I work full time in investment and study online outside work. I have lived in Southbank for three years in house shares so fully house trained haha. I'm looking for a place where people enjoy a red wine and a chat after work together on occasion and can have a laugh together outside their busy schedules. :)
Hello, I am Berkay from Istanbul, Turkey. I am an exchange student, I will be studying at RMIT. I like my privacy and respect others'. I am easy going, can make friends with most people. I would prefer a clean house. Looking for a room close to the city and furnished. I am a snowboarder and a music lover. I like beer and watching TV series. I into nightlife.
Outgoing, bubbly, friendly and very ready to start a new chapter in my life. I am 20 years old and moving to Melbourne just for the heck of it!! I love to maintain an active social life and am an aspiring writer and diving instructor, but for now I will be working part time in the city (in retail) and am hoping to spend the majority of my downtown exploring Melbourne and all that it has to offer!! I work hard to make a house a home, I tidy where I live every day and properly clean every fortnight. I like to meal prep for the week (vegetarian/vegan) however I also love cooking for an audience so will always volunteer to set up dinner if I'm available. I am always up for a cheeky glass of wine and good quality convo with fantastic people. I don't have a car but I walk every where anyway for exercise and will depend on public transport to get to work, so being near a tram/train stop is vital. I love spending my quiet time at home either watching movies, reading or writing or painting. I'm keen to make a new life, new friends, and a housemate would be a great start 😊
**Flying to Melbourne 30th June. Please don't message me unless your place is going to be available for me to move in from the weekend 1st/2nd July. Looking for minimum 6 months rental term with option to extend, willing to be flexible on length of lease** I'm an Aussie girl from Perth relocating to Melbourne. Interested in a private preferably furnished room with Double/Queen bed; built in wardrobe, prefer to have own bathroom/ensuite, somewhere neat & tidy, close to the city with easy access to public transport. I'll be working full time Mon - Fri in the CBD. I'm friendly, reliable, sociable & currently work in the travel industry, so yeah I can hook you up with a great deal for your holidays ;) Want to know more please get in touch!
I'm a Visual/Fine Arts student transferring to a Melbourne university from the University of Western Australia, planning to start studying Semester 2, 2017. I love Melbourne's focus on art and believe it will be beneficial for me in the future. I am Singaporean-born but have lived most of my life in Australia. I love animals of all types, and drawing them, as well as being sociable and spending time with friends, whether it be video-gaming (can provide a PS4, PS3, Nintendo Switch), going out, or even just sharing a meal. I'm a big pop-culture fan and do enjoy a good film occasionally. ;) I am a responsible, outgoing, tidy and clean person and am incredibly excited to begin a life in Melbourne!!
I'm a 20 years old international student just arrived in Melbourne from China. I'm staying in a YHA ATM and am keen to find a single room, preferably furnished about 10km from the city as I would like to commute to the CBD by bicycle. As a housemate, I do not smoke, drink or party excessively. I am looking for a quiet home where I can contribute my skills, for example fixing small problems when things not working. My Australian friend says I have a good sense of humour. In my spare time I like to exercise, read and watch movies, particularly sci-fi (I have over a thousand blockbusters and popular movies in my collection).
I am clean and tidy, the most important trait that you want in a flatmate. I have a full time job and am therefore responsible, however I am also sociable and enjoy having a laugh and some banter with others. I have a passion for sport, so if you like catching a good footie match on a weekend, we'll be a great match. In short, if you're looking for a flatmate who's fun, yet has a good standard of living, then I'm your guy.
My name is Jayson. I am working full time in CBD. Easy going, clean. Looking for a room with not just housemate but friends who love to hangout on the weekends - coffee, brunch etc. Social but respect privacy.
I am a young at heart stockbroker in my 40s who wants to move to Melbourne from Perth and it is likely I will be in Melbourne on average 2 weeks per month. It is my strong desire that I would live with someone who I would become good friends with and hopefully socialise with. My girlfriend lives in Melbourne but stays with her sister's family as it is much closer to her work, but it is probable she would spend time with me occasionally, mainly on weekends. She is a fabulous cook (unlike me) and extremely personable. Similarly I am very personable and non-confrontational, and am financially stable and generous so wouldn't wish to live with someone that counts every penny.

You can also enjoy fresh air as ventilation has been always my priority thing to do. The atmosphere between flatmates is also good and harmonious. There are many nations as you can see below but everyone knows each other and talk to each other as I set all people to gather at dining area naturally. It is a good place to chill and experience multiculture. 2 individual keys will be given and I'm always welcoming for inspection. Thank you for reading.

Our Penthouse Apartment has arguably the best view of our city. Our resort style facilities allows us to escape and enjoy a professional gym In the confort of our own privacy. We are 5minute walk from the free tram line and 10minutes drive from anywhere else we need to be. We have unlimited highest speed commercially available internet 200/200 BBQ areas and close to parks and of course, the water. We are all working a lot during the week so the house is very quiet and we are all very sociable. All the bedrooms are very seperate so we all have our own space and sometimes you forget you're not the only person home. There is really no need to own a car and it's relerively economical living in this location, the south melb market is only a 3min drive away and it's very quiet and given our close proximity is surprisingly secluded from traffic. It took us yrs to get this luxury property and we would love to share it with the right person, we know you will love it as much as we do.
Hi there lovely people! TL;DR: I'm reliable, responsible, and looking for a place to call home. Clarence here. *waves* I’m currently a second year degree student studying communication design (graphic design, really) at RMIT. I work part time in the city at a photography equipment hire company so...guess that means I'm good on rent? (: A 29yo, responsible, easy-going, sociable person who has a good sense of humour; likes the random joke; cooks every now and then (not a great cook but I try, also I’m a student, so it's cheaper, right?); watch way too much TV shows than I should (Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, Brooklyn Nine-nine, etc.); enjoys the occasional drink (I’m a light drinker/asian flush); not big on parties (you can host your own if you want, I don't mind); loves to cycle (cheaper than getting fines from tram hopping); would love a chat at the end of the day yet am respectful of your personal space and a problem solver (not that you would have any, but that's a good to know); loves coffee (and a secret tea drinker). A nice person to hang around with (or at least no one has told me otherwise). For the rest of my time, I like to keep myself active by going for bicycle rides, runs and cafe hopping (not necessary in that order). I love photography and all things creative. My main mode of transport is by bicycle which takes me to most places. Oh, and I am tidy, non-smoker, and dislike leaving mess about the house and am very respectful of your personal space and belongings. A clean as I go kind of person. So don't you worry. Currently out of town and will be back in the first week of Feb. Feel free to chat/text me If I fit the profile you're looking for. Hear from you soon! :D
I am clean, neat and hygienic, easy to get along with, respectful of privacy and personal space. Looking for a quiet sanctuary to come home to, I party outside of the home, not in. Thanks! :)
Hi! I'm an international student from Indonesia and looking for a furnished room and preferably for long-term rent. I consider myself to be a sociable, very adaptable person and clean housemate. I enjoy nights in at home reading books or watching movies and playing badminton in my spare time. However, I also love having casual chats over a dinner with my housemate(s).
Hi, I'm a full time hairdresser/barber originally from Brisbane, now working in Port Melbourne. I'm friendly, easy going, tidy, shy, respectful of others privacy, love to have fun, try new things, go on adventures and explore Melbourne. I like to cook and bake treats, I'm also getting back into healthy clean eating. In my free time I like to relax, read, watch movies, play games and go to the gym. Hope to make lots of new friends :) Thank you! xx
