Great fully furnished house. A couple of students, a couple of full timers, everyone is pretty laid back. Easy access to the train, tram and busses. Everyone is fairly busy and on their own schedules. We normally catch up while meal prepping or over morning coffee and breakfast. Really clean and organised with rent, utility bills and great communication about expectations. A couple of indoor feline friends. Modern kitchen and comfy as couches with open living space and big TV. Nice low maintenance back yard with big grassed area, great for BBQ's in the summer. On a typical suburban street.
