Available now, we have one ensuite room for rent on a beautiful air conditioned property located in quiet leafy area at Long Street, South Toowoomba. The room will be rented for $185 per week. Rent includes your own walk in wardrobe, own bathroom, general water usage, lawn mowing and external garden maintenance, and unlimited NBN internet. Electricity and excess water charges will be shared amongst tenants on a pro-rata basis. Stay comfortably in Toowoomba with a large bedroom containing inbuilt wardrobe, and a queen bed upon request. Rooms all contain door lock for your security. The house is fully furnished with 2 fridge, stove, oven, dining table, 2 lounge set. There is a huge wide backyard and plenty of space both in and out. There is also an avocado tree at the back so feel free to have some when it is ripe :) Current tenants include 3 males working full time living harmoniously together. Approved applicant is to pay bond money of four weeks plus two weeks rent in advance. Rent must be paid in advance at all times. Bond will be lodge through RTA. Tenancy period is a minimum 2 months with longer periods of 6-12months preferred. Anything under 3 months will incur additional costs. This house is on a great quiet little street. There is a small backyard and patio so I would consider an outside dog. There is 1 lockup garage space available plus a place next to the garage to park another car so it's off the street. I have unlimited internet and fetch tv, plus Netflix and Stan. Charges for the internet and water bill is included in price but would just need to split the power bill
This is a family home with great entertainment area, pool, outdoor spa, relaxing yard and deck. We do run a catering business from home so pretty busy household especially early mornings so may not suit shiftworkers as this is a single room which is next to kitchen. 2 separate lounges and we have a very naughty outside puppy but very adorable at the same time.
The share house has other friendly flatmates, it is located close to Clifford Gardens shopping centre, so is an easy walk. The location is fairly central in Toowoomba with good access to the CBD. All rooms good size and are lockable. Utilities including internet are usually less than $20 a week. Very large brick home overlooking the park. Quiet street but close to shopping centers and a nice easy drive to USQ or city center. NBN is set up feel free to chip in if you like, otherwise I don't mind if you use it, I also have netflix. There are two rooms you could use if you would like with your own bathroom/toilet. As i said it is a large brick home so you wont feel like you're ever in each others pockets, so plenty of room to relax and unwind each day by yourself if you so choose.
