P.S. We do need a parking spot

Hi guys! This is a four week SUBLET. Gorgeous apartment with two lovely girls, both in their mid twenties. The room is furnished, and available until the 21st July. It has a lovely city view and secure car park, as well as being in a great location in Southbank!! Trains and trams nearby! I will post some pictures when I get home tonight, would love to hear from you in the mean time! Thanks, Samantha
We are both keen runners and love to travel. Jon is a web developer and Graham is a paramedic. We moved from the UK to Melbourne around 9 months ago.
I'm a tidy person, laid back, enjoy to cook. I like to be living in a homely sort of place where the flatmates all know each other, maybe have the occasional get together. I'm from Queenstown, New Zealand and love to get out and about to go for excursions.
Hello this is Sky! Me and Jojo,we are two girls looking for a room close to tram or train station. We are lovely girls, with good reference, tidy, happy and relaxed. Respect each other as we share everyday together!
full time Postgraduate student..working part time. Health professional. Quite, clean and very friendly. Looking for private room. somewhere close to public transport and within 20min of melbourne uni. Ideally looking for an apartment or modern townhouse with 1 other max 2 flatmates.
Hello! My name is Tash, I'm 25 and I work for Victoria Police. Currently living with the housemate from hell and would like to move on ASAP. I value my sleep and having a happy quiet place to come home to every night. Super clean and domesticated and major animal lover if you have any. I am very organised, motivated and career focused. I am an extremely courteous and considerate person and having trouble finding the same attributes in a housemate unfortunately. If you don't: -Go on 4 day benders -Bring drugs home -Bring home a new tinder friend every night -Eat all of my groceries out of the fridge -Smoke inside Then please send me a message!! :) Have no issues with drinks and friends over on a Friday, Saturday of course! (I'm not a total nana!). My preference would be South Melbourne, Southbank, South Yarra, Prahran etc general area, but definitely open to other areas if the right person/people came up. I won't be rushing into another situation like I'm in at the moment so happy to wait for the right person to come along. I don't have a bed so that would be a plus, although can buy one. I own a dresser and bed side table. Open to men or women, my age or older. I don't have a car so car space is not a requirement. Please get in contact with me if you think I could be a good fit. Thanks :)
Building is located just outside the CBD in the arts precinct just a 15 min walk to Flinders station. The flat has two storeys, one master room upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. Facilities available: swimming pool, spa and small gym. The room available is spacious, it has built-in closets and a great view of the city. The only furniture in the room is a queen-sized bed and mattress. You are more than welcome to bring your own and add to your room. The bathroom will be shared with one more flatmate.
I am 26 year old female electrical engineer moving to Melbourne between 2nd- 3rd week of July for full time work. I will be working in the city CBD, so looking for furnished places around the city area. I am quite clean, pay my bills on time and respects others privacy.
I am a grad student at Melb Uni, and my partner is a grad student at Monash. We are looking for a place for our 2 years in Melbourne (may extend more).
Hi! I'll shortly have a bedroom free in this largish double story three bedroom two bathroom apartment which is right in the heart of the Arts Precinct and just a stone's throw from the Melbourne CBD. The place is in a low-rise complex and has great northerly views over the city from the living area and balcony. It looks out over a large communal courtyard with a tennis court, gym, outdoor pool and spa. The South Melbourne shops and market are also just a short stroll away and the number 1 tram passes by the front door. The room comfortably fits a queen size bed and has a built in wardrobe (and window!). The rest of the apartment is fully furnished (save for a new couch, which is on the way) and there's a spare queen size bed and mattress on offer if you don't have your own bed. The bedroom is on the first floor and shares a bathroom with the main living area (the other bedroom is upstairs). The apartment is rather large so even when there are a few people around you can still get away and feel like you've got your own space. The parking situation is not too bad for the location - there's one on-street permit available but you can always lease a free space in the building or somewhere nearby relatively cheaply.
