PLEASE NOTE - my current lease doesn’t end until the end of JULY. I cannot move until then. Hey :) I'm Bee. I'm a 28 year old professional, originally from England. I'm respectful, tidy, timely with my bills and really enjoy meeting new people. I work Monday-Friday 9-5 in the city and enjoy spending my evenings at the gym, socialising with friends, or relaxing reading a good book/watching Netflix. I'm pretty new to Adelaide so i like to spend my weekends out and about exploring. Just looking for a tidy place, not too far from the tram route- with respectable house mates who I can get along with. I would prefer to live with other ladies who are around my age.. and if near the top end of my budget - an en-suite room. Not much else to it than that!
Respectfull down to earth guy, i work full time as a production supervisor, I'm into my fitness but im not a gym junkie. I always pay my bills on time, clean and tidy but not a neat freak. Pretty outdoorsy kinda guy. Feel free to message me with any questions :)
Large room 4.9m x 4m. Newly painted, has recently added blockout curtains (not in photos), small book shelf, floor rug and decent size wardrobe in it (not in photos). Large window with lots of natural light, tv aerial port, internet/wifi, air con and there is a gas heater in the lounge room. 3 bedroom house with new open plan living space, would prefer a professional full time worker but could change my mind for the right person. Looking for someone who is social but not a party animal, non smoker, someone friendly, clean and tidy especially in communal spaces and easy going. Age range 25-37, no couples. House has all the essentials, dishwasher, washing machine, separate toilet, shower and bath, living room, courtyard with outdoor table set and bbq. Large fenced backyard. Train station and buses close by, small IGA and large foodland within walking distance. Only 5km from Glenelg and 8km to town. A bit about me, I am 34, female, in the creative industry, love music, movies, a good wine with a cheese platter, brunch at the beach, friends over for dinner. I am social-able and tidy. $180 a week plus bills - electricity, gas, water, internet. A bonus to this house - it has solar panels so usually only two electriciy bills a year. No pets.
About the house: The house is bout half way between the CBD Universities and Flinders Uni. Perfect for students at either. Close to both bus and train transportation. The living area is open plan and opens onto a large decking area. Off street parking is also available. Your room has a built in wardrobe and is suitable for a double bed. It comes with an Ikea desk if you wish, we’re also willing to purchase a bed for the room if you don’t have one already. You will also have your own bathroom :) We also have a small dog, Marley. He’s full of energy and isn’t shy with his kisses! An additional fur-child would be welcome.
I currently work for Great Southern Rail on the trains. It's a part time job but I'm away for anywhere from 3 days to 1 week at a time. Outside of work I like to spend my time cooking, hanging out, cycling, hiking and skiing (when the weather permits). I have been living in share accomodation for a year and half now. I am very considerate of others and tidy but as an extrovert I also like a good chat. I also like to keep the house nice and tidy but relaxed about it also haha. The reason I am looking to move from my current area is that I am pursuing a career as a Police Officer. As much as I would love to stay where I am currently, I need to move closer to the training grounds.
Hello there, I am looking for a clean and peaceful place that I can call home. As I am a shift worker I would prefer someone who is considerate of my sleeping patterns. In my free time I like binge watching tv shows and cooking for the week. I like to chat and hang out at home over an ice-cream or a milkshake (yeah, that's right, F****ing weird!). Should you want to know anything else please ask. Feel free to message.
Brand new, two-storey townhouse located in Plympton Park. I am offering a large, comfortable bedroom on the second storey with sliding mirror robes. Room is unfurnished. You will also have access to the following: - wifi - outdoor alfresco area - living area - garage - TV, couch and Netflix - kitchen area - cooking area, fridge, dishwasher and sink. I'm a neat a tidy person who will keep to myself mostly, unless you want a new friend, because I'm also up for that. I work a lot, so I'm not at home much, other than nights. I also love to cook and I find cleaning therapeutic sometimes too. I'm from Adelaide, born and bred and think it's the best city to live in. For fun, I like to get creative, go out and also just stay in for a good movie.
I am studying full time and work part time. I’m tidy and easy going. I like to spend my free time with friends and family (:

Hey there! I'm originally from the Riverland, however I moved to Adelaide to complete my BPsych. (Hon), and then my MSexology. I'm currently working full-time in retail, and am looking at studying further next year. I am fairly quiet, and you'll find me baking up a dessert storm, crocheting a bunch of blankets, and watching Netflix if I'm not working or out meeting friends. I have two gorgeous 6yo cats who stay indoors (they're microchipped and desexed) who would sleep all day if they didn't have to eat.
I am a very relaxed person to live with, who always makes sure my home is tidy and comfortable for everyone. I like to socialise but also keep to myself and have my space. So either way I’m very easy to live with.
