Hello potential future housemates! After graduating uni last year, I went on an overseas adventure for a few months. I recently returned and currently work a couple of casual jobs as an occupational therapist, which is fabulous. I like to live a balanced lifestyle, enjoying a bit of work, exploring hikes, going out for a dance, doing yoga, relaxing at the beach or at home with good company. I appreciate being able to hang out and have a chin wag with housemates but also appreciate quiet, chill time. Hoping to find a home with like-minded people and preferably close to the train or tram line. Feel free to send a message if you think I would fit what you're looking for. Cheers!
I'm studying marine biology at Flinders university (I'm in my 3rd year) and I work as a kitchen hand in a pub. I love cooking (I'm vegan but I live with non-vegans which I'm perfectly fine with), gardening and I am a fire performer/artist. I'm easy to get along with, social but quiet when necessary, I also enjoy a couple of drinks with housemates and friends from time to time. I own a bearded dragon who is docile which can stay in my room if necessary. I'm looking for a place to move into asap until early next year (around March).
I am a 27 years old Osteopath. Recently moved to Adelaide I am looking for a long-term place to stay. As a little description of myself I can say I am very respectful of flatmates, of their spaces and common areas. I am quite busy with work so will stay in the house little time. I don't smoke and I am very clean! If this little description suits your requirements and you think I could be a good candidate please don't hesitate to ask more questions.
I am from indonesia, come to Adelaide for study. I'll be taking my wife and 2 sons. I will be studying in CMUA for a year starting from august 2017. This is our first time experience in living overseas. It's a mixed feeling between excited, curious, as well as afraid. I would love to learn everything about Australia and its culture, especially the food. we would also love to share wonderful things about Indonesia. and.. My wife is very good at cooking Indonesian food. Wanna try? anyone? By the way, My sons are still considered babies, so please expect a bit noise from the crying or the yelling. Also my wife wears hijab, so a whole properties rent with an appropriate privacy would be preferable. Thank you...

Have just moved here this week & looking for share accom as I have just been offered and accepted a full time job in the CBD. Well travelled and a fair bit of life experience enjoyed, I am an easy going person who enjoys a mix of people and experiences that life presents along the way. I enjoy my own company as well as having a good conversation about life, the world and beyond.
Hi There! I'm looking for a housemate (preferably long term) to team up and share a property. I would like to find a place in the Daw Park/Melrose Park area or neighbouring suburbs (I have a long list of suburbs; south, south west and south east of the city I'd be willing to live in), modern-ish, with 2 bathrooms, air con, low maintenance, preferably a dishwasher, preferably 2 living areas (or a spare bedroom). A house, or a town house, somewhere with at least a little space and privacy. Pet friendly because I have a cat. I would like to find somewhere asap, but am flexible with my time frame. I'm thinking somewhere around $400 to $530 ish (total). I've seen some nice places that fit all this coming up around ascot park, edwardstown, millswood, plympton type suburbs recently. I am late 30s. Pretty laid back. Quiet, honest, fair, nice, friendly, think i'm pretty funny, sociable but don't go out much anymore, don't like confrontation, don't like bossy people, don't like self-centred people. I work full time and I work hard so I can be quite lazy in my free time. I'm close to my family. I like things pretty clean and tidy and would like someone who will be on my same wave length and help me clean the place when we've decided it needs cleaning (or maybe we could splash out on a cleaner!). I don't expect you to be cheery all the time..... I'm not. I like going out for brunch and meals in general. I'm good at basic cooking. I like the outdoors. I like movies. I don't like excerise but I wish I did. I like road trips. I like music festivals (but the grown up kind). I don't garden, but I do like gardens, especially herbs. I love food and coffee. Looove music but not all genres. Sooo, I've been living by myself for the last however many years and so have all the required furniture, but you might too, so a place with a garage would be good so we can store the extra things we have. This, and my love of tv is why I'd like a place with a second living area or spare bedroom so we could both have our own space to do what we want without being stuck in our bedrooms. Although if you'd like to join me in whatever i'm watching/doing, that would be nice. I would prefer a female, just because I can be pretty shy around strangers. I take a little while to warm up. If you're young, don't be put off by my age.....I'm not 'old'. *not a smoker *Vego and vegan fine so long as you respect my love of meat. *need to be reliable about money. i.e. splitting and paying bills. Cheers Margot :)
Looking for a housemate to come join our friendly abode. Spare bedroom for rent, in Morphettville area. Close to public transport, centered between Marion, the city and the beach. Reasonably big back yard with great outdoor entertaining area perfect for BBQs and drinks. You'll be living with two others that work Monday - Friday. We are in our early to late twenties and looking for someone of a similar age in their 20s. If you're easy going, doesn't mind mates coming and going, enjoy an active lifestyle and having a drink or two and interested in the room let us know! :)
We want to adapt our garage for renting as a espacios single room. This is a lovely house located in Park Holme. The room already has a bed, blankets, a sofa and a side table. We can offer a heater and a fan as well. There are buses to the city and to Marion 6 minutes walking from here. There's a Coles close as well. The price doesn't include bills. Water is included. We share the bills. We are 3 persons living in the house. Just messages please
Awesome abode! Looking for housemates in Edwardstown. Massive living space. Lots of storage available. Big lounge. Kitchen dining room. 3 bedroom place with an extra room that can be used as an office or for visitors to stay. Easy maintenance floor boards throughout. Huge garden(maintained by me) BBQ. Bathroom with shower and bath. Super fast NBN internet. I'm a 40 yr old Male working full time. Not a party animal anymore so looking for likeminded people. I would consider a well behaved dog but sorry no cats as I am alergic. I Enjoy cooking and eating good food. Love to watch movies but also happy reading in peace and quiet. There is not much furniture in the house at the moment so you will definitely require a bed. I will be looking at getting someone in after the 18th July when my current flatmates move out.

The room is currently furnished (bed, cupboard, study table & chair). 5 minute drive to Glenelg and 15mins to city by car depending on traffic conditions. Feel free to call me to arrange an inspection or to discuss. washing machine fridge ample on site and off street parking non couples
I'm friendly, able to get along with everybody - I like to socialise with housemates but also like my downtime just as much. I'm clean, respectful and considerate of others. I'm pretty adaptable, so if the house is quiet I am happy to live like that but if there's something going on I'm happy to get involved. I have a small inside Maltese shih-Tzu, Pippa - she is very quiet; doesn't bark (postman excluded) but very playful and loves a cuddle.
Looking at making the big move from the country to the city for uni. I am laid back and clean. Studying dietetics at Flinders Uni. Get on well with others and quite studious. I love my own space but also love to socialise and hang with people. I love animals and love to stay active.
