Hey! I'm just looking for what is out there at the moment & the possibility of a team up or to join a house. I'm currently renting my own place by myself however thinking about changing it up! I am easy going, tidy, social but do like some quiet time, and spend most of my weekends out and about. I do have a 1 year old bordercollie who is my little sidekick, so we would be a joint package! She is very well trained & also comes to work with me :) Look forward to hearing from you! Giulia

Great house in South Perth. Ten minute walk to the foreshore. Easy access to the freeway and very close to the city. Perfect place for uber eats if your appetite acts up. The room itself is one bedroom in a three bedroom house. Two level house with all the bedrooms upstairs. Bathroom is shared with one other guy and there is also a third toilet downstairs. Open living space. Two TVs. Good sized yard that's is walled off from the street and.. wait for it. A mango tree!! Perfect house and housemates. Having to leave because I go off travelling soon.
Why I am the flatmate you are looking for? I am Melissa, 22 and normally studying International Business in the Netherlands. After falling in love with the city, during my last visit, I really wanted to come back to Australia and luckily found a great internship starting in August. This is why I am looking for a place to stay now. I would say I am a really open-minded, friendly and sociable person and tidiness is important to me. I also love to meet new people and make new friends and it would be great to like cook together or just to hang out every now and then. When I am not working or studying, I love to go to the gym, listen to music and just spend a lot of time with my friends and family.
A 5 minute walk to the pituresque south Perth foreshore, this house is an ideal location to travel into the city and surrounding areas. Coles is situated a 5 minute walk away as is various cafes. The house is furnished, with the room for rent unfurnished but discussions around the room being furnished can be negotiated.
Am looking for a queen sized room (at the least, have my own bedroom furniture) with BIR that is pet friendly as I have a dog. Prefer living with people around the same age and like to have my dog inside with me when I'm home :)
Hi my name is Amy and I'm 26 years old. Im looking for a home for myself and my small dog. She is very friendly and fully trained, plus does not shed hair or bark :) Im a positive, easy going and a tidy full time worker who likes to relax over a glass of wine on the weekend!
This is an amazing opportunity to rent a stunning room in a centrally located leafy suburb for a fraction of the market price. This amazing deal is available from the 22nd of June onwards (please contact asap to arrange a viewing). The house is a character home on a multi-million dollar block located on the river side of Mill Point Road. We are 100 metres from the foreshore and enjoy all of the benefits that this location provides. The absolutely stunning South Perth foreshore and Swan River are a matter of metres down the street. Pristine lakes (with ducks and pelicans) dot the landscape as the iconic view of Perth city and Kings park emerges (see map and photos). Truly an extraordinary place to call your neighbourhood. The street itself is very quiet although there are a variety of bustling shops in view on the other side of the park including a supermarket, cafe, bottle shop (beer/wine) and restaurants. Our closest bus stop is just beyond the shops on Mill point Road (less than one minute walk from the front door) and it takes about 10 minutes to reach Perth city on bus #32. The furnished room comes with a double size bed, desk for computer, shelving, lamp, and clothes organiser. Nothing fancy but its clean and cozy. The house has a number of large common areas such as the kitchen, front and back facing patios, with huge front and back yards with lush lawns. All this free space means mingling or privacy is always possible. Ample parking includes a locked driveway/garage with space for two cars as well as expansive greens in the generous front yard. ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED IN THE WEEKLY RATE: this includes gas, electricity, water and super fast wireless internet NBN Fibre connection and your own personal account to Netflix. The room is only available to someone who intends to stay for at least 3 months but preferably longer. Full contents insurance is included in the rent which means all your belongings are fully covered in case lightning strikes and your laptop gets fried. We do not have concrete criteria for a housemate ie. persons of any culture and background are welcome to apply. This being said we we will select someone who best fits the dynamic of the house. The only qualities we seek involve good hygiene (cleaning up after yourself), keeping a clean kitchen, an honest and friendly attitude, a success oriented lifestyle and a willingness to pitch in around the house at all times (a helpful nature). So.. if you are looking for a room in a friendly house that's in a TOP area and at a great price, please get in contact! We expect a bit of interest so please type a bit about yourself and leave your mobile number. From there we can arrange a time for you to visit and if things go well, it could be yours. If you think you're a fit then drop us an email, tell us something about yourself and why you like to live here and we'll arrange a viewing
LOOKING FOR: ***MODERN PROPERTY*** ***IN/AROUND PERTH OR NEAR PUBLIC TRANSPORT*** ***AVAILABLE TO MOVE 26th AUGUST*** Hey, We are a couple from England looking for a clean and modern place to share with easy going, fun people. I am currently working part time and studying in the city. Luke is currently working full time and works all over so ideally looking for somewhere near to public transport. We are clean and tidy, sociable and enjoy a few beers at the week end and sometimes in the week. Although we are sociable we are very respectable of others privacy. We would like to live with like minded people who would enjoy a few beers or dinner with us from time to time and share some good banter. We would prefer our own bathroom however we don't mind sharing as long as the other housemates are clean. We are not looking for a party house but equally not looking for an unsociable house so something in between would be perfect. We would also like to feel comfortable to bring friends over for dinner from time to time. We would prefer to have air con especially in the main living area and a lock on the bedroom door (in larger occupied houses). Thank you :-)
Hello! I'm an 36 y/o Irish-Australian guy who has been living in Perth for 7 years now and very happy to call it my home. That being said, I'm yet to settle down and find my own place, and my current apartment is being renovated by the owner for her to move back into it. Hence, considering a flatmate! Is it you? To pay the bills, I solve problems for businesses (consulting / contracting / project work) and try to leave them in a better state than which I found them. Not always easy! Most recently, I was involved in setting up a new political party in WA, designed to put people back into decision making in Parliament - check out voteflux.org (I never stop spruiking the projects I'm passionate about). :) What makes me a good person to live with? I'm respectful, tidy, responsible and all those other attributes which would be considered standard. I can cook, play music, fix things and talk for hours about the nature of life and the universe. I know when to be quiet and to give people space. I'm comfortable with silence. I myself am an introvert by nature (in that I replenish my energy by spending time alone), but I am very social and love spending time with my friends. I'm not easily placed into a box... Just some random info about me: I've worked all over the world (Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia) building mobile phone networks Love animals and I'm convinced I have a telepathic connection with dogs - woof woof!!! Spent 6 months in India learning yoga and doing research on yoga therapy I believe the burrito to be one of the crowning achievements of human civilisation I don't take myself too seriously, (about a 6/10 on the taking-oneself-seriously scale) My vices include: Books - I can't walk into a bookshop with buying something. My library contains more books than I will ever likely have time to read in my lifetime, but in my opinion, the value of a library is in the books you're yet to read - not necessarily the ones you've read. Shiraz - Not an alcoholic :p but I do enjoy my shirazes (what's the plural of shiraz? Shirazi? Shirazamattazes?). Nothing quite like a conversation over a glass of Shiraz. If you like Merlot, I won't hold that against you! - actually I might! :p Ideally, I'd like to live with one other person in a house / apartment which is big enough for us both to have a bit of space. I work from home on occasion, so a place with ample room for a desk would be a bonus. Aiming to live within 20 mins of the CBD, so if you're in that catchment area and would like to have a conversation to assess our compatibility, let me know. All the best! Daithi P.S. This website doesn't format text properly... I'm not a rambling typer! :p
I work graphic design in the city 4.5 days a week and retail the other 2.5. Clearly I'm a busy person so I'm really just looking for a tidy, social house to chill when I'm not working. Hopefully make some friends in the process. I'm a tidy, empathetic person and would hope to have likewise house mates.
Beautiful fully furnished family home 3x2 in extremely convenient location 500m from shops, 50m from bus stops and 5 minute walk to the South Perth foreshore. Renovated in 2016 so is brand new! Location could not be better with a direct bus to Curtin across the road and super close to UWA too! (cycle there in 25mins!) Getting into the city is so easy - either catch a 7 minute bus from 50m away or walk to Mends St Jetty (10min walk) and get the ferry! Master bedroom and bedroom two are occupied. Bedroom 3 faces the river (amazing views!), includes new furniture - queen size bed with storage underneath, cupboard with full length mirror and a large study desk with office chair. There are 2 bathrooms with showers, both with separate toilet. Up to the tenants as to how they are shared. The house is in a perfect location and is beautifully maintained. There is a very low maintenance back garden with artificial lawn and a big lemon tree!! A very large balcony coming off the living room faces the river and is furnished with outdoor table and sofa and hammock. Spacious living and dining room. Kitchen has gas stove, new microwave, dishwasher and plenty of space for cooking. Laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer as well. Solar power ensures bills are kept very low. There is air conditioning and heating in all of the rooms. There is unlimited internet available also. There is a garage space for a car, another space for another car on the driveway and street parking along the street. The room is available until the end of January next year and we want the house to be looked after for us whilst we are gone as it is such a beautiful and homely place. For this reason we are looking for people who are clean, responsible, non-smokers who we can trust. :)
Hey, I'm Nick. 24, lawyer, in the CBD. Lived in co-sex share-houses for 5 years, current lease expires in a month. I'm genuine, chilled, relatively healthy and clean. Looking for similar professionals that still have fun on weekends. Interests incl. afl, running, trips down south, coffee and friday night drinks. Work long hours but value good house vibes. Ideal place is in Leedy, West Leedy, Perth or West Perth. Hit me up if you think we'd be a good fit.
Hello, I am currently looking for a room to rent within the next 4-8 weeks. A few things I am looking for are listed below: - room big enough to fit queen bed, 2 bed side tables and a chest of draws - room must be unfurnished - wifi - must be okay with friends, family and partner visiting/staying over - not a party house - easy going house mates - 12 months plus length of stay Now for a bit about me... I am a laid back, easy going and respectful woman. I don't often go out clubbing drinking ect I spend my spare time with family, friends or at the gym, beach, dinners and movies. I am looking for a long term room to rent of 12 months plus if you feel I could be the perfect fit for your rental please feel free to message me :)
It's fair to start saying that the property is massive. The ground floor counts with a big front yard (automatic gate), two covered park spots, beautiful liveroom comprehending two different areas, two bedrooms, one bathroom, large kitchen, dinning area, dance floor (Yeah, DANCE FLOOR), huge back yard with covered area, grass area, swimming pool (with cascade) and whirlpool. The first floor counts with office area, bathroom, three badrooms and one ensuite master badroom. We have in a walk distance options of buses to CBD, market, gas station, liquor store, restaurants, comercial etc. It's important to point out that the property seats at the river block, having walking access (2 min). The place is currently been shared by three people who spend great part of the week days working. Its usual to have parties and barbecues during the weekend. The new mate will be bale to chose among the three standard bedrooms that are available. We do not intend to rent the other two, being these spare bedrooms to eventually host family and friends of ours. We accept couples but the price would be adjusted accordinly.
