Hi All, I’m very busy professional looking to rent a room, which has access to own bathroom. A parking space is also required. Prepared to pay 450 per week (inclusive of bills). I’m clean/tidy, respectful, honest/trustworthy, and reliable. In my spare time I like to keep fit and healthy. Generally out trekking on weekends, rock climbing or exploring this gorgeous city. As I’ve recently relocated from Perth.
Hi housemates! I'm from Barcelona and I am a geologist, currently employed as a postdoc (full-time researcher) at Macquarie Univeristy. I'm very open-minded, friendly and I like meeting people from other cultures. I'm active, I like doing outdoor activities over the weekend (diving, climbing, caving, hiking) and travelling, but during the week I'm pretty relaxed and I enjoy spending the evenings chatting with my housemates, reading, watching movies or playing board games. I have been living in Sydney for more than 3.5 years now, always sharing a house, so I'm very used to it and you'll have no complain about me, since I'm a very clean and easy-going girl. My landlady and housemates will confirm both! To be honest, I'm extremely sad to leave my current place and my friends who have become my Australian family for the last 3 years. Unfortunately my landlady is renovating half of the house and I have no option but to find somewhere else to stay. I'm looking for a room in a clean and tidy house to stay for a full year (or teamup for a new place), with nice and sociable housemates (not really crazy parties in the house though, I have to be able to rest during the week!). Obviously no need to say that I'll definitely respect your privacy (and I hope that you will as well), because I think it's essential. I would like to live with people who are happy to do activities together and share some meals from time to time. In other words, I'm not interested in a place where my housemates spend almost all the evening in their rooms... I would like to have a place that I truly feel like HOME. I'm looking forward to meeting you!
I’m a 21 year-old full-time retail worker who’s been paying rent and living in Sydney for over a year now. I’m an active guy and I love the outdoors, so between work and recreation I tend not to be around much. When I do have time, I cook most of my meals and like to think I’m pretty good at it, so there’s a chance you might score a free dinner every now and then :) A big part of my job is cleaning and I like to treat my home like I would my work, so I’m looking for housemates that know how to clean up after themselves and take care of the space they live in. I’ve just come out of a 6 month lease where I wasn’t made to feel very comfortable, and now that I’ve gotten settled in Sydney, my main goal is to find good people, that I not only can live with, but enjoy talking to and being around :) Please feel free to message me if you’re interested, I’m happy to answer any questions you might have!
**Not looking for share accommodation unless it is a large private room / area with own bathroom / en-suite. Thank you. I am a marketing professional who has just moved back from London to Sydney. I love Sydney’s parks and beaches and miss them dearly – hence, I am looking for a small home for a 6-9 month period that is open plan and over the north side - all the other suburbs listed are of interest. A modern granny flat or studio would be ideal as I am looking for a private space with lots of light. I am tidy, quiet and am often running or at pilates mid-week after work and like to get out and about on the weekends. Thanks!
Hey everyone, my name's Michelle! I'm searching for a private room in an APARTMENT BUILDING to sublet. I'd prefer to find somewhere close to the CBD and would ideally like to live with others similar in age. The room should be furnished, MODERN, clean, and have access to wi-fi. A bit about me - I'm originally from Melbourne. I just started full-time work in Sydney and will be studying on a part-time basis. I've also lived in flatshare before so know how to respect the space and privacy of others, and I like to keep things clean and tidy. Please let me know if you have a suitable place! :-) N.B. I am planning to travel at the end of January and in February for a couple of weeks so I am primarily searching for a SHORT-TERM place to live between the 2/2/18 to 16/2/18 (2 weeks). I will be looking for long-term accommodation from the 28/2/18 onwards once I'm back.

I live in Chatswood at the moment however, the contract, which I am the only one whose name on it, will finish on 15th February! I need to stay in Chatswood at least more 3 months because of my studying then who knows!! I'll be in Sydney for long time. I'm very easy-going person. I like parties and like to have drinks. Also, I'm very respectful that if people have work to do. I'm very clean and tidy person. I go to uni and work almost everyday so I don't stay at home that much! My name is Andrea. I'm 29 years old from Manila, Philippines, and I just arrived in Sydney to start a new full-time job in The Rocks area (I'm a finance professional). As this will be my first time living in a new country, I'm looking for a welcoming place (fully-furnished room) with good location (near a train station) and easy-going flatmates with diverse backgrounds. I would prefer an initial minimum stay of 3 months, but will hopefully extend if it's the right fit. I'm pretty easy going myself, loves to travel (when I get the time), enjoys bonding over good food and drinks. I value privacy but I prefer if my flatmates can be my friends as well and won't act like complete strangers. Growing up in a family-oriented environment, it will also be nice if the flatmates won't mind a very occasional (read: once or twice a year) visit from a friend or a family member.
Hi my name is Mira, I am 23 years old and am a kiwi Korean (born in Korea but raised in New Zealand!) I am interested in flatting or teaming up to start a new rent! I am working full time in the IT sector as a business analyst and is really friendly, respectful and tidy (super bubbly personality) and I s looking for a place to call home! I love travelling music, watching movies / dramas and food, super chill and gets along with everyone. I'm looking to stay long term and would love to be in a place with like minded people. I don't drink or smoke but I love social activities and have an outgoing personality. Tell me a little about yourself and lets go from there! 🙂
I am independent, friendly and responsible. I like to live in a clean environment and always clean up after myself. I am a post graduate student who enjoys the occasional chat but can understand giving others their space at the same time. Juggling full time study with work, I’m hardly home and if I am home, I will be busy studying. If you’re looking for a social, quiet housemate, contact me!
Passionate trail-runner. Keen interest in good nutrition, with a love for cooking. Appreciator of good coffee, and excited by DIY projects such as coffee roasting and beer brewing. Weekends I enjoy getting outdoors, catching up with friends, and satisfying my inner foodie - either through cooking new recipes, or trying new places! Helps to have people happy to help me eat what I cook! Clean, tidy, considerate.
I'm quiet and to myself, very accommodating and easy to get along with. Clean, reliable, friendly. I'm studying at Macquarie University, and work for the campus magazine so I'll be at uni or work most days. If I'm not busy, I'm a homebody, so will be curled up in bed with a cup of tea and a book. I'm vegetarian and cook a lot, always happy to cook for others.
Hey! I'm originally Russian, moved to Sydney a year ago (and I love it!!) and need to find a new place to stay. I work full time in an international organization. I don't smoke, I don't have pets and I don't have furniture either so a furnished place would be ideal. My work is located around Macquarie Park, so I'm looking for something not too far from there, but I'll be happy to consider other suburbs if we get along and the place is worth it :) I would like to live with people who have respect for each others privacy, maintain a clean place and occasionally enjoy spending time together - movies, gym, weekend trips or hikes, glass of wine/beer, cooking dinner for friends or going out for brunches and beach days are my personal favorites. Can't wait to meet you, my new flatmate!
I’m a full time working professional and a part time foodie looking to rent a room in a shared property (preferably with females). One of my best qualities include being naturally clean and tidy (runs in the family). On week nights I typically unwind and relax with a home cooked meal and soothing music
Hi, I am a qualified nutritionist looking to move with work to Sydney at the start of February. I have my own house in Canberra with my dog; Addy but am looking to make a change. I would like to find somewhere north Sydney or close to the beach with some grass for my dog to sleep on during the day! I hope to be in Sydney long term but don’t want to commit to a suburb for more than 4 months before I make the move. As I have my own house in Canberra, I will be spending some weekends out of Sydney and of course, where I go, my dog will go!
Hi, I'm italian, very easy going, clean and tidy. I'm pretty relaxed, I enjoy watch TV, have a glass of wine with my flatmates. I like to cook and bake. I work for a medical company in Macquarie Park and I'm living in Parramatta at the moment but I would prefer to move closer.
I'm working full-time in a civil engineering company, finishing around 5 - 6pm. About me, I'm French, 25 and I like to travel (main reason I'm in Australia), my company appreciated my work and wants to keep me. I also like to watch movies, read when I'm not out sightseeing or free diving. I'm interested in computers, wine and good food. I love skiing even if I am not the best country for it and there actually is a shitload of snow in France right now. I like socializing over a good bottle of wine. I also like swimming and rock climbing,
I am clean, easy to get along and live with. Enjoys a bit of bevs and banter during the down time. Most importantly respects privacy. I hope to start the lease around mid Feb, but can be flexible with time. I am moving from Melbourne to Sydney for a job in finance. I will be rather busy Monday to Friday, but during my down time, I enjoy badminton, cycling, hiking or just get down to the beach.
