Looking for a place to call home for myself and my best buddy, Ash 🐈‍⬛. Our budget is $350 for rent and utilities included and require a good sized room due to my bedroom furniture and vanity. I work part time in Community Services and I also work most Friday/Saturday evenings at a second job. Undercover parking would be great but am flexible. My only non negotiables are someone who is an animal lover, trustworthy and respectful. He is my world and is honestly an Angel and has helped me through a lot, he is house trained, desexed/vaxed and just a bit shy with new people but when he comes around he is so loving and loves attention ❤️he has never been an issue at a rental but prefers to be the only animal. Small dogs have been ok in the past. Needing a place by start August latest- just need to provide my current place notice.
