound and the Bird, to give you an idea. I prefer to keep calm in the week (or go outside the house) as i have to wake up early and i am open to anything in the week end. PLEASE: i am not here only to pay the rent. I want to SHARE with my future roommates and meet new people. I mean it. Well, thats a good start! I can move whenever you are ready. Contact me if you think i have a good profile! Cheers.
Beautiful Airy apartment overlooking the zoo with heaps of trees and birds all around. So peaceful, quiet neighbourhood, great for students or professionals, this place is a beautiful relaxing oasis of a flat but its got a free bus to Curtin and the city on the same block its on, and two different shopping centres - Mends St and Angelo St just 3-4 blocks away and the foreshore is only a block away too with heaps of trendy cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. There's even a 24 hour supermarket just down the hill on Mends St. 5 mins by car to the city or Curtin Uni, its also only a quick bus or car ride to UWA. Buses run every 15 minutes during peak, and every 5 mins from the other side of the Perth Zoo, which is what you are perched over. Spacious and with two outdoor balconies, you can hang out together or have your own space, as you look out over the trees and animals of the Perth zoo. Watch the monkeys swing by while you listen to the odd lions roar and elephant trumpet - no need to go to Africa for a safari! Fully furnished including sheets and towels, all you need to do is move in, and enjoy! Airconditioning and amazing views - what more could you want. PS: the price is for the entire apartment - yup, that's right, two large bedrooms with queen beds and two separate balconies - one for each of you! I'm FiFO so you'll be dealing with an agent not me BTW as I'm not in town enough to get you access to the property. Her names Kylie and she's very nice and easy to deal with.
well this apartment is quite epic ...it is the top floor of the building and dead centre ...so we will have the best apartment in the complex..for a old building it is very neat and well set up ..they have looked after the place ...the view is the best I have found in south perth and everything I was after, very spacious and newly renovated bathroom and kitchen ..there are 2 car bays and free parking on the street after 5pm.. also there is a storeroom..pool. bedroom 1 available $275 has all fitted out wardrobes/mirror/draws and a car bay available. bedroom 2 available $225 is very big for a 3rd room but it does not have a wardrobe and will have street parking available (free after 5pm mon-fri + weekends) all bills are include + nbn wifi there is split system air conditioning ..one it the main room and one in the main living area. highlights =the view and balcony is amazing ,its massive compared to all the other apartments in south perth very spacious ..location is unbelievable ...look forward to meeting my future room mate :)
Fifo worker, Looking for easy going people to stay with whilst I am on RnR. I like to travel a few times a year , so the chances are I wont be there much, ideal for someone who wants extra cash with myself not being there regular.
Heya! Tom's the name, house hunting's the game. Originally from Melbourne but I've been in Perth for the last 18 months. I'm currently working full time as a Prosthetist. On weekends I'm a fan of watching the footy, going for a hike and hanging out over a few beers. Looking for a social, friendly, easy going house who'll welcome me and my slowly dying plants.
Looking for short term accomodation (about 1 month) while settling in Perth. Anywhere in or near Perth. I'm a quiet, open-minded, non-smoker, light drinker, clean, tidy and considerate housemate with lots of experience sharing living spaces with other people. Ive recently been working in Broome, backpacking around Europe, and travelling in the Southwest camping and staying in hostels.
