Our house has been renovated inside. We have a big backyard and under cover parking. The house is also very close to willows gym. I live in Brisbane during the week and my room mate is away a lot for work so yoou get the house to your self a lot
The property is only small, but it's nice and cozy. We are up a long driveway sandwiched between 2 other units, which makes it feel very safe. There is a garage, but it's not really big enough to park in and small outdoor area that I garden in, and we often use for BBQs and gatherings. The kitchen and lounge space is all one big room, and down a hallway is the 2 bedrooms, separated by the bathroom and a seperate toilet. And thats it. Easy, simple, not much to clean. There is a washing machine in the garage, but no drier, just the good old fashioned clothes line, we have a fridge, reverse cycle aircon, oven, electric stove, microwave, TV and a dishwasher. There is a few gyms pretty close if you're a gymmer, and we are about a $9 taxi from the centre of town. Right near parks too. The current occupant of the room will be taking most of the room furnishings when she goes, but would probably sell you the bed if you asked real nice. She's moving as she's bought a cafe, but sadly in another town.
Moving to Toowoomba from central NSW with my current company, working full-time in agriculture. Looking for a room while I adjust to the area and hopefully will enjoy it enough to stay. Enjoy a chat and don't mind a beer. Going to play some sports and meet people and will likely be out of town on the weekends.

Hey there, I’m Shivanya! I’m moving to Toowoomba next year to start a full time job at Toowoomba Hospital. I am looking for a place to stay for around 6 months (but may extend longer if my contract is renewed). I will most likely be working 5-6 days a week and probably won’t be home a lot. However in my spare time, I like to gym, watch Netflix, read, bake (willing to be household appointed baker), and play social sports.
