Hi, I am a middle age woman ( yes I am LOL) looking forward to rent an unfurnished or semi furnished property within or under my budged incl bills. (Reasonable consumption) ATTN: This is not a dating site-app !!!! Rental-Property via owner or team ups for new rental hunt: Prefer No more than 500m from Train - Metro station - Bus stop near the property. I don't own a car at the moment, trying to save time in the morning. Equal rights of shared spaces, need kitchen and laundry space. Happy if small space is available in lock up garage - storage area . I can pile up my boxes in less square meters. Have lots of personal stuff that need a place to be used or stored in the boxes. Clean Areas, Walls- floors with no signs of Mold. Premises in good condition. No filthy old garages converted into studios or iligal Granny flats. Prefer new build with roof insulation. (economy) Long term settlement 4-10 years. Heating is a must. Wardrobe - storage cabinets My House hold - happy to share most of them: Single Samsung Fridge, silver - plugged Electrolux Washer, front load, white - plugged Ikea double bed, white with mattress Ikea extendable day bed, white with mattress (used as sofa bed), Ikea TV unit, white Bookshelves, off white Ikea 3 tier Glassed cabinet, white Table and 2 chairs, bamboo-white Ikea Malm Drawers Jewellery Cabinet - Mirror Collapsible cabinets Kitchen appliances (stored in my cabinet - happy to share) Rinnai Natural Gas heater, silver Floor fan, white I don't have: a sofa-couch. TV is broken , I might repair later. No dryer (I sun dry ) - no microwave - nor air fryer House mates: All I want is you being that person that washes your hands and not carrying all the nasty germs - bacteria around (Toilet-food- raw meat etc) Clean after your self at home and outdoor area . It's very important to me if you are more on the clean freak side !!!! Take care and respect of my belongings and be gentle while using the appliances About me: Australian Citizen(Birthplace)- European background I am a mature woman, very clean and tidy, stay at home enjoying my life with my hobbies. Love cooking - prepping - studying - traveling etc. Taking my time relocating and then looking for a job near by. I work in Construction as an estimator, possible start working from home as well. My previous company relocated so here I am starting allover! I have been working since I was 18y. Still going on strong as long as I have the energy to do so. I am quite but also very social around happy ppl. A good friend to rely on. I am caring and love keeping everyone happy. I have a funny side and joke a lot. I am not used to be locked in a room, I only sleep there. I don't watch TV in general. Prefer being outside enjoying nature. I am open to team up with good hearted ppl, I will never use you so don't do me wrong! I use heating in living area but not my bedroom. An electric blanket preheats my mattress 20 min during cold nights and then turned off at bedtime. (Safety first) Not a fan of air-conditioning-low temps in summer. Only if it's unbearable. I will just avoid those areas :) I am active around the house pretty late so not sure if ideal for shift workers. Maybe in a very big house. I do prep meals and clean around 21:00 sometimes. Its up to you!!!! NO Drugs-No drug Pills and heavy alcohol. Open for a drink or two but not getting drunk!!!! I might have a few smokes (outside) If you love cooking- meal prep-gardening-hiking-biking-camping etc that would be great to spend time together!
