Hi All, My name is Daniel, I am 21 years old. I will be studying at SCU for my Bachelors Degree in IT. I'm looking for a place to call home. I am a happy-go-lucky, glass-half-full type person. Clean, neat and independent. A lover of food, films, travel and having fun. Hoping to live with similar-aged people who enjoy dinner, wine, movies, chatting, travelling and all those good things. Although I am very sociable but I totally respect privacy and personal spaces. I also have a part time job, so will be pretty busy with that and studying however, I'm always up for hanging out. Give me a message if you think you'd like to live with me or want to chat! Very excited to meet some new people and experience all Melbourne has to offer! Thank You
Hi! My name is Yoseph. I'm indonesian and I'm 25 years old. At the moment, I'm studying Master of Biotechnology in Melbourne University. I'm cheerful, easy-going, and mature =) I enjoy playing badminton, table tennis, and volleyball. I love sushi =)
Fully Furnished Apt in Great location Hi, I'm looking for a flatmate to share my fully furnished apartment in Southbank with 1 other. - Cost covers all amenities including room rent, electricity, water/gas, fast and unlimited broadband, access to pool, gym, golf net and bbq area. - Apartment is very spacious and kept tidy - Single bed room with double bed and shared bathroom with only one other person(bathroom is at right next the room) - Very large mirrored built in robe - All furniture available and appliances are available (refer to the photos) - balcony - The location is great. The apartment is located in a secured complex on a quiet street near botanical gardens. It is close to everything: Flinders Station is a 10 min walk away, IGA(Supermarket) across the street, St kilda road trams a 2 min walk away.
Clean, tidy, fun loving, working professional who loves food and coffee. I have lived with roommates previously for 3 years in port Melbourne and have made life long friends out of it. Pays bills on time and want to team up with like minded people. ☺️
I'm pretty tidy! I'm quiet and nice. Very friendly and fun... I'm very open and diverse and get along with others very well. I'm hilarious! I'm very respectful of others space! I am very new to Melbourne (coming from the States) but I am open to most areas...as long as there is close access to a tram/train/easy transport. I'd prefer a place with access to wifi. Willing to get this on my own (for everyone to use) if not available. Prefer furnished because it's easier. Message me please! I'm available now!
The apartment is on the 26th floor with great views over Richmond, the Botanical Gardens and South Melbourne. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular and the balcony is big enough to sit there and take it all in (also has a brand new BBQ). There is a 40inch tv, a dining table for 6 people, a great kitchen area and good sofa space. There is a pool and a gym on the 7th floor that is available from 6am - 10pm and a 24hour concierge service. Security throughout the building is great and the lifts are quick. There is a parking space in the garage in the building on the 4th floor. Crown is a 5 min walk and Flinders Street Station is 10 mins fast walk away.
I'm usually in front of my laptop either watching videos or reading something. If I could find a library nearby, I might read from an actual book. If I could manage, I might go to a yoga studio. I love music and food and wine and keeping things clean. This is going to be my first time in Melbourne so I'm also on the look out for new friends. I would love to hang every now and then but I can also keep to myself.

The bedroom is really good size which has a queen bed in it and fits beautifully but a king could go in there and you get your own bathroom.. The apartment is furnished but you need to bring your own bed. You can smoke on the balcony but not inside. The complex has a BBQ area, pool, gym for residents to use. Pictures below are of the view of the balcony and all other areas. Must be willing to pay bond which is 6 weeks & 1 weeks rent up front and sign a 1 year lease with real estate..
